Nice, clean and quality hotel. There is no soap at the bath. City center a little far from hotel. You must go to city center by train.

My wife had been hospitalised during our holiday and your hotel was recommended to me due to its location close to the hospital. My stay was for seven days. Your staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Especially as I was non French Speaking. Please if you are able to pass on on my sincere thanks to your staff at B. B. Hotel, Rue de Ruffi, Marseille.

Terrible experience. We booked two triple rooms through booking three months before the stay, we checked in, were asked to pay, and then we discovered that one of the two rooms was not ready yet. No problem: we accept the condition and agreed that we would have found the room ready in a few hours. When we came back after FOUR hours, they gave us the room, BUT… it was still occupied by other people, which were going to stay the night! Referring the situation to the guys at the hall, they were not able to provide any credible explanation, just telling us that there wasn't any other available room in the hotel, except for another one having just one bed (at the same price). Yes, except for the fact that we were three adults, and we paid for a triple room. They were not helpful at all, and in mid-afternoon we were forced to go exploring the city with our luggage looking for another place to stay, at least with our money back (actually they refunded only one of the two rooms). Completely embarassing. If you go to Marseille, this place is a "must". Yeah, a "must avoid"!

The negative: room with the carpet questionable: When you are barefoot you wonder what you risk. Doors that slam loud and not soundproof: very unpleasant at 3:00 in the morning when the neighbors move and awaken you by their voices and their slamming doors. Elevator with broken glass and very dirty and sticky floor.
The positive: Very friendly reception, on the phone as live.
The bed: comfortable (1m87 95 kilos).
Breakfast: yogurts, coffee, tea, bread, jam, honey, fruit juice… are only missing the fruits.
59 Euros It seems too expensive to be awakened in the night by the noise of neighbors in the hallway.

When I arrived window open so room a fridge fortunately I take my extra radiator as it is always cold in these rooms and their heating not at the TV point too small one squints the eyes it makes my and at breakfast I am arrive at 9am 2 C Kingsize and 2 piece of bread and the person who cared for nothing remitted except the crescents to the account drop and bread or bread brioche nothing at all so not terrible and it is sense to be at will? And people were just slamming doors on the 3rd floor see 4th No respect for other people in the hotel and deafening noise of the VMC.

Very nice Hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only flaw is the poor variety of choice for breakfast.

Too bad for the bathroom a little old-fashioned! If not the rest is not bad!

In the middle of Marseille, for under 100, — € and parking in the ug. Those who expect more are in the wrong city.

Quality, clean bedding. Quiet hotel during the holidays. Great location.

The room was adequate, but the bed was uncomfortably hard. The hotel was located far enough from the harbor that it was very quiet at night.

Where should I start the room was disgusting walls with blood on them an full of mosquito the shower in the bathroom was blocked and falling apart DON'T stay at this hotel.

A 2 star hotel with lovely standards, friendly staff members that also speak English giving very good directions and useful information. Overall I recommend, the underground station is 4 min walk and the old port only 25 min walk. The nicest beach it's called Sport Beach must be taken the underground until Rond Point du Prado and from there the bus number 19. Avoid being out after is getting darker as Marseilles it's well known as being a rough city and the crime rate is very high.

For 4 people have a broad idea, and nice. Good service.

For a period of 2 nights it was perfect, bed very comfortable, big room and bathroom, clean and quiet, we also opted for the breakfast buffet the hotel offered, not expensive at all. Recommended for a holiday in Marseille.

Beautiful place with beautiful rooms. Better than the price you pay. Beds are very comfortable and they also offer cheap and delicious breakfast. Hotel parking is 15€ per day, but you can park anywhere in the street, it's safe by my opinion.

Bad Hotel, uncomfy bed, no lights in room. Need a code to use lift. Air con didn't work, moved to another hotel after 1 night. Far away from all tourist spots, located in bad neighbourhood.

It has a very good rooms, we have tried 2 of them, the receptionist is very friendly and the staff is good, unfortunately we had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room, the first one had not been sanitized and they check us in. It was grouse.

I went there 2 times in the framework of a business trip, and each time it was not clean, really degraded to a hotel old 2 or 3 years… traces the bizarre to the ground, the smell of cold tobacco in the room while this is supposed to be non smoking!

Price unbeatable, but cleanliness, which clearly leaves something to be desired and rooms which stink of the stale smoke. A pity for a hotel that claims to be non-smoking. Plan your Febreze! the + : The parking is secure!

Hotel recently opened, close to the tram. Located in a district in full expansion. The reception staff and housekeeping were pleasant and professional. The rooms are decorated comptemporain, are clean and the bedding comfortable. Underground Parking convenient. The breakfast is very copious and use at will ;)

Friendly staff, rooms in the B line, small with crappy bathrooms.

Area not super safe after the reception, I don't know if it was to sell its parking or if it is true (said that the neighborhood was not afraid but that the cars were visited). Comfortable room but a bit old. It smells the lino in the bathroom. Nothing to say for the price but don't expect to Byzantium.

Hotel in central area. Convenient if you are in transit to Marseille. Has parking at a cost of 15 euros per night. Total in two for one night and parking. 75 euro. Room abb clean, small bathroom blind.

I stayed there for a night in a double room. The hotel is modern and with a nice design. It is close to the new arbor and we'll well placed in a calm area. The room was quite big but not very luminous, the only window was pretty low and the light couldn't enlight the room properly. The bed was confortable but the pillow smelled very bad of cheese. In the bathroom, there was not savonette or shower gel but a single unit with a pump for the liquid soap. Breakfast was good for its price and offered a variety of yogurts, bread and cereal and also eggs and bacon.

Good basic hotel. Enough said.

The only issue would be that it's a bit far from the port and the rest of town but very easily accessible via metro.

My husband and I stayed here in September 2015 for 2 nights. Our room was spotless and the beds felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Same with the pillows. Very helpful reception staff.
