Old not worth the money nothing functions who ever gave them a 4 or 5 star knows nothing about hotel standard's I call BS. Run.

I have stayed here 2 times while in Paris. The location is terrific and the rooms are very nice. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

The bellmen were good. The receptionists knew nothing of Paris and gave incorrect information which cost extra money. The general manager complained about another guest loudly to anyone who would listen. The sheets were dirty — it took two tries to get them changed. It is a decent 2 star but hardly a 4 star hotel.

Great service. Tip: toilet is in a separate water closet.

The Staff is friendly and anxious, in our first Room were unfortunately Ants, we then got another Room of a higher Category without Any problems. The Rooms are ok but have already come a bit in the Years. Metro Station and the Arc de Triomphe are 5-10 Minutes away.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak several languages. The breakfasts are amazing, there is absolutely everything and very good quality. The facilities are somewhat outdated but not a big deal. The location is excellent but the Wi-Fi service is very poor.

Location's a bit farther than metro than ideal. Rooms are decently sized, but construction noise can be heard even in the evenings.

Hotel 4 star, so very clean, nothing to complain about the shape. The big Plus is the staff very professional, responsive and enjoyable. The staff is worthy of a very good 5 star. A pleasure to have stayed there.

I give it 2 stars, almost 3 only by the location, the place is little old and always has a failure in the Internet for travelers is important, you do not have an evening service (I arrived at 11 and famished and there was nothing to offer me)

The management makes some effort some expensive are antiquated.

Room clean cocooning and full of little touches. Very comfortable bed. Caring and friendly staff. I recommend it.

Hotel a little complicated to note positive Point: — very close to the fields — Executive Room View Eiffel Tower — the perfect room part: perfect bedding, the welcome tray with the Nespresso etc. Very correct.
— Breakfast There is what it takes — the correct parking rate is very narrow but an employee helps you by cons negative point: — the glazed bay still soaked in moisture — paints the floor the joints and the balcony it's scary for a 4 *
— The bathroom in DIY version is really very average…

It's really a pity because it could be a great hotel but we still had a very good weekend in Paris.

For a 4 star the maintenance is poor: the paint is listening to the ceiling, the joints of the bathroom are dirty, the carpet of the hallways is dirty and smells bad ' the pastries are not good. The staff is decent. The rooms on the street are noisy.

Rooms acceptable. Breakfast spectacular.

Good service bit the departments little to small. But to stay the night and rest its ok.

The place is great. Helpful staff, come to our room in a minute after calling the reception. Just don't get confuse with other hotel with the same name but without the street name.

Excellent service, central location and beautiful place, very close to the Arc de triomphe, this area is very safe and quiet, 100% recommended.

Can do better… noisy room by the elevator. Very difficult to find sleep. It was a very clean hotel. Nice and professional Service. Excellent Breakfast. Comfortable in the end anyway.

The rooms were very comfortable and the room was very spacious and the staff were very kind and very relaxing. Surprisingly good was the extensive breakfast buffet.

Hotel is OUTDATED and NOTHING like the photos online. We would have stayed some place else but it was 8 of us. The rooms need to be painted, bathroom needs to be updated (rust, dirty dusty blinds), small cheap pillows need standard size pillows, curtains old and dirty. Electricity sockets went out. We requested to change rooms, but staff Pascal did not want to change our room. Finally hotel maintenance came up and examined everything, deciding nothing can be done. So change room. Nope told to figure it out. Finally got everything to work, but hotel manger didn't give us anything for our inconvenience, no apologizes, discount, nothing. Also, breakfast NOT great at all. Restaurant does not lunch and dinner so that is a bummer. Smell — sewer backed up and it was an awful smell. Housekeeping did a terrible job, didn't change sheets as requested, didn't replenish, towels in bathroom. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Nor will I stay here again. Oh forgot the internet went down and we had to get a hot spot box. Stay Away!

Great breakfast, Nice atmosphere! Very friendly staff.

The service here is brilliant, but it isn't a 4* hotel. It was once upon a time but it's now very tired with mismatched decor. They serve a warm breakfast which is best avoided.

