It is a very well located hotel of the tourist area and the city center, close to the station to which buses from all over the city and the airport, in addition to the metro. Supermarkets can be found nearby as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the toilet is separated from the sink and bathtub. You notice that they have done renovations and have recently painted, in fact they are still on the ground floor. Upon entering, at the reception, as they are of bad image, but does not influence the stay in the rooms. The receptionists are very friendly and do for speaking Spanish (except for the employee in the afternoon who is a little serious). The only thing I didn't like was the reception which is very small just like the breakfast area. Breakfast is quite expensive. Overall, it has been a good experience and very comfortable.

He says it's three stars, but it doesn't look like it. Its parking is extremely limited in spaces and very difficult to use. You can see the years and the rooms very small. Instead the attention at excellent reception.

This hotel is in process of renovation and will be better when finished. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good choices at breakfast Free drinks provided to guests but no bar I.

Well located and with all the ammenities needed during tour stay. However still a little bit old fashioned. Refurbishments are un progress and that will improve its aparence.

Very difficult to park. The renovations made getting our luggage in and out of the elevator very difficult. Good place to stay for the one night.

Nice, smaller hotel, very centrally located, walking distance to the town's central attractions and with access to the airport shuttle less than 5 minutes away on foot. Well appointed, smaller room (appropriate for me as I was traveling alone), good television and internet. Helpful and courteous staff with good English speaking ability. I would stay here again, for sure.

Room N º 16 is disappointing very Spartan and Defraichie… a mattress in 160 was placed on a bed in 140! Needless to say it's not very comfortable.
Decent breakfast with Foutouma that makes the most.
In perfect personal consequences but the structures are not adapted to satisfy the clientele. There is really a lot to do to improve this completely outdated hotel in the middle of town along another building where in the middle of the night we are awakened by the inhabitants of the apartments Contaïgus…

Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is "cheap Charly" not what you expect from a 4 Star hotel. The famous French bread is unkown, different cheeses etc. Is not available. No fresh orange juice. Daily cleaning has not taken place although I put on the card of "Please Clean my room"

For a city break the hotel is quite sufficient. The rooms are functional and clean. The floors are currently being renovated, so there are restrictions. The location is ideal as direct access to the airport and the city centre is within walking distance. Breakfast is selected but high quality.

Very simple hotel, decent breakfast, single room (too bad the cupboard is small and there is no storage inside). A bit expensive for the benefits.

Small and old room but quiet and kind helpful receptionist. Also they offer some snacks every night with local wines.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel for €12 night. Centre of Toulouse, 5 minutes walk to the main square. To come back.

Very well located not far from the city center (10minutes from the Capitol) very good good breakfast services (upgraded superior room renovated) parking 10euros very appreciated cheap at all compared to many other hotels around receptionists at the top only small flat soundproofing rooms and breakfast room too small.

It is not a 4 star hotel at all! Small room, uncomfortable and cold.

At first the staf is nice and helpfull but, the rooms are Very noisy and Very Very small. When making reservations online it shows there is a hotel shuttle but in fact, it’s the same city shuttle from downtown to the airport. In addition, the Wi-Fi kicks you out every five minutes.

Great hotel reception and service at the top, the aperitif every night is a great idea, very friendly and the eco-responsible approach too. I recommend.

It is a small hotel located 2 minutes from the metro, 15 minutes walk from the centre and 10 from the train station. The rooms have everything, comfortable beds, all very clean and it is noticeable that it is freshly painted. The breakfast was very nice and the room was very clean.

Very friendly staff. Located near the center and although it is rated four stars, it looks like a three-star hotel. The comfortable rooms and has a Spanish channel on TV.

Business hotel od medium quality. Room relatively small with a view of the parking lot. For a business trip/meeting in the city I recomanded. For romance in two rather not.

After 3 visits I would say adequate rooms and breakfast, sometimes iffy Wi-Fi. Well located close to airport shuttle. Friendly staff, even in the evenings and early morning. Effective iron.

Hotel very well located, close to the shopping centres, bars, restaurants and casinos railway station, very quiet area, clean rooms and staff knows English, French and Spanish.

The first thing you see when is it as well is of a best western hotel: the entry is bright and clean.
The person of hospitality is friendly and smiling, even at 23:30.
The hotel was well refurbished and the rooms are nice, clean, quite modern and well equipped (especially the bathroom which is very nice). In addition, the bed is comfortable, which is very pleasant when we had a big day.
A need to prepare a hot drink is available in the room and it is possible to order a glass of welcome.
The breakfast is OK and there is all it takes to start the day.
Finally, the hotel is close enough to the Center to get there on foot.
The small negative points of the hotel are the rooms noise, due to close the entry door lift, and the parking of the hotel a bit tight to get out and a bit expensive for a night.
But besides that the hotel offers good facilities and we still had a good stay.

I arrived one Sunday evening to 23hs. The person at the front desk gave me the room key and don't say a Word. I asked for breakfast.
When I entered the House I feel a rather unpleasant smell. I opened the window, because it seemed to be just a smell locked up. I didn't have the information to connect to the internet. I go down. I try to connect to the Wi — Fi "high-speed" and the connection worked but there was no internet. I did several test without success. Finally I connected to another Wi — Fi so the connection was very low but it worked at least.
It was already at the morning 2hs, I close the window I try to sleep but the smell won't let me sleep. I realize that it was the cigarette that puée, the room puée, even the sheets had this unpleasant smell. The next day I requested a non smoking room (nobody had told me that my current room was smoking) and they changed me room immediately.
The next internet evening walked with another Wi — Fi connection fortunately.
The gold pin was on Thursday morning, my last day in the hotel. When I try to take a shower to start the day, the shower didn't work anymore! Only was possible to take a bath of immersion because the switch to go to shower was blocked. I test a few minutes, without success, and I saw that someone had already test because the switch had recent metal rayon. I didn't have the time to take a bath in the tub, so I washed my hair in the sink and party.
