Hotel

The place is relatively special, from the outside the hotel looks dirty is not make you want to go home. There's nothing nearby to get out by car. We couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Too expensive for the services and location of it.

However the hotel was really clean we were very welcome. We stayed one night there and it's just what it takes for one night.

No big bed and warm warm water… Very basic. Friendly staff.

Well-placed hotel with private underground parking.

Hello despite its situation in front of a boulevard very circulating quiet hotel yet my room faced the boulevard. Clean bathroom. But bed sheets all basking of yellow… price of excessive breakfast €10 for the proposed choice no more extensive than at Ibis budget at 4 € 80.

Well-appointed room! Nicer than the one in Paris st ouen! Small closet with a space to store its belongings. Pleasant staff! Small downside: the smell of cigarette in the room that was a poisoning! But the staff had what it took to fix it.

Very convenient location to get to the Velodrome. We were really very welcome the whole team is nice and smiling it's nice. I didn't put 5 because we had the room next to the elevator and you could hear everything…

Good hotel in general. The positive points : good location, parking, very pleasant staff, excellent restaurant with a very good report quality/price, room comfortable and clean. The negative points : the price of parking is high, breakfast expensive for what is offered (not hot) room, road side noisy, it's cold in the room. So I recommend the hotel, but there are some things to improve to a 3 star.

At our arrival the bathroom door was recessed… the owner of the hotel told us that it was nothing serious that it did not change anything to our comfort due to bizarre odors in the rooms, they tell us that it puts a product to remove the odors…
The restaurant there waitresses super nice, but in no way effective more than an hour and a half to serve a meal that arrives cold…
The Attic! Two days after I left the owner of the hotel told us that it was we who fractured the bathroom door. Knowing that we stayed 12 days and that he had seen the first days.
Scam? I will check if I have not had a flight in my business now I highly recommend this hotel.

A catastrophe! At over €90 at night I expected better! The room is like a low-end hotel, dusty carpet that must surely date from AJC! The stairs that lead to the parking dirty… I had to book elsewhere in emergency because staying there would have ruined my vacation!

Great hotel, very clean, very quiet at night (our room looked out on the back, and very clean. Surprised at the very good value for money, very friendly staff. I really insist on a great value for money.

I was very pleasantly surprised for the price of 60€ a night. I stayed during the tour de france and it was the cheapest hotel near the start area so I didn't expect much. I got a small, clean room and a renovated bathroom. Friendly staff. It's a bit of a confusing and not very picturesque walk from the central train station, lots of traffic outside but very good window isolation so you don't hear much. I suggest taking a public rental bike (le velo) instead of the tube or busses, it's a nice ride from the carrefour down the street to the old harbour and both major beaches.

A decent night in this property, unfortunately the room had a tenacious smell of cold tobacco… a regret not having asked to change rooms immediately: (
+ 1 for breakfast, excellent buffet, nothing was missing!
Quiet night, clean bathroom and towel in sufficient number, good bedding.
Not exceptional, hotel without charm but well enough for one night (professional displacement).

The staff and rooms are great, my room even had a view of Notre Dame de la Garde! The only not so convenient thing is location, as it is 15min walk to the nearest metro station.

Nice hotel but a little decentralized.

Hotel near the velodrome. But especially very very close to a busy road. A bit noisy, next if the room looks out on the road.

The neighborhood sucks, with cars that pass quickly before (and the girls 100 meters in the evening), but — inside — it's top (and the glazing is good enough so that you can't hear cars). Welcome to hospitality, so late in the day, only at night. Two disappointments, however. First of all, in a room with 3 single beds, third bed is a cot. Then, the wireless Internet worked only very very very slowly… and I was told the reception that the Internet was being repaired (then I was not asked to backup). This last point is very disappointing, because the hotel announced the Internet wireless on its site. Also, in the category of the disappointments, there is no water to wash your hands in the taps of toilets on the ground floor (this Saturday May 23 in the morning).
