Great place to stop off for lunch. The view on the patio over the water is really something to take in. We had the Mediterranean Fish (which means the head is still on it) and the Cream & Ham pasta (which was huge! ). The also serve one of the white wines from Bono's winery.

Breathtaking! One of the best places in Marseilles to enjoy the view of the old port. The rooftop overlooks the port, the abbey and the fort. It is imperative to pay a visit there.

The quality of the restaurant is at the height of a 5 * Excellent meal at lunchtime, with a menu, entrée, dish, dessert and cafe has 35 euros. The servers are pleasant. Beautiful view of the old port, the MUCEM.

An exceptional place with a breathtaking view. The staff are nice and smiling, always there for our stay to go at best! We enjoyed the spa and the gargantuan breakfast!

Nice view and cocktails of quality to spend a good evening, the parking is of course welcome not to bother to look for a place or risk to park in a hazardous place. The music is unfortunately not present enough to at least be called "ambience", I know the goal is not to cover the voices, but there is the margin. I recommend anyway despite the high prices.

Always small bugs on arrivals, apart from that, the hotel is great, new carpet if I'm wrong in some rooms with terrace, a magical breakfast and a really good team. A superb parenthesis before resuming work.

Very nice hotel, excellent service and personal. The rooms are starting to age, but that's the only black dot on the blackboard. The bar restaurant have a splendid view.

Great lounge for dinner drinks and with a view overlooking the Vieux Port. Live music and tasty food with impeccable service.

Just went for cocktails then dinner. Amazing views from both the deck at the bar and the restaurant. Ordered a dirty martini, order accepted without question but something entirely different arrived, in a tumbler. Not a cocktail bar. A bar with a cocktail menu — different. Had a wonderful birthday meal though. Vegetarian options genuinely utterly hopeless. For an international brand flagship hotel these two issues are unexpected in 2017 and Accor ought to pay some attention to it. Service was otherwise exceptional.

What can you say … France. The staff was totally amazing and so very helpful. Had the most beautiful view from our balcony in the mornings and evenings. Also great location making it easy to get around.

Never slept but establishment clean and welcoming. For having taken Brunch several times I can say that it is of quality (wide choice of products). Quiet and pleasant. Panorama on the old harbor.

Great rooms, service is capable and polite. All is neat and clean. The terrace is a quiet and nice place to relax. The overall decoration of the hotel is very stylish.

We made a prepaid reservation for this property in March 2017 for a visit on June 15 and 16, 2017 thru Getaroom. When we arrived on June 15 we were told that we did not have a reservation there under our name or our confirmation number. There were no rooms available so we were able to get a room at the Novatel in Marseille. We have tried for over two months to get our full refund from Getaroom and they keep telling us that the Sofitel says that we arrived on July 15 not June 15. We have sent the document ion showing this was not true. We are very frustrated that we can not get this resolved.

In comparison to the vast majority of Marseille, superb quality; with the Luxury Room balcony offering largely 180 degree views of the inner and outer harbour the highlight. In comparison to global hotels situated in equivalent dock side locations, a good quality albeit 4* rather than 5* as advertised.

Best view of marseille port and so good place! It is more a place to chill and grab a good cocktail with a beautiful view.

Nice nice nice. Great view. Beautiful place. Only minus is lack of terra reserved seats at 7th floor rest for guests. More flexibility required for guests.

Sofitel's rooftop is so far my favorite place in Marseille, and I've known this city for quite some time, come here and you're guaranteed to spend the night of a lifetime. The view is breathtaking, and there was a gig when I came, high quality stuff, can't say much more, just come and see. Enjoy it!

The view of the city is very nice and the local also. High prices and not very attentive staff.