Stood with my significant other for one week at the Royal Garden Hotel and we really enjoyed it, the staff was very kind and informative, they told us everything we wanted to know, such as destinations and means of transportation, once every few days the hotel would gifts to our room, we returned from our trip to Disneyland or Louvre and found a box of chocolate, sweets and even champaign. We ate at the hotel's restaurant for break feast and there was plenty of food to choose from, from pasta, eggs, ten kinds of cheese to waffles and organic juices, everything was delicious and fresh. The room was gorgeous, clean and modern, it really felt like a romance in Paris.

Extremely disappointing Service for a four-star: baggage handlers do not mount your luggage when you requested it, the lighting of the rooms does not work properly, the doors are in bad condition, you are asked to pay the tourist tax at 5:30 Morning while you accompany someone to the airport and you return to the hotel a little later in the morning, the room service does not return the forgotten items in the room… without comment!

Very well located, less than ten minutes walking from the Champs Elysees. Good reception service, very friendly. Comfortable rooms, with small details on like a boiler and free coffee and tea. And it is a very quiet street in the middle of Paris!

Staff was friendly! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment & it was very clean & roomy! Housekeeping cleaned daily. Needs upgrading! Toilet was in a separate room than the Bathroom which was great. Only thing I didn't like was the water went down very slowly in the tub.

Hotel a bit deserving of a renovation.
The windows of my room insulated that very little noise from the street.
My remote did not work, they had no batteries to home…

Best deal for the price/location. We were five and stayed in their family suite which consisted of two separate rooms, a bathroom, water closet, kitchen and dining rooms. Two blocks from the Arc d' Triomphe. Great place for kids. The decor is bland but we're not in Paris to stay in hotels, we're there to see Paris. Free FRENCH breakfast buffet is nice spread of typical offerings, the meat/cheese board is a nice surprise.

The service and the room were excellent. Al clean and tidy.

4 this is of course an exaggeration. The location is good. 7 minutes and you're on the Eliseya. The rooms are old. There is a kitchen, microwave, oven, but there is never any dishes.

Although staff are nice, service very poor. Complicated steps for login Wi-Fi, no room make up on Sunday even you put your request message at front of the door & verbal request at receptionist. No AC before summer, broken lock of bath room.

When we arrived we were given a key to a room that was already occupied, but everything else well, rich buffet breakfast.

Our Ipad was stolen from the room. It seem someone with the key got in and just took it from the table. It was scary and we had to sleep with a sofa infront of the door. The manager Catherine Marais promised to call me the next day. She did not. the hotel people did not take it that seriously. Apperently this may not be a single incident We looked in trip adviser and there were few complaints about the air condition. We called before we booked and asked about. They said they fixed it. When we arrived I asked again. Got no answer from the reception. She said in France when you do not get an answer, it means No. Stay away.

The staffs and FO are so nice, and helpful, also the breakfast was nice. Internet was good during my 5days stay. But I would not give this hotel 4stars because the hotel requires maintenance. Lift wasn't working, furniture is so cheap, the celling of the WC was stained, and the corridor floor was smelly.

Lovely breakfast, great location, pleasant staff but apartment urgently requires maintenance. No hot water in kitchen. When boiling the jug with iron on the system was overloaded and we then had no electricity in the kitchen/dining area including no TV for a night. Also, lift wasn't working for the 3 days we stayed there.

Do not stay at this hotel. The French hotel standards authority has removed all its stars because of the state of the hotel, do not be fooled by the pictures they was obviously taken when the hotel was new, its completely run down and a complete rip off. nothing works no Wi-Fi nor lifts DO NOT STAY HERE.

I got a newly furbished room. This hotel is in a great locattion. Very close to all touristic places of paris. Overall a great experience.

I was here on may 2012 and it was really fantastic. Its near some resturants and champs elysees also. Nice staff, rooms, and accomodation.

Need renovation is a hotel very comfortable impeccable breakfast in a beautiful salon and best of all is its location very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elisée were in a Department of the giant of the 4th floor with terrace and living room and two bedrooms while nudi kitchenette there is no kitchen utensils but perhaps provide them so ask the guest.
