Would give lower rating if possible, room is tiny cant sit down in the toilet, no aircon, the room is literally a sauna, no fan option either Ended up paying for a room 3 places down for the same price…

Not a bad 3 star hotel for the fact that almost no Russian-speaking only one Russian-speaking Irakli and another elevator is some old and the rooms are not spacious.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, tidy room and modern bathroom with everyday cleaning service. Best offer for its price. Would go there again! Also the croissants were amazing. 5/5 Thanks, Irene from Ukraine.

Ideally placed in a passage sheltered from the tumult of the great boulevards. Warm and friendly welcome. Narrow and fresh corridors. Small area room where nothing essential is lacking. Narrow water room. Be careful when leaving the shower, not to hit the toilet. Some retouching of paint to perfect the finishes would be welcome. Very clean hotel. My room overlooked a small inner courtyard: calm and tranquility assured.

I stayed there one night and my room was right in front of the noisy elevator during the evening, it's a pity.

Very central and super convenient to the Metro stop of Grand Boulevard. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very comfortable beds and rooms redone and cleaned every day. Very small rooms, and bathrooms. In the bathroom the toalet is in front of the sink with almost no distance between, half tub. No microwave or fridge, the lighting was very irritating, but it was clean room. The breakfast is mostly croissants.

A mini fridge was not enough for the 5 star rating. Very good location. 15 mins walk to the Louvre and 1, 5 minutes to the Metro. Near Kjerfor, which works even on Sunday. Everything is very comfortable.

We arrived in Paris as early as 8 am and at the hotel by10AM, even though the check in time was 2PM, we requested for an early check in and they immediately gave us room at ground floor, which was really small but clean. But it mattered that they wanted to give us the room when we most needed. Evening when we got back, they changed the room and gave us the room at2 floor which was descent sized for the Parisian standard. Its in a great location, with 2 minutes walk to the Metro station and all the cafes/pubs etc in the area. Over its a value for money!

The hotel is located in an old quarter of the capital, in a small street. When you are in the room you can hear the noises of the corridor. You can also hear the sounds of the street. The room is very comfortable. It was very hot.
Breakfast is taken in the basement, in a vaulted room, extremely noisy. It's better to be well awake. The croissants, the bread are very good.

I was satisfied with my experience for one night in Paris. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Paris, close to all convenience, restaurants, the Montmartre district. The second is a vibrant neighborhood. The room was small but it was a very good value for money with a clean room, a clean, new and functional bathroom. The staff is OK but good luggage guard service. Finally, I only regret to have been on the ground floor for the noise nuisance.

We arrived and ten minutes later a purse was stolen INSIDE THE HOTEL. The receptionists told us that we would be able to watch the security footage. Half an hour later, they told us that if we wanted to see it, we would need to go to the police. Save yourself a problem and go yo another good hotel, there are plenty. Nice hotel to stay a couple of days. Room and bathroom a little small. Located in a commercial area of the Opera district. The Metro that takes you anywhere in Paris is just meters away from the hotel.

Very little space in the rooms. On reception do not know Russian, but well know English. Food croissants, dry breakfast, juice. The room had a lot of hair-apparently in the room did not be swept before the settlement. The Eiffel Tower is about 50 mins walk. In general, if not going to spend a lot of time in the room, but only to spend the night, then this is a very good option.

Two stars even a lot! I got here on business, if I paid myself-cried, but ran away! The room is so small that even the door does not open until the end! Don't go in with the backpack! Hotel is clean, but there is no air conditioning. The rooms were barely liveable at night as the rooms were too hot. Also the staff would not refill the soap, even after repeated demands. Would not go there again.

Very low quality for very low price. But what is included: shared bathroom on the 5th floor, door without proper lock, itchy blabket with some holes after couple of cigarette burns, family of bed bugs and pieces of food from former occupants. Pros: close to the Train station and metro station as well as the Sacré-Cœur. Staff is OK. Rest is rubbish. Can't reccomend. ⚠️ Check your room before check-in!

You get what you pay for. The people are nice but the rooms are bad. At least mine was. I wouldn't have minded if it was properly isolated because I got sick because it was so cold! I imagine this place being ok in summer but considering they don't have AC it might get too warm? In any case, I do not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is small, but everything is there (even the Russian channels on TV). The receptionist speaks a little Russian. Nothing But this is the center of Paris. To Metro 2 minutes (Grand Boulevard), to the Louvre and Montmartre 10-15 minutes on foot.

The hotel feels that it is pretty, but must have been renovated not too long ago and it has been pretty well.
My stay was comfortable and they have treated me well.

