Hotels in Carcassonne with Breakfast

We were only spending one night in Carcassonne and so picked this hotel for its location and price point.

This is a really nice small hotel close to the castle. The hotel is very clean and the owners very pleasant.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s less than five minutes walk to the entrance of Carcassonne. The hotel staff are wonderful, accommodating, friendly, and very helpful.

What a perfect little hotel just a few yards from the walled city. More than courteous reception and catering staff.

Excellent food, attentive service, well worth a visit.

Going back in time happens just like that when you enter this domain. The energy, the ambiance, wow. Huge trees, green lawns, lots of flowers.

This is a great hotel in a really good location, only a short walk to the centre of Carcassonne.

We visited specifically for a concert at the Carcassonne Festival so only stayed a couple of nights (tend not to use hotels for stays over 3 nights), but it was a very pleasant stay.

An hotel perfectly well located to visit the old town, the rooms were simple but at of good price/quality.

Friendly hotel in excellent location. Great place to start or end a trip given that everything here feels easy.

We stayed in this beautiful spot in April 2025. Chris and Lisa were fabulous hosts. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious.

Lisa & Chris were the most gracious & delightful hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Very professional matre'd, made our stay really memorable. The breakfast he prepares and serves personally is truly exceptional.

Fantastic hotel, from check in to check out everything was great. Andre was great and looked after us. Lots of safe parking for our motorbikes.

A wonderful, homely, cozy hotel. Amazing view from the window. The room is perfectly clean. The bathroom has a new shower, new plumbing. New luxurious bed linen. We were delighted.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay with Serge & Jean-Yves. Staying at Chambre Avec Vue is like being welcomed into their home. The rooms are beautifully decorated.

Serge and Jean-Yves were perfect hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed the two evening meals they prepared for us on the terrace. Lovely accomodation and breakfasts. Very good air conditioning.

A big thank you to the receptionist (owner? ) at this hotel.

Modern, clean rooms. 5 minutes from the canal and the train station. 20 minutes walk to the castle. Good value. A selection of restaurants are a short walk away.

Excellent overall. The service was particularly noteworthy. The proprietor was very attentive, polite, and helpful. He reminded me of a fine Swiss hotelier, very old school in the best possible way.

Quiet, friendly, charming, traditional small French hotel. Within walking distance of the train station and well placed for the town and the old fortified area.

Arrived to be greeted by friendly professional staff at check in, given keys to our room, told everything we needed to know about the hotel facilities.

Stayed at this hotel in August 2025. We loved the themed decor. Our family room was amazing with an outside area where you could see the pool. Kids loved the bunk bed.

This hotel was exactly what I wanted : a bit old-fashioned but elegant. Breakfast was great, and the lady on duty offered alternatives for dietary restrictions.

This location is a dream! The room was small but comfortable, but that's completely what I'd expect from a hotel in the medieval city proper.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely old building.
Rooms have real character, not like the usual chain hotel rooms.
Air conditioning in the room was bliss on a scorching hot weekend in Carcassonne.

We had a wonderful stay, Regis is an absolute pleasure to talk to. The CdH is a beautiful old building with really stylish rooms and bathrooms. There are beautiful pieces of furniture.

Central, clean and dog friendly! The room was a bit small. The staff was friendly and the surrounding area is perfect to walk your dog. Only 5 min from the cité carcassone.

Price-quality is perfect. We stayed one night and the staff were really nice with us. Rooms are simple but with everything that you need.

A wonderful stay at La Villa Carcassonne. Juliet is an excellent hostess. Very comfortable room with all amenities provided. Superb breakfast with home made cakes as an extra treat.

We were at this wonderful B&B last week for 3 nights. Dominique reached out to us and picked us up at the train station since it was raining.

Absolutely magical hotel. And the staff is INCREDIBLE.

My husband and I are from Australia and we stayed two nights during a bicycle trip we did. The hotel looks over the magnificent castle in Carcasson.

Excellent short stay and close to the citadel. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast was good, plentiful and frequently replenished.

An end of holiday hotel chosen to be near the airport. The taxi fare from the railway station was 13.5 euro for 2 people.
A small room with excellent air-conditioning, quiet and clean.

Everything was perfect!

Such a unique experience. The staff is utmost precessional, catering to our preferences. The rooms are open, contemporary and the patio is zen like and tranquil.

Welcome and evening pastries were quite delicious and adds a personal touch to our experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Our room was very comfortable and beautiful.

The Hotel le Pont Levis — Franck Putelat is likely the perfect place to visit this historic city.
First, it sits at the entrance to Carcassonne's old town.

An absolute gem of a hotel – peaceful, stylish, and perfect for exploring.
We recently returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our stay at Carcassonne Bed and Breakfast with Elaine was simply wonderful from start to finish.

We stayed in the blue room which was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The house is charming and the guest lounge and pool area are lovely places to hang out.

An Unforgettable Stay ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing experience at this charming hotel! Jean and Hugo are incredible hosts—so welcoming and hospitable.

A charming place just like the people who welcome you.
The decor is modern and tasteful with beautiful decorative pieces.
Very well located establishment.
