Aude hotels with breakfast

This place is hard to describe other than to say it transcends normal descriptors. We came across it by chance as we were passing through the Minervois area heading south.

I could not say enough good things about this hotel. The owner/manager, Frederick, was absolutely the best. He helped us enormously with car parking, etc.

Very warm welcome, incredible room view. Impeccable bedding. Impeccable breakfast and service. The quiet swimming pool with a beautiful view. I recommend ++++

This house on the river is really beautiful and calm, with a nice view on the river. Olivier, the host, is a kind person and he will do everything for you to have a nice stay.

Excellent staff, very clean bedroom and bathroom, great breakfast. Asked for extra pillows and a hairdryer, no problem.

Biggest day of the year: fireworks over the castle, tourists from all over Europe flooding into Carcassonne. But the staff helped me plan and even helped edit something I had to write in French.

Perfect place for one or two nights if you want to visit Carcassone which is around 25 minutes walk from the hotel.

Ok, if you are visiting this region of France (and you SHOULD be visiting Carcassonne), this B&B is an absolute no brainer!

The accommodation was very traditional and a nice quiet setting, a little out of the main town so having a car to get around is advisable. A 10 minute drive into Carcassonne and parking was easy.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Not as a holiday destination, but if you need a break when driving… It's clean, quiet and the staff are always friendly.

Just had 5 nights at this wonderful hotel. I stayed in room 202 with beautiful views of the citadel. The room was just perfect with amazing views. The staff were very approachable and friendly.

My partner booked this hotel as a surprise as I wanted to visit Carcassonne, and I was told that this hotel was outside the old city.

This really is an exceptional hotel. What a shame we only stayed one night en route to the ferry in Barcelona.

My husband and I have just spent 5 days at this wonderful hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man who helped us with our luggage.

I stayed in the 6 bed women’s room, which was clean and the bed was comfortable with curtains for privacy. Staff (esp. Sara from reception) was super helpful and welcoming!

Solo female traveler during the low season. Felt very safe and rooms were very clean. Very walkable to the Cité and train station.
