I would definitely recommend staying away from this hotel if customer service is something you value. The bar staff are extemely rude and clearly don't understand that they work in the hospitality industry. I have never in my years of travelling experienced anything like the staff at this hotel. An absolute abomination. The rooms are fine, nothing to write home about. But once again, it is the people that make an impression and a sour taste in my mouth is sadly what I have been left with.

A great place to stay… new. Energetic staff really friendly. Faciities spot on. Cannot recommend the Golden Tulip highly enough.

Thank you for each smile. What a great staff. I was like having trouble with my luggage because the cord of my cape was like stuck in the wheels and they helped me out. Even carried it to my room. Then I was like having trouble with the door and she even came to show how it worked with the lights and etc. Great price quality. Wish I was still there.

Luxurious hotel, spacious room, unique and falling cocktails, heated swimming pool, smiling staff, sweet/savoury breakfasts with varied buffet and excquis… this was a magical stay. We'll come back without hesitation!

1 minute from the tram that goes straight into the Center. A 5-minute walk from the FRAC.

Clean and new hotel. Breakfast buffett varied and abundant.
The room with two beds costs 112 euro per night without breakfast, for the location, cleanliness and spaces I would say in line with the market.

Good quality room. Reception and corridors clean and modern. Sea view a little afadie by a 4 lanes in the foreground, then warehouses, type port area without great interest. Well soundproof, but no question of opening the window. A little bit about the "gadgets" in room type tea bag, coffee (generic brand of 3rd area, offset with the General standing of the hotel) or soap/shampoo, but good. Breakfast with a nice and varied buffet.

Very good! I would add smart TV to the rooms to have an alternative to the local channels.

Good value for money Hotel. Close to any convenience to get around in Marseille.

Modern, just outside the centre but just 20 minutes walk from the old port. Easily reachable, functional, modern rooms, good restaurant and parking (expensive 18 €/gg) but 100mt from the hotel. I recommend it for business trips and/or entertainment.

Great new hotel. If you are looking for parking then GPS the hotel and the parking facility is immediately after you pass the hotel. The parking lot was the hardest thing to find.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast is great with different varieties. Bathrooms are bit small.

The staff were excellent and speak and understand English. The hotel is near light rail. Short walk to a large shopping mall. The hotel has a swimming pool. The hotel is modern and clean about 2 years old. The morning breakfast was excellent. They offer free drink voucher and you pick up and choose 5 shampoo/soap etc. The shopping mall nearby on the lowest floor level has French champagne for $20-30 euro. You could pay as low as $15.

Good location. Nice room. But the cleaning staff must be undertrained. Twice we left the hotel at around 10:00 and returned by 18:00 and the room was not made. When we came back from dinner the room was made but they took the towels away. They even took the ones we had put back on the rack to save the environment. It seems to be a general issue since I saw other guests receiving their towels while checking in. Seems a bit weird.

Average hotel in Marseille. Does the job, very small pool, similar to a Best Western level.

Clean, contemporary hotel in the redevelopment area of "Euroemed" in Marseille. Queite area where there are shopping malls and metro/tram station nearby. Room was spacious, breakfast was good enough.

Very beautiful hotel. Perfect room and bathroom. Pitty the windows don't open, hate that. Distance to center is acceptable, especially as there's the nice shopping area on the way over there.

Very nice hotel, staff very smiling and small care whether at the reception, at the restaurant or on the floor. Well located, right next to the T2/T3 trams and not far from the Joliette metro station. Well stocked Buffet, until 11 am. Indoor pool up to 23 hours. They got it!

Hotel to flee! I had seen in the general ratings that its lack of cleanliness I wanted to do my and my opinion and hairs from all over the bathroom and in the sheets … Hotel really not clean even the pool does not give very disappointed envy of Golden Tulip Euromed.

Great value for money. The dishes are always well seasoned. For €25 at noon you will not miss anything.

The restaurant is a good plan — > Not expensive for this level. The cocktails are excellent.

The hotel is new, the staff welcoming, the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The hotel's restaurant serves fine dining in the evening and there is only the spoil of choice during breakfast, the hotel also offers snacks. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A really rad place to stay or work in one of the dynamic and trendy areas.

Good spacious rooms with good basic amenities, location is an asset for the guests, food is very nice and staff very co-operative.

Almost brand new hotel in a redeveloped area. Nice shopping malls next to, and opposite. The room is pleasant with a very comfortable bed. Shame I don't have more time to spend here.

Great hotel, very clean all and all the staff speak English. It is very close to the port and the recently renovated old docks for shopping and some lovely restaurants.
