Deplorable administrative management.
We slept in this hotel in March 2020.
A rate error (this one had been negotiated beforehand) at the time of the settlement took place and we were told that the invoices would be sent to us by e-mail. Despite several written relaunches, oral exchanges and phone messages, so far nothing has been done!
it is unacceptable and too easy to blame the Covid!

We needed a clean, comfortable and cool place to stay during our 6 nights in Paris. Our expectations were exceeded with a modern hotel with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We do not need a large room or suite, and our room met all our needs very well!

Great location to walk to many major attractions, also very close to two major metro stops. Good rooms — size & amenities, very clean and staff was available & attentative.

Elevator was not wheelchair accessible so I had to have my breakfast delivered to me. They only managed this 1 day out of 6 with a variety of reasons why it couldn’t occur. Mini bar was not replaced each day. Room service unavailable at times.

Absolutely fantastic locatalo, 150 Metres from the Louvre and right in the middle of Paris. Great beds. Try for a room at the back if road noise bothers you.

Very good location. Suite was very spacious and high quality. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options.

Really really love the location, Louvre museum is exactly on the next street, many cafe, boulanger and boutique in walking distance. The street Saint Honore was perfect distance from shopping. The hotel is small as expected but comfortable, clean and I love the balcony. The only problem is the 1st two days the AC was not working but the weather outside was cold so we just opened the windows. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Broken air conditioning, dirty room, tiny room, really bad internet. Great location. I recommend booking elsewhere.

We stayed here and not a bad hotel but here is the kicker, I would not recomend you staying here as we paid €150 00 for the night and the AC was none operational, when I asked the front desk for a fan, all I got was that the hotel does not have any fans.

The hotel is small but clean, the staff are friendly and always willing to help you. The location is very enviable as it is in a very full center, a few steps from the metro and some refreshment points. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Paris fully.

The biggest room and bathroom. Walk to the Louvre. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel. Staff very professional and super nice. Beds 160 cm very comfortable cleanliness impeccable. Very good situation. We always stay there during our trips to Paris. Recommended.

I forgot to mention that the bedding was ole and worn which caused our backs to hurt. We sunk down in the mattress, and I weigh 150, 5ft9in. Size 4/6. I noticed the other review isnt showing but this will get the point acriss. Stay away. Add a few more dollars a night and upgrade to Hotel Louvre, The Westin or L-Empire which are ALL of quality choices in the same district.

Beautiful place, very well located, with very friendly staff!

Very clean, pretty small rooms but with all amenities (including Nespresso coffee machine). Breakfast fee in the basement.

The facilities are very simple to be a 4 star hotel, the attention very cordial but could be more oriented to meet the needs that are presented, the breakfast definitely would have to improve and make it more varied.

Excellent service the employees are very friendly and the location is very good near the gallery Vivien, the palais royal, and two blocks from museum lubre there is a supermarket near a bakery and next to the hotel there is the best pizza with truffles and one with proshuto palm the best that I tried in my life.

Wonderful hotel! Very close to the Louvre. Upgraded us to a larger room for free! Very helpful staff and delicious hot drinks in the lounge. Highly recommended!

Good clean little rooms. Modern decor. May not be for everyone-small elevator, hallway, but this is Paris and u just need a place to sleep. Great location, 5 mins to metro. Lots to eat around hotel, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Loved the hotel. Central location at a reasonable price. Believe me I compared. There are lots of delicious restaurants and cafes near by and the louvre is down the street. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations. They even allowed us to leave our luggage over night for a short trip we took to champagne since we are checking back in tomorrow.

Convenient transportation, friendly staff, living in the back of the building in addition to the elevator is too small voice, the other is good.

Nice enough boutique hotel. Super close to the Louvre. Don't get it mistaken with the other "Best Western Louvre" though like I did.

I've stayed at this hotel for seven nights. I must say that I don't have anything nice to say about this place. I was given a room on the 7th floor with zero view. The bed sheets had yellow stains on them. The bathroom had a malodor. Mosquitoes and spider webs all around the room. I requested 4 times for a room change. The receptionists would tell me that there was no room available. Also this guy named Jean-Pierre was super rude to me. Another one named Mohamed would come knocking on my door every night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until the people who work there know how to treat customers.

Very good idea to have chosen the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint-Honore Hotel in Paris for our trip. A well located hotel allowing to move easily or we were warmly received by a nice staff, and available. The room is always clean and well kept with a very nice design that we liked, especially this beautiful fireplace in the lobby. To report the hearty breakfast with homemade dishes (toaster, small tuna bites, scrambled eggs and so on… a real treat. This hotel is definitely worth a visit and thanks again to the very friendly and professional staff for the stay.

Our room is very comfortable. Even with being on the street it isn't too noisy. Plus it is very close to the Louvre and the Metro! Very easy access and it's in the 1st arrondissement. Elevator is very small but nice to have being on the 5th floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We liked it, small but charming hip. Best because it's or was centrally located for where we wanted or needed to go. Stayed there twice and can not find a reason not to go back.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Clean room and enough space for a person, the very comfortable bed and bathroom (flat on the shower doors). If there are two of you, I think maybe it's limit. The breakfast was good. The corridors are however very close attention to wide or large people. 3 star hotel max.

This was a great hotel for it's location alone but then add the incredibly friendly staff and your set. We walked all to all the most important places where the big bus starts or the river hop on hop off starts it was awesome. Also it was quiet and the restaurant next door was great. Going to stay here again…

Beautifully situated, the hotel is clean and for an additional fee there is also an adequate breakfast buffet. Ideal for exploring the Centre on foot.
We can only highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing you again!

Good clean and friendly hotel with english speaking staff which was a great help. Nice Breakfast. Comfortable room. Free tea & coffee in the room. Central location great for walking to the popular sites which are very near by. Expensive but very nice hotel. The staff are a great help. Recommend. And would stay again. Free wi fi, its good.

Really good. Nice rooms, good service, lots of space. Two questions: why does breakfast cost 19 euros? And why do maintenance ladies insist on riding the lift with all their stuff? Most of the time, they are there whenever you call the lift…

Not very big rooms for 4 star hotel but the place hotel situated is really exelent. 5 minutes from every important place of turistik Paris.
