Excellent service great room nice breakfast and in a great location.

Stayed for 3 nights and the service was great. Room was smaller than what we were used to but it was cozy. There's a serve your own breakfast from 7am-10:30am each morning. Haven't tried the dinner.

Pretty typical Paris boutique hotel. Room is small but comfortable, my room had a queen bed and at best could fit 2 people and will be tight with luggage. No special amenities though — no shampoo, no room service, no gym. Great part of town — can walk to many attractions and good food in the neighborhood.

The red pencil is very atypical and "as at home", the Director and his staff are at the care of the guests. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with a very nice décor. Super friendly atmosphere.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. Great location (5 minutes from the Seine and the Louvre), and it has a very funky aesthetic. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, with great English, and appealing quirks. They have wine available, too, which is a excellent additional feature. A very strong boutique hotel and highly recommended. I would stay there again without question.

A very nice small and completely refurbished boutique hotel with kind and nice service and all the minimum services you need. Small and fair despite the high price. The rooms look quite new and clean and with a very modern look. The personnel is really kind and it is located close to Louvre area in a very calm place full of services around. The breakfast is ok despite the limitations of the facilities. Excellent place for a romantic runaway with your partner to enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

I stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and they spoke very good English. The location is great, as it is about two blocks from the Louvre, Royal Palace, Les Halle. Of course, Pont Neuf, Notre Dame, Jardin de Tuillerie, and Place du Concorde are very close, too. I walked everywhere, although there are Metro stations every few blocks. This is my first time there, although I am in my late fifties. The city is as amazing as I had imagined — there are unparalleled monuments, e. G. Arc de Triomphe, Pont de Alexandre 3 at every turn. The people seemed especially attractive, too. Everyone was very friendly, and seemed to appreciate it if I tried my limited French skills with them. Some minor points about the hotel. The rooms are small. They are like an average sized bedroom at an average American house, and not like the average hotel room here. Of course, it is in the middle of the city with a moderate price. The bathroom sinks are placed under the shelf for toiletries, so I couldn't get my head under the shelf (over the sink), and my feet got soaked everytime I tried to shave. One warning not related to the hotel, I walked to the RER station at Les Halle when I was leaving and had several bags I was trying to manage. As I put my ticket through the entry gate and pushed my bags through before me, a man crowded me from behind and pushed his way through on my ticket.

Boutique hotel (17 rooms) located within a 10 min walk to the Louvre. Plenty of restaurants and bars located near by. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Main lobby was staffed 24/7. Housekeeping was good but they did forget to replenish our water and toiletries on occasion. Breakfast was included in our package. Pretty standard consistency of cold cuts, cheeses, breads/pastries, juices, dairy products and boiled eggs. We never had an issue getting enough to eat to start our day. If you're looking for a traditional English style fry-up you'll need to look elsewhere.

Beware: this is an air bnb, not a hotel. Such false advertising. We just checked out of a suite they described online as "metres from the hotel" and I think they should advertise it honestly — this is an AIR BNB off site being run by a hotel not a few metres but at least a hundred metres away. There is no towel, bed or daily service unless you want to pay 40€ per service (! ). There is no staff on the premises whatsoever. If we wanted an air bnb, we are capable of finding one on THE AIR BNB website. Not through a hotel which is precisely what we wanted for the daily service, being able to give us directions or a restaurant recommendation. In addition to all of this, the reception wrote down THE WRONG SUITE NUMBER and send us on an hour hunt by ourselves with all our luggage (again, because there is no staff in the apartment building and no one offers to assist you with your bags. Some hotel! ) we were calling them multiple times and they wouldn't even walk over to let us into the suite. The suite is very hard to find without precise information as the building has three elevators all going to different areas that don't connect, another fact they left out when giving us directions. We would absolutely not recommend. At least with an Air BNB you can meet someone to be let in on site and they are kind enough to tell you a couple of restaurants or let you know where the metro is. Too bad because the suite is lovely but if we wanted an air BNB we would have booked one.

Great boutique hotel. Very friendly and welcoming, clean rooms, lots of character, tasty breakfast and in a brilliant location to move around the city via the metro.

Room is great. Unique and funky. Breakfast is light with a wide variety of things to eat. Staff is very friendly and fluent in English. Recommended place to stay.

I have been staying here or at the sister property — Hotel Crayon, every time I come to Paris for over 15 years. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the RER at Les Halles. The rooms are well appointed. And the staff are fabulous. I highly recommend.

Nice small hotel, great location and great style. Can only recommend the hotel for singles, couples or Families. Interiors is very special and carefully selected, every room has a own style which makes the place even more special.

Suite without moderation, smiling, sincere and pro welcome, contact with Fiora just warm, the management of our court stay was at the top! The awesome breakfast, squeezed orange juice! For an evening in love with champagne jaccuzi! It's the perfect suite! The bed a real cozy nest! The calm at night is nice especially in Paris! We'll definitely come back! When you love you don't count…
