Excellent in every aspect. Staff is exceptional from reception to cleaning to bar to checkout and at all other times. Room was very well laid out and comfortable.

The L'Imperator is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Its facilities are magnificent and clean. Our room was made spotless each day for 6 days. The food at both restaurants are simply the best.

Not only is the property very beautiful but more importantly the staff are excellent. They were very helpful in dealing with some issues in the booking and so very friendly.

We loved our 2-night stay! We especially appreciated that it is located just 4km outside Nimes and is a welcome escape from the city. It is also well located to visit Uzes which we loved.

Location is great! Walking distance from the train station but even closer to the Arena/Coliseum and so many good sights and restaurants.

Rooms serve the purpose of sleep. They didn't smell the best but it didn't keep us awake. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was small but nice. The fresh bread and Madeleine cookies were nice.

The rooms are clean and most have been refreshed recently. There is a secure car park. They accept dogs as we bring our 2 but note there isn't really anywhere to walk them in the area.
