Flexible staff. Nice location. Clean rooms.

Good value, however a lot of fault in the room. Taken off the wall, complaint and peeled paint in the bathroom, dirty balcony and table on the balcony without a chair.
Also note the noise of people drunk at night around 3-4am. Not terrible
Otherwise clean, welcome and well located with small minimarket in the street and metro 3min walk.

Clean hotel. Service and friendly staff. Free umbrella bed. And sends back personal well to our home on our behalf. Honest staff! I recommend!

Really hard… Luckily the staff are friendly and try to be professional despite everything. Never seen anything so antiquated… Lack of hygiene also. There were still eggshells on the floor and crumbs of bread in the room.

The bathroom was a little bit old. No hair dryer. Good bedding and studio surface correct.

Very nice place to stay. We had booked for 4 and it was only prepared for 2: beds not made and no towels. Non-functional air conditioning the person from the reception provided us with a fan; A terrible heat impossible to sleep the windows open as great traffic. Little clean housing. Broken shower. Also provide a pay car park, more than €20 for less than 24h.

An old hotel that deserves not even 2 stars I also understand not even how it got its 3 stars.
Old furniture, the smell of smoking in the non smoking room I took.
I would not advise this hotel and I am not satisfied.

Although the receptionist is very friendly, the Residhotel does not deserve more punctuation. It needs more maintenance, too noisy at night, old and worn mattresses. What if, is well located.

The staff were very helpful and helpful.

Location is very good, near metro station and bus stops. You can walk to Orange Velodrome. Takes only 5-10 minutes to the centrum by metro. There is market just on the corner which is open everyday. Staff is friendly and room was good. Kitchen equipment was pretty poor but we found everything we needed. Big plus was a normal (filter) coffee cooker. They prebooked taxi to us when we were going back home. Could defenetly book again. There is an elevator to upper rooms, big plus to families with carries. There is rooms with balcony but most of rooms don't have it. Room was warm and there is an air condition.

Frankly one and stay 2 days we will come back never again the room was poorly clean room cétait a non smoking room but it stink the cigarette the staff not amiable brief I advise you it is expensive for nothing.

Forbidden I strongly advise against it! Disgusting, odors to vomit from the elevator going through the hallways and rooms, bath towels AC hair on, electric file apparent above your heads. A giant brothel nothing to have AC the Fotos.

Although the name can make you think it is a student residence more property a traditional aparthotel. The facilities are a little old but everything is clean, tidy and in perfect condition of use and operation, especially the kitchen and the bathroom, which in the end is the most important thing in this type of accommodation. In the surroundings there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars and it is very easy to get to any place because the subway is next door. A little more complicated is to park in the street there are very few holes and the parking is expensive even counting the 10% that makes the Aparthotel.

This hotel is in a state of unbelievable health. A sanitary towel was found in one of the drawers of the bathroom, dust sheep under the beds, sheets of bed that suggested that they had not been changed, what more to say besides flee!
When we ask for explanations to the management this one replies that we had difficulties with the management of its staff on weekends and that a compensation will be sent to us, I always wait.
You will have understood it for your health do not venture there.

Good value, close to the Vieux Port. Good bus and underground close by. Good sized room with balcony. Supermarket just around the corner open 7 days. Awesome boulangerie just down the street towards the park.

Room/studio of beautiful surface. Impeccable. Good bedding. All equipped to spend a very comfortable stay. Exceptional Situation. Very nice breakfast The hotel does not have parking but, just below it, there is an Indigo parking area where the car is safe. The price of the rooms makes it possible to pay for it. Otherwise accessible by Metro, close by, direct from the train station. I thank the staff for their welcome. In these conditions I will return with pleasure to the beautiful days to better enjoy this beautiful city.

I stayed for 13 days and my room was cleaned just once … I was complaining about it but they said we dont clean the room until you go … but the staff at the reception was very nice.

Pfff I've been here for two weeks its made 3 days there is no hot water and when I call them he tells you that the water will arrive his for three days that he tells me his do not come serious always a problem in this serious hotel between the noise he makes me change room times because of the noise and now these water there always a concern I strongly advise against going to a hotel at 30 euro a night. And I guarantee you that there is not as much concern as in this hotel with all the hotel of my life that I have made my worst I have a week left unfortunately that I can not recover because it does not refund (they know well what they do) otherwise I tighten bar because frankly its made it fart so I had a seizure so agonizing with noise until no time in the morning the housekeeper who wakes you up
End in short the only positive thing these people welcome my good to come not for the staff anyway I strongly advise against never again I would never come back.

I spent two days in this hotel. The receptionist was cozy and rapid. The room was OK if you have to stay for 2 days or at least 4 days. The beds aren't so comfortable but you have everything you need to live. The electric cookers didn't work well if you are Italian.

Hotel management is very helpful and can find the solution with any situation.

It's OK but could be more clean.

The Hotel is nice in the Centre and has a Kitchen in the room, but the rooms are simple and really lack atmosphere, feel too dull. Great if you're just there at night to sleep.

The rooms are only serviced once a week. The location is good, half a block from the bus lines and less than that to a grocery store. Most rooms have a balcony, mine does not. I've heard rumors of bedbugs, but thank goodness I haven't seen any yet in 3 weeks here. Upon arrival the room is honestly kind of a letdown, small, cramped, and it has a but of a funky aroma. The staff are friendly though.

He regularly missing something (towel, SOAP, trash…). Wi — Fi is very bad (if you travel professional attention to the crisis of nerve tonight) and there are often problems for to logger. The price/quality ratio is not too bad. Competent personnel, who catches up with all of these distractions.

Disappointed! Shower leaking, kitchen leaking (without even using it. ) disgusting smell to the breasts of the room. Not even a commercial gesture.

Very good and quiet location but the apartment n had not been done. But other than that nickel so the person of the staff we to breakfast.

Frankly for a stay is not bad.

The hotel is a little veillot but very well placed. In particular, it is close to the velodrome Stadium. During our stay, there was a lot of people. The staff was a bit overwhelmed. Fortunately there is a very competent, efficient and smiling receptionist despite the influx (Florence… a blonde) mastering his subject is we made the stay very pleasant.
