To run away. Rooms patched up, hygiene not terrible, pool degeulasse and often broken down, and icing on the cake. Super poorly isolated phonetically. Can't rest. So does not justify its price, not to mention the crado façade on the courtyard side. Everything pays off, at this price I go to the hotel and my room and clean every day.

Really lame.

I arrived my son's stroke and from the start I asked to change rooms because he has asthma. The team remained super nice despite my request and the whole stay during. The girls at the front desk are always super friendly and smiling. The hotel is clean good bedding. Great location in Marseille. The little extra. Fresh lemonade and the rest of the pastries set to available to customers even those who do not go to lunch. Premium! Thanks to the girls for the welcome because of their daily kindness.

The hotel is quite good, the localization of it is near public transportation and restaurants. The cleaners are not loud in the morning, even if the doors are not soundproof. That's an asset. The receptionists are all very kind and always smiling, I really appreciate that. The rooms themselves are quite simplistic, bathrooms with toilets, sinks, bathtubs, (They're a bit small, though) mirrors and wall dryers for outfits. The kitchenettes are nice, there are sinks, coffee machines, cooking plates, microwaves with oven settings, fridges, and a few cooking utensils. The sleeping area is simplistic: Two single beds, lots of lights, not a lot of electrical plugs though, a wall television and a tiny coffee table to put your personal belongings while you sleep. The entry of the room has a few useful features, as a safe, to put your stuff in and a mirror. There is a pool as well in the first floor but I'm not a fan of it. Overall, this hotel has potential and can be improved, nice work folks! — Luke.

The receptionist made our stay comfortable. She assisted us the best she could and deserves a proper tip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I knew better for an adaggio and the fare paid. Can't close the bedroom door. Because it's too small. Cabinet wobbleand poorly placed only the acrobats would not senervertion because the bedside table blocks the path.

Just a few steps from the Chanot Park and the velodrome, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the place is clean. The location is very very quiet despite its location, the staff lovely, and the breakfast OK. Rates are affordable in terms of benefits. I did not have the opportunity to test the pool. Parking is a bit expensive 15 €/night. Recommended for your business or personal travel.

It is a bit out of the way, but it had a metro station a minute away from the hotel. If you're planning to walk to the port (which is the centre) it will probably talk roughly 30 minutes. The rooms are fine, it has a rather small swimming pool. The staffs are helpful.

Great hotel with a very nice staff. The rooms are very well equipped: there is everything but an oven (maybe the microwave was oven but we did not succeed). Storage facilities, a chest, extra pillows and a safe are available. The bathroom has a small bathtub and the shower gel, soap, shampoo are provided.
The pool is quite small but very nice and covered.

A home away from home. Simple and basic with super friendly staff to make your welcome hasselfree. A swimming pool to relax in and kitchenette to try your cooking skills. The only thing missing is a good view, which is needed when someone wants to spend a good amount of time.

Nice hotel, there is an indoor pool that I could not test… The room is welcoming despite its small size. The only thing I deplored: the really tiny bathtub, as much to put a real shower.
The staff is very attentive and friendly.
Breakfast is not too bad.

Apartment with small kitchen very comfortable. In the kitchen there are all kinds of utensils, it has a microwave and a correct bathroom. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Very close to the metro and bus, makes your situation easy to Move. Highly Recommended.

When booking, they never told us their parking lot was full, they simply gave us their daily parking rate. I arrived the next day to find out their lot was full for the entire 4 days. I would have to find another lot that was much further and more than double the price of their parking lot.

Very rude staff. Weekly cleaning of rooms. Very small room for 2 people. They do not clean kitchen. If they get angry on something they will come to your room and undo your bed. They click photos of your room when you are not in room. Utterly disgusted by them,

Indoor and indoor pool, super heated!
Too bad there is no locker/locker for personal effects, and that there is not enough Transat (3 in total when we were there).

Apartments are clean, very easy check in with friendly, helpful staff. Apartment comes with cutlery, fridge, microwave and saucepans so that's useful. No maid services during your stay. Aparthotel is a short walk from a Casino Supermarket. Walkable to Prado beach and another pleasant park near a Lidl. There is a left luggage facility too. Would stay again.

Reasonable price. There is kitchen in the room, but not so many kitchen equipment. Need to check this before cooking.

No comments — an hotel that on x-mas night does not accept 2 refugees of minor age can't be reviewed!

Very nice apartments. Spacious, clean, modern. Good location though a bit of a walk to the front, but an easy metro journey.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Good location right by metro and a bakery across the road. Entrance to reception is not that obvious. Overall, perfectly fine for a nigh t's stay. (Breakfast room looked very nice — but we didn't opt in for breakfast).

If you are considering booking this hotel, please read it first. I travel a lot and sleep in many hotels, but this one is just different. I've booked it via booking com. When we arrived first thing what I noticed was extremely dirty floor in our room. It hasn't been moped for ages. I've swiped it with a paper towel and it was black, but it wasn't the real problem. We came back from the beach, tired and sweaty. I took a bath (well, intended to) but the hot water stopped running. We run to the reception thinking something broken down and they told us that this is normal and the hot water is limited! |We had to wait 2 hours for the water to warm up a bit so we could have at least a quick shower! Maybe that wouldn't be a problem if they put some info about that on the booking com website so then at least we would be able to decide if we want that or not. There was no warning, no info, not even a note in the bathroom. We asked for some discount as for us it is not "normal" and we had no idea about that coming to that motel (it is hard to qualify it as a hotel) We got no money back, even after calling booking com there was no help. I asked the customer service guy, how is it possible they are not bothered? He said " I am helping you" I asked how? "I am listening to you" What can I say? Although I thought booking com was a good page to find a hotel as I did it many times, now I know that they take no responsibility and they don't care at all about things they advertise.

Big PROBLEMS! THE POOL is green! Berk not so maintained mold the soil sticking the wall full of mold damage impossible to bathe was the noséabonde smell.
Note: 5/10
