Hôtel & Spa Vatel

I recently stayed at Hotel Vatel in Nîmes, and it was a delightful experience. Whether you're traveling for pleasure or business, this hotel is an excellent choice. The spa, pool, and fitness areas are lovely, offering a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The hospitality at the hotel is superb, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Silvia at the reception, whose kindness and courtesy made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Hotel Vatel and will definitely return very soon.

Agreeable staff, many spoke English. Very relaxing stay before my hospital stay. Good location for hospital visits or a quiet place to stay when visiting Nîmes. The only negative was our shower grout was dirty. We also ate there and the food was very good.

Excellent location, easy to park the car, clean and ideal for a longer stay and use if the spa.

Fantastic stay with a staff while being very friendly were also extremely professional. We ate that evening in the restaurant where the food was of a very high standard. Breakfast was equally very good so we will return.

Rather clean, bu cold layout very functional, no charm at all, awful look from outside (parking) fire brigade look, disappointing menu and food, good service (hotel + restaurant)

Very nice hotel and in a top location if you are traveling by car. It has window blinds that make the room 100% dark this is amazing for people they need dark to sleep. The spa and pool is top. I requested vegan and gluten-free food and the receptionist told me no problem at the end it was a problem but we can handle it even they put a egg on top of the risotto what should not happen for a vegan and the staff was very confused about they also give me gluten bread. Good that I ask 2 times. As one or even the best hotel on my way the Restaurant must improve the level about allergy knowledge even the staff is very friendly and helpful so I will be sure you can handle it in future. We stayed at this excellent hotel on our way to Spain. Our room was fantastic… spacious and super clean. The Wi-Fi speed impressed us, and there were enough sockets to recharge our devices. The bed was big and comfortable; we had a really good night's sleep. Dinner at the brasserie with tasty dishes and wine served by the students was a great experience. Breakfast was just how we like it. Ample choice of food and the coffee perfect.

A brilliant detour from my usual Logis and Accor Hotels. A great team in reception and restaurant. The dining staff were almost balletic in their duties Perfect service at a very good price. Excellent, inventive dishes. Beautifully presented. The dessert buffet is sumptuous. Excellent but brief wine offering at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking with charging for almost any make of EV.
