A warm and friendly little hotel. Cozy, quiet and the beds are super comfortable but not too soft. Quiet neighbourhood with some great eateries all around.

Good service and location for the price. Location is well balanced — close to sightseeings and train station.

"Avoid this place" I Will NEVER EVER step foot in this hotel again. Paid for 2 air conditioned rooms 202, 203 neither one worked the entire time I spent their. The repair man never came to fix it even though I was told it will be fixed every day by manager on duty (LIAR). Then I was also told its because of unusually hot conditions but the rest of the rooms on 3rd, 5th floor and lobby worked flawlessly. Ruined the trip of a "lifetime" because of bad maintenance and constant lies. Avoid this place, there is another best western only a few blocks away.

The hotel is pretty affordable and quite nice. I love the aesthetic of the room I am in. The front desk staff is great and was very helpful during my visit in Paris. I had a tour but never got picked up and they tried their best to figure out the situation.
The only things that I had an issue with was there was no air conditioning in my room, but they provided a fan so it was still cool in the room.

If you want to have a good time, go your way. The rooms overlooking the street are very noisy. After the first night we asked for a room on the courtyard, we were not told that there was work from 8am. Little understanding of the staff that calls into question what we say. Not to mention the welcome at breakfast where you feel like you're disturbing, or the bathtub without a cork, or the air conditioning that doesn't work. In these conditions, we preferred to shorten our stay. Very bad experience.

Very nice. Small cozy rooms so close to the metro and downtown as well as other things like cafes restaurants and shops. The bathroom was very clean and modern, immaculate. The beds were comfortable and wide, and the view of the street was beautiful! Thank you!

This clean and fashionable little hotel is located between Gare du Nord and the famed Galeries Lafayette. Many places of interest within a short walk and metro is a couple of blocks away. A nice park around the corner and if you keep on past the park you will be in Montmarte in 10 minutes. The lobby bar area is inviting and has quiet places, plugs and good Wi-Fi. The room was typical size for Paris but clean, stylish and comfortable. The breakfast does not offer any gluten free breads so I can't review it. Good value for this part of Paris.

Beautiful room. Very well decorated. We had a room for the people and it was very spacious. The bath tub was glorious. I took a bath during my stay which I normally don't do at hotels and it was wonderful. They had even provided bath salts. This was the first hotel we stayed in in Europe that had a fridge. The staff was very kind and always willing to help or give directions. One even tried to teach us a word a day in French. Very conveniently located to public transportation and many restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel located in a quiet area but close to the most interesting of Paris.
All the staff treated us very well but especially Rachel who, from the first moment, offered to help us in whatever was necessary.

We spent six nights here. Great location, close to the Metro, delicious breakfast every morning, clean rooms, small by American standards, but comfortable. Friendly front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff. The shower temp varied a bit, otherwise a great experience!

Comfortable hotel, pretty rooms, nice balconies in each room looking over a typical narrow Parisian street, great, great breakfasts, polite, friendly and helpful employees and reception. Not far from a metro (subway) station that can get you anywhere in Paris. I came here with my students, but hope to return next time with my family.

Warm welcome, decoration of the refined rooms, in the heart of the capital, in a freindly district of the right bank, the photos exhibited give an arty ambiance, I recommend.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable hotel. Lovely deep bath, although shower water pressure wasn't great. Very tasty breakfast, a little bit on the pricey side (€13pp), although a cheaper option is available. We had an attic room which meant some very low ceilings and sloping walls, but fine if you're not very tall. Well located (close to Gare du Nord) and the Metro (7 line) is a short walk away, as is a useful bus stop. Great for families. Very nice restaurants nearby, we'd recommended Le Corail, just across the main road. Above all, the best thing about this hotel is the super friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and the hotel is not far from the Metro.

Really really terrible stay. I arrived quite late, small lobby in a hard to find, filthy side street. Unfriendly concierge. No room service or restaurant or bar (even close by). I had to go out in an unsavoury Street to search for food. The room was so extremely tiny (besides being unshoddy) that I couldn't even open my overnight case anywhere. It was also very noisy, there were drink people screaming in the street. The TV had no international channels, it's the only time I haven't found at least international news channels. Breakfast was scarse and the quality was poor, a Thermos with terrible instant coffee. There was one soggy croissant and some bread. Stop. I will make sure I don't return, inadequate.

The room was nice but small. We also didn't find out until after we paid and brought up our belongings that our a/c didn't work.

My shopping stuffs and money was stolen in my room when I stayed in this hotel last May 22, 2017. There was no force entry to my room and no cctv in the whole hotel premises to see who entered my room. We were asked to always return our room key (no card key either) to the front desk when we leave the hotel, the cleaning ladies have a key to each room.
Strange thing on that night of the crime, the cleaning lady was in the front desk pretending to be getting some candies in the candy dish while I was in the front desk during that time. She was going around the front desk while I was talking to the reception, as she was on a look out of something if I will be going back to my room or going out.
After the crime, the manager said it was my fault that I didn't put my money in the room safe, how about those branded shoes, belts and bags, how can it fit in the safe? She said that the hotel is not responsible for my loss.
When I checked in to any hotel, the room is our domain and the hotel has to protect our safety and security while we are checked in. It should be the responsibility of any hotel to protect the interest of their their guests while we are checked in, it is also the responsibility of the hotel to safeguard our belongings too. In this case, it was clearly not what the hotel did.
They didn't even bother to accompany me to the nearest Police Station to report the incident.

Location is great. Rue Lafayette is full of restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. The rooms are small, like every hotel in Paris, but well decorated and clean. Enjoyed my two night stay. Love the magazines and newspapers in the lobby.

Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were fully equipped and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast downstairs was well stocked.

Clean & neat family hotel friendly. Chosen appropriate on behalf of the hotel both baroque and contemporary decoration. I loved being in the centre of Paris near the Department stores and the monuments of the capital. An address to keep and to share! ;)

The hotel's location is great, the neighbourhood is very quiet, close to the Metro!
The hotel quite clean, rooms a little small but not bad!
A note on the breakfast: the Lady at the service is very unpleasant, she pretends not to understand, he laughed because one of us had not seen well, also from day one so very rude she rebuked because in asking the water for tea we had not specified that it was for 4 (there were 4 at the table) while she took her own initiative for 2!
Final comment, on the day of departure you are allowed to bring down in the lobby my bags long before 12 o'clock and in my absence (we went out for the latest shopping since we were supposed to leave the hotel before 12) just because the suitcase was already closed (it should be noted that close to caution every morning), preventing me to go back in the room (it was about 11) to freshen up a little before leaving.
Otherwise all ok, it should be noted that the staff of acceptance was very friendly and professional.
