3-Star Hotels in Aude3*

We were only spending one night in Carcassonne and so picked this hotel for its location and price point.

This is a really nice small hotel close to the castle. The hotel is very clean and the owners very pleasant.

Wonderful stay! Peaceful with large and beautiful rooms. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful pool which is very relaxing in the afternoon sun. Perfect location for exploring nearby area.

Six friends went for New Year’s Eve. One in a wheelchair. One with crutches and one quite elderly. We were all treated the utmost respect and help was on hand the whole time.

Arrived early afternoon and managed to find a parking spot. Not many there and you have to be lucky I think. Good welcome by owner who took us to our room. Smallish bedroom, but comfortable.

We successfully escaped from an overpriced and sad looking holiday rental with no sheets or towels to this well priced lovely decor gem of a small hotel.

An hotel perfectly well located to visit the old town, the rooms were simple but at of good price/quality.

Friendly hotel in excellent location. Great place to start or end a trip given that everything here feels easy.

Stayed at Domaine Méditerranée for 5 days, and it was truly wonderful! Amazing hospitality.

Excellent overall. The service was particularly noteworthy. The proprietor was very attentive, polite, and helpful. He reminded me of a fine Swiss hotelier, very old school in the best possible way.

Quiet, friendly, charming, traditional small French hotel. Within walking distance of the train station and well placed for the town and the old fortified area.

Arrived to be greeted by friendly professional staff at check in, given keys to our room, told everything we needed to know about the hotel facilities.

Stayed at this hotel in August 2025. We loved the themed decor. Our family room was amazing with an outside area where you could see the pool. Kids loved the bunk bed.

Top-notch welcome and services. Isabel and her husband are charming, giving us good advice about their region. Simple, hearty and tasty meals and breakfasts with fresh, local products.

Lucques Masabelle is a charming place where you are warmly welcomed. The rooms (already stayed several times) are spacious, carefully decorated, well equipped and quiet.

Beautiful accommodations. Staff readily switched to English at my very poor attempt at French. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A fantastic place for a family holiday. Our apartment was spacious even for a family of 5 and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the countryside.

My husband and I are from Australia and we stayed two nights during a bicycle trip we did. The hotel looks over the magnificent castle in Carcasson.

Excellent short stay and close to the citadel. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast was good, plentiful and frequently replenished.

We had a lovely stay in this amazing apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

This is our second time staying at Le Pelletier Du Claux, and we look forward to staying again. My partner slept better here than at home!

An end of holiday hotel chosen to be near the airport. The taxi fare from the railway station was 13.5 euro for 2 people.
A small room with excellent air-conditioning, quiet and clean.

Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Carcassonne Bed and Breakfast with Elaine was simply wonderful from start to finish.

We stayed in the blue room which was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The house is charming and the guest lounge and pool area are lovely places to hang out.

An Unforgettable Stay ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing experience at this charming hotel! Jean and Hugo are incredible hosts—so welcoming and hospitable.

A charming place just like the people who welcome you.
The decor is modern and tasteful with beautiful decorative pieces.
Very well located establishment.

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our hosts were truly lovely. Also, had a great time at their town festival.

We stayed for 3 days and it was one of the most beautiful nights we spent with the family, Camila and Quentin were really wonderful, they took care of us and they were very nice, we wish you always

I was only here for one night and I wish it was more, as I absolutely loved my stay here. I'll definitely be back.

Natascha is an excellent host, attentive, pleasant, and looking out for guest needs. Her B&B is comfortable and it is placed beautifully in the middle of charming Caune.
We did not miss anything.

We had a wonderfull stay at Le relais d’Affiac: beautifull house, spacious and very comfortable room, delicious healthy breakfast and most kind hosts.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good friendly service. Nice rooms (we had a 5 person room so it was large enough for the whole family) pool and outdoor areas were very pleasant.

The rooms are old but in good condition, ok sleep quality, the location is also ok. The worst experience was the dinner.

We had a superb little break at this charming hotel.
Fantastic size and clean rooms with tasteful decor and wonderful views.
Hotel very well maintained throughout.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is amazing, in the countryside, with a huge garden. Filled with birdsong.

This was a perfect stay in the heart of Carcassone. Free parking on the street, well located to access the castle and the town.
