Menu expensive not representative of the plate. This last, TURBO, 2 portions of fish are small, but a non-flesh fish (the jelly). A coffee offered by the server (very friendly) but good for€ 25 a plate… Deco of the 70s, when the framework is in old Stone … not on the inside. Choice of the dishes to be too similar. Has avoid. We eat lunch at les halles … it was great, better supplied, and much less expensive (the frame was also prettier) to AVOID!

A stay of 3 days spent in this hotel. The hotel is very well located in the city centre while being quiet. The setting is perfect with the canal right next to it. The staff is very nice and welcoming. And the prestige suite is the best! We loved it!

A fantastic place to relax, a great spot by the canal, rooms are large and very well equipped. I was lucky and had a terrace and a jacuzzi also, a great couple of nights.

It is located in a quiet area near the city centre. The room where we stay is very spacious with a kitchenette, Jacuzzi and an outdoor terrace. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel closed to sluice of canal and city center with a nice vue to the garden. Jacuzzi was included in the room well equipped and well decorated. The reception guest are very welcoming but open until 23h. We recommend this hotel it was nice to stay.

Very nice place in the vicinity of a beautiful mill. The jacuzzi in the room is a little happiness and the decoration is made with great taste. We are greeted very warmly at the reception and by two beautiful Parekh. The highlights: The bedding and the wide choice of breakfast, the weak point: some hygiene faults in the room.

Nice hotel on the canal side. The staff are friendly and helpful. We took the Prestige suite. The room is beautiful, decor sober, bed 200 cm × 200 cm and a super Jacuzzi. Good experience.

3-day stay from 11/03 to 13/03/18. The location of the hotel is top notch! A stone's throw from the historic city centre of Narbonne we were able to visit everything on foot. The hotel nothing to say … The very nice staff, the suite with jaccuzy is a pure wonder! Breakfast a bit classic but very satisfying. We spent 3 great days and we will be back with pleasure! Small downside on the toilet towels and the presence of bathrobe would have been very nice.

Superb HOTEL located on the island of Gua, situated on the right bank of the Canal de la Lorae, the establishment benefited of a privileged frame between the canal, the sluice, the municipal garden of medieval inspiration or "Garden of curate" and the proximity of the city. The reception was exemplary by a staff with small care.
We had reserved a superior SUITE, balcony with a very large bed.
It was very spacious and offered a large satellite TV with free internet access, a minibar, a safe, a courtesy tray, a desk, a seating area and a telephone, a pay-per-place room.
A perfectly equipped kitchen side: a fridge, a microwave and all the kitchen utensils.
No complaints about the bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a walk-in mirror, a makeup mirror and a hairdryer;
We had room service and a wake up service.
And of course on a terrace;
Excellent Breakfast buffet.
Good value for money.

A great place for a relaxing time in love… a redo! The staff smiling and pleasant as to the suite it is just magical!

One night spent in this 4 star hotel with impeccable comfort the bedding nothing to say, the bathroom opened with a blind on the room very clean.
The most is the jacuzzi which is in the room with impeccable cleanliness as it has a disinfection function.
Small downside the light that passes through the large bay window of the room because no curtain but otherwise nothing to say.
It's a very nice breakfast.
And especially the staff very nice.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms, clean according to my experiance. The only inconceniants I found for this hotel are the parking too small (obliged to park outside) and lack of electrical outlets to the bed to recharge the laptop if not the top!

There is potential, beautiful building and garden. But the lack of maintenance actually felt: cobwebs, temperamental heating, coffee machine broke down. Not worthy of a three star.

A little tired. Feels like being transported back to the 1980s yet the welcome information says it was built this century. Tucked away behind Gare de Narbonne, views beyond the hotel's own (lovely) garden are mostly of rail yards. Note the "accessible" rooms are not entirely wheelchair friendly. There are no rails in the bathroom and the shower is not wheelchair accessible.

Établissement avec des descriptifs erronée. Bouteilles d'eau introuvables pourtant c'est compris dans le prix de la chambre baies vitrée cassés le vents et l'air qui passe à travers. Le jacouzi est en faite plus une baignoire balnéo.

Despite an error on my reservation I do not hold them rigorous because they have been able to forgive. Great atmosphere Perfect for a romantic evening.

Nice and quiet area, in surprise Tequila has the reception of the hotel, very nice hostess and very available, clean room with a balneo bathtub and a huge wooden terrace. Exterior decor of the hotel very treed to discover by the guests.

Nice hotel in a quiet and secluded location. Next summer the partnership seemed. Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette, cutlery (there was no spin — eh, French). Jacuzzi in the bedroom — struck down by nature. Ample parking in the basement. Absolutely empty. Cons-quite expensive.

Perfect. Everything was top and perfectly in tune with the photos.

Approached through a housing estate but actually in rural surroundings. Beside the canal and a former water mill, so quiet and peaceful. Room large and comfortable with air conditioning, generous shower and jacuzzi (should you want it) and kitchen bar. Staff very helpful, dealt with minor problems quickly and efficiently. City centre within 25 minutes walk, Autorail terminal about 15 minutes, rail station about 35 minutes. This is not a cheap hotel but it provided a most pleasant end to our holiday.

Room with Jacuzzi, balcony unopposed, bathroom with walk-in shower, kingsize bed, nice deco, free parking. What could be better.