We were in Paris x 4 nights is fantastic. The tiny rooms and cleanliness that instead x was not great I would not recommend. But since it is located in the Centre of 10 metro then you. We went out in the morning and coming back late at night and there was only interested in the bed as we were tired. So in the end it was a great choice.

The only good thing is that the Wi-Fi is free, after ALL!

The room a stayed was clean also the bathroom. Breakfast room was being refurbished I was given a voucher for breakfast in the nearest café which was quite nice. Staff polite. Fantastic location.

The hotel is quite central, Metro station, restaurants ect. Directly in the proximity. It is located in a side street with other hotels in its courtyard, it was noisy all night and it was so hard to sleep. In addition, the rooms are very small. From the bathroom all to silence, which had curtains's smelled like holes and mildew stains in the bath permanently drain and the drain in the shower schimmelte also. The breakfast consists solely of baguette, croissants, jam and yogurt. Otherwise unfortunately nothing edible present. Wi-Fi in the lobby which is usually fully occupied. Staff not particularly friendly. Room not very clean.

Rundown Hotel: impractical.

Stayed in room 1. Mold coming out of the crack in the bathroom. Stayed two to a room with a tour group, only one towel given, didn't have enough towels to give me a second one. 2 beds to a room, when time for sleep, realized there was only 1 pillow. Guy at the desk said no way to get another pillow till the morning. (Although after about 5 mins of arguing, he finally left to get me a pillow. ) Breakfast was literally just bread and cereal. Not overall terrible in a pinch, but you could do better.

2 stars hotel completely matches. Fast Wi-Fi (10 MB/sek) but only in the lobby, pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast, Nice staff, good location, clean, every day on TV there are 3 Russian channel.
And now the drawbacks: rooms, toilet, the corridors are very small, not very accustomed to the first 1-2 days, but then you get used to, in my room does not work air conditioning, I don't know is it just me or everywhere, but summer happens hot, now being renovated and the hotel entrance looks awful and the staff does not speak Russian, for someone can be a drawback, too.

The worst you can find. This is a really bad hotel, it looks nothing like the pictures. It looks more like something you rent per hour. Landry is scattered in the hallways and you can barely get through with your luggage. The isolation is bad so you can easily hear your neighbors. There is no internet as there is promised, only works in the lobby, so no chance there for privacy. The drain in my shower is not working, but the worst is the service you get here. They are both rude and arrogant. They treat you like you are a burden to them. Unfortunately I booked a room for 12 days at this hotel. The room was dirty when I got it and it hasn’t been cleaned once while I have been there. I have asked for cleaning of the room but still it has not been done. There is dust everywhere, there are big, brown and sticky marks around the door handles, toothpaste stains from the last tenant of the room and there are old pieces of chewing gum stuck to the wall. For this hotel cleaning consist of making the bed, getting you clean towels and emptying the trashcan. They will do absolutely nothing else and it is not even every day that they do it. The breakfast is more or less non-existing. You can choose between bread that is as pleasant to eat as a sole of a shoe and some grainy yoghurt that taste like the smell of sour socks. There are no eggs, no real cheese, no ham or other such things to put on the bread and there are certainly no greens or fruits.

Rooms are not large but clean and tidy. Wifi is unfortunately only in the Lobby, but often crowded. Breakfast is very manageable. Doors and Windows are not really sound-absorbing. But the location is good and there are good Restaurants in the vicinity.

Apart from the okay room decor and brand new TV, there is not much positive to say about this. First, the address given to me was incomplete, it took me ages to find even though it was meant to be 18mins walk from la Gare du Nord, I asked at a dozen of people on the way before finding it. It is incredibly noisy, you can hear people talking and laughing next door well into the night and the footsteps of people walking on the floor above, those walking in the corridors and any noise made outside. Lets say I did not sleep properly during my stay. Staff are not friendly or welcoming and are not willing to help. They say rooms come with free Wi-Fi access. That is not true. There is Wi-Fi available but only in the reception area which always have large groups of people sitting there and using the internet. They used up all the bandwidth so I was unable to connect and instead had to turn on my mobile data. I complained to the receptionist and was not eager to help. Choices for breakfast very limited.

I was in this Hotel at the beginning of September 2012. The reception was excellent. After you eingechecked has, the possibilities recommended that a tourist might be interested in, is recommended. It is a dirty hotel, in a dirty alley, in a dirty area. Details as to hang the towels do not exist. Rooms are very small with small damage to each of them. We had 2 days leaks into the Hall, while nobody put a cube to trim drops. Now you can imagine the smell of moisture. The breakfast has very little variety and is in a basement. The only good thing: the price (compared to other hotels in Paris). Free Wi-Fi in reception.

More q hotel, hotelucho, m had already warned of q was a bit shabby. But taking into account the prices of hotels in Paris we just here.
