Basic. Good for a couple of nights. Rooms (small) and stairwell were clean but evidently fixtures could do with an overhaul. Wi-Fi worked well in room. Breakfast was perfectly alright. Staff extremely pleasant.

Pros — great location and parking in the city once you reserve a space on time. We were looked after at check in and out by kind and helpful staff. Cons — small rooms and only bath with shower hose in our room. Nothing special about the rooms but fine for a night.

I must start with pointing out that the location is great, very central easy to do everything by foot.
On the other hand, the photos of the rooms in the website/Booking. Com are SO misleading! The hotel is completely outdated, the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all dont even try it, the carpet was disgusting. I mean, it was shocking to come to that room for that price.
We even decided not to go for the breakfast after seeing the quality of the room.
The bathroom wasn't too bad, but for 75euros a night you would expect way more.
Definitely NOT a 3 stars hotel.

The furniture is a bit oldish and the rooms are a bit small, however the beds are okay, at least we had no problem checking in quickly even at a late hour.
We didn't try the breakfast so can't tell.
Interesting location especially if you don't have a car and need to attend a show.
Price is fair.

I thought I had found a decent budget hotel for a good price based on the photos. I was disappointed to walk into a grungy looking hotel and a worse room. The room was not anywhere near the way the pictures present and smelled like smoke. There were large lamps unplugged in the middle of the stairwell blocking access. I have not been in a Kyriad hotel before but I was expecting more. I gave it an average rating instead of because when we let the front desk know our room smelled like smoke, she moved us into a different room which was better than the first. Had we been told to stay in the first room given to us I would call it poor. I would not return again even for the price. I would rather pay a few euros more and stay in a better location and nicer place even for just an overnighter. We don't suggest the buffet breakfast.
