Beautiful hotel but 25 deg in the south exposed rooms and avenue side so very noisy. No air conditioning because in March, in Marseille, it is winter and therefore in mandatory heating mode, regardless of the outside temperature.

Good location. Friendly and available staff.

As tt I novotel, well-equipped for children and well cared for! Parking everywhere but if it is market day you have to look in the sleeper streets and nn is easy, so they advise you underground parking that costs an eye of the head! Staff nn exaggeratedly available. For the rest tt ok! Room spacious and manicured!

Decent hotel and clean rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The meeting and seminar space are maintained and the welcome products confirm to the brand. The most is a car park in the middle of Prado Avenue at a lower cost when you are customers at home. In short a novotel as we like them.

Too slow internet. Stinky toilet.

A nice street xò hotel does not respect novotel standards. Fridge bar not working and we were not redone room, xthey changed room x apologize but the new room had sinks and tub clogged… Mammamia.

By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! Our room smells like sewage and the air conditioner doesn’t work and one response we keep getting from the front desk it’s not our hotel. Don’t bother staying at this hotel it’s not a 4 Star by any means. Worst service and overall experience!

It's a good hotel. But it gets 3 stars because of the housekeeping staff walking in even when there is a do not disturb sign up. It has happened 3 days in a row and to other guests I have spoken with. I understand they just want to do their job. But please respect the sign. But a positive they have a very good breakfest and very friendly staff.

Hotel with an unpleasant room service.
Breakfast, I ask for toast I am brought 3 ridiculous slices of bread but in addition black and totally burned, shabby flee the little lunch! Know that the burnt is carcinogenic gentlemen…

A very nice hotel. Liked the stay. Just your water concept is strange. You ask us not to use more towels to save the trees. On the other side you pack your plastic cups in plastic in our room. You could replace them with glasses, that would be much better. That would be sustainable.

Very very nice reception, attentive staff, smiling, helpful, the rooms are clean and renovated in a modern style in the bathroom! Very well located, be careful not to park on the sidewalk opposite the night because TT market in the mornings! I will go back.

Excellent location for this hotel in Marseille.
Small parking in the basement. A dozen places including 2 in electric recharge.
Friendly and professional reception staff.
Renovated rooms (Italian shower room).
A buffet breakfast served from 6.30 am. This one is complete (tomato cherry for vegetables), complete (1st watermelon).
On the other hand the smile of the male staff at the breakfast would be appreciated.
I would recommend this hotel.

I never slept there, but very good hotel and very clean, very decent restaurant also at what I could see. There are sometimes even football or rugby teams that come to it, the velodrome is not far away. Notice to the fans!

The staff is really at the small care and the hotel is clean and big.
The only small complaint is the restaurant which is not top for breakfast or meal.

Well located hotel in Marseille. Near Metro. Very good breakfast at will and free for children. Parking at the public parking lot as no parking possible at the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Choose a room in the floor and on the courtyard preferably because hotel located on a very busy avenue.

Lack of staff. The receptionist is overwhelmed. Welcomes young people who are too noisy. Very nice bar staff.

Correct room, Saturday breakfast schedule to review between the brochure in the room that announces 10:30 and on the spot we are told 10:00, it's a pity. Otherwise standard quality for this kind of hotel.

Frequent this establishment only for meetings and seminars. In this context I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, the kindness and the organization of the "café" welcome.

Novotel, shame on you! You'll become the nest of terrorists, when murderers which call themselves "dnr" will be in your hotel. No one Ukrainians will visit it, and each of us will ban you in all rates and lists. Shame on you again!

I stayed in the hotel with my wife during a congress in November 2013 and unfortunately our room was one among a couple of rooms which were robbed. All the legal procedures were followed, the police has investigated and recorded everything and the hotel direktor has reassured us for the compensation. Unfortunately until today (August 2017) I haven΄t received any information despite my several tries.

Really disappointed with the hotel Staff. From arrival they were unfriendly and not helpful. Hardly air conditioned and room smelled. Would not recommend.

I went there just for a drink while I was waiting for my wife.
The hotel has a very good bar! They have good and old whiskey!

A comfortable and pleasant, the hotel room is very good to participate in events at the Palace of the Congress while having easy access to the old port and historic Marseille neighborhoods.
The arrival of the Group of 70 people was not very well handled by the front desk, they quickly were overwhelmed but all remaining very kind.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of everything interesting in Marseilles. The room was decently-sized and very clean. I also enjoyed the modern look to the hotel and the fresh scent the lobby had when walking in. My only complaint was that the bed/pillows weren't too comfortable; I also found the room to get quite hot and the temperature wasn't adjusting appropriately. Otherwise, a good stay!

Clean room and friendly staff. A/C not yet turned on in building for a warm spring day and room was too hot.

Came here for the first time, good is good, not bad, it's not very familiar with grab the hotel, give me the impression that in General, convenient transportation, Metro station very near, near many interesting places, cuisine, there are many hotels now! Clean room, good service attitude, is 4 Hotel downstairs is a bit noisy.

I was there in 2008. The hotel is worth its money and pretty comfortable.
