Carcassonne Hotels

We were only spending one night in Carcassonne and so picked this hotel for its location and price point.

This is a really nice small hotel close to the castle. The hotel is very clean and the owners very pleasant.

What a perfect little hotel just a few yards from the walled city. More than courteous reception and catering staff.

Excellent food, attentive service, well worth a visit.

Going back in time happens just like that when you enter this domain. The energy, the ambiance, wow. Huge trees, green lawns, lots of flowers.

Perfect placement to explore the old city and surroundings. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Scrumptious breakfast.

Absolutely excellent family run hotel. Super friendly and very very helpful. Brilliantly placed for both the old Cité and the newer town.

We stayed in this beautiful spot in April 2025. Chris and Lisa were fabulous hosts. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay, Regis is an absolute pleasure to talk to. The CdH is a beautiful old building with really stylish rooms and bathrooms. There are beautiful pieces of furniture.

A really special place to stay. Régis is the perfect host. The rooms are beautiful, and the location ideal for the bastide. Plus Régis serves the best breakfast in town. Superb!

Had a fantastic 4 night stay, Sadie and Joachim were amazing hosts the house was beautiful and in a perfect location, the Breakfast was really lovely and fresh and we absolutely loved the dogs!

First impression: We're pulling into Carcassonne. Rolling down the main drag. Hoping to find a parking space not too far from where we'll be staying.

Fantastic hotel, from check in to check out everything was great. Andre was great and looked after us. Lots of safe parking for our motorbikes.

The dinner was absolutely delicious! The receptionist was helpful and friendly, and the rooms are well-equipped — we had everything a person might need for a comfortable stay.

This is a great hotel in a really good location, only a short walk to the centre of Carcassonne.

We visited specifically for a concert at the Carcassonne Festival so only stayed a couple of nights (tend not to use hotels for stays over 3 nights), but it was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel boasts an absolutely perfect location, offering incredible views of the medieval town of Carcassonne.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. It’s within 15 mins of the main centre of the city and just by the walls of medieval citadel.
The air con was much appreciated and the room was well appointed.

Surprise stay very original for my 60 years. Haven of peace, conviviality, excellent table, very beautiful experience that will remain engraved in my memory.

What a lovely find! Katy and Olivier have created the coziest chambre d’hôte located right on the Canal du Midi. Their design sense is impeccable and the breakfasts are to die for.

A wonderful stay at La Villa Carcassonne. Juliet is an excellent hostess. Very comfortable room with all amenities provided. Superb breakfast with home made cakes as an extra treat.

We were at this wonderful B&B last week for 3 nights. Dominique reached out to us and picked us up at the train station since it was raining.

Arrived to be greeted by friendly professional staff at check in, given keys to our room, told everything we needed to know about the hotel facilities.

Stayed at this hotel in August 2025. We loved the themed decor. Our family room was amazing with an outside area where you could see the pool. Kids loved the bunk bed.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is amazing, in the countryside, with a huge garden. Filled with birdsong.

Such a unique experience. The staff is utmost precessional, catering to our preferences. The rooms are open, contemporary and the patio is zen like and tranquil.

The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel.

Excellent service, very clean, beautifully decorated boutique hotel right outside the gate of the walled city.

I cannot express how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff at the Pont Levis hotel are.
