I would like to thank you for your assistance and collaboration last week, during our stay. It was a great collaboration, everyone were happy, everyone loved the hotel. I really appreciate every each effort you made, to make sure our group was taken care at 100%. They loved the dinner on Monday, the food was delicious and the service perfect. Thanks to Alberto and Olivier for their assistance. I loved the personalized menu print, small details make the difference. I am very satisfied as usual the 5 star service of the star hotel Castille Paris a Director worthy of this name which finally gives to this beautiful hotel a Milanese look bourgeois as we like to discover in Italy.

This is my first time to stay at Castille hotel and its simply wonderful! The location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing and most restaurants are close by. Best of all the Mothership Chanel boutique is right next door! What really makes a difference is the wonderful staff especially Patrick that makes you feel so welcome and at home. The staff are amazing and we really felt like we were home. We will definitely be back! The only thing that needed improvement was the small enclosed separate toilet that was claustrophobic and the water pressure from the shower. But everything else including the towels were amazing!

I am now a regular customer of the Castille and I must say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and very much…). The environment is familiar, elegant and comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly, ready to meet every request. The rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort. I highly recommend to try the two storey Suite. The location of the hotel is perfectly suited for moving around the city and is adjacent to Place Vendome with its amazing shops and restaurants. Do not forget the opera house and especially the restaurant inside the hotel where you eat well and with high quality food. I mean, if you think you're going to Paris, don't hesitate to try the hotel Castille!

I found Hotel Castille on trip advisor and it absolutely lived up to my expectations! The hotel was lovely, the service was good and the location is great. Easy walking distance to the metro, the gardens, shopping etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but, what was to be a quiet hotel in a little back street in Paris turned out to be a thunderous street with all the construction. This was never communicated to us at check-in and I suggest you do to your customers. We wanted to spend some leisure time at the hotel but the noise urged us to leave so we were not even able to enjoy a drink or have a quiet lunch on our anniversary to use the $75 from American Express Platinum on the premises. We also had an issue with the flush on our toilet which I did make the claim and someone came out to correct it but it was never fixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In summary upon check-in, I suggest you warn the customers about the drilling and construction noise and offer a discount to customers for the inconvenience. This will build some loyalty. The shower was very uncomfortable as well.

Nice place. Restaurant offering gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. During the beautiful days the patio is very nice. The decor of the rooms is sober and chic. The staff are listening to it. As a bonus, if you are lucky the master of the four-legged Heliot place will welcome you.

I had high expectations, and the Castille exceeded them. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The service from the staff was outstanding — everyone I came across was friendly and did everything they could to ensure I had a good stay. The room and amenities were excellent. One amenity that was a very cool perk was the complimentary smart phone to use during the stay, preloaded with recommendations and helpful tips. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

We booked this hotel while traveling with a baby expecting five star amenities. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. The hotel restaurant is closed two days a week — exactly the days of our stay. The room service is not what you expect in a five star hotel in Paris — offering only 3 mains — spaghetti bolognese, a club sandwich, and a burger. The front desk is staffed by interns, and the manager was not present during the entirety of our stay. The rooms are a bit run down. I have stayed at four star hotels far superior to this. Avoid.

The public spaces in the hotel are beautiful! It feels quaint, elegant and French! The staff is very professional and friendly. The standard room leaves a little to be desired. We were moved to a different room due to a hot water issue and it was lovely (obviously re-decorated recently). I would stay at this hotel again!

The Castille has a lot of charmed, was previously located for my needs and the room was comfortable enough at a moment that due to the snowy weather I needed to spend more than usual time inside. Though 2 points in need of improvement. The overall toilet conditions. Old, rusty, with a bathtub and a toilet bowl and it's cover as well as the flush in need of Great attention. The second point is the breakfast staff kindness. Below par.

This hotel is the very best hotel that I have ever stayed in! I felt like I was getting a true Parisian experience from the beautiful windows that opened onto a small balcony to the Coco Chanel inspired designs. My absolute favorite apart of the experience is the knowledge of the concierge, Patrick! He absolutely made our trip a success. We say awesome shows and went to beautiful restaurants, all based on his recommendation and setting our reservation. An additional benefit of the Castille Paris is the cellphone that they provide to every guest room. The phone allowed us to call and wish our family in the states a Merry Christmas free of charge. The only thing that I did not like was the hotel cat, Elliot. He is a beautiful cat, but it was scary to see this large cat lounging on the furniture in the lobby and sitting on the guest counter. I never saw him approach a guest, but I was totally uncomfortable whenever I saw him and was always fearful that he was going to pop up. Overall, I am glad that we stayed at this beautiful hotel for my first trip to Paris. Castille Paris has officially been labeled as "our hotel" when traveling back to Paris.

I have stayed several times at the Castille and until now I have never been disappointed. Now I consider it my second home in Paris, I feel like family.

Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Castille. What an incredible first time in Paris. The location is unbeatable. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and not ready to go home to my own bed. The staff was amazing, definitely felt like the 5 star service they live up to. Will return again and make sure I send my client's meetings and events to this hotel!

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, the only thing that the room for two people seemed a bit small and as I went for work I had to share the big bed with a female companion. Is not ideal, but everything else I can tell you that the attention was very good.

This was the second time that we stayed at Castille. I must say this experience was excellent. So was the last one but it was even better this time. Clean room, fantastic service. One thing that I really liked was the free mobile phone. It was great to be able to use a phone for calls and internet on our excursions. The only one minor issue that we encountered was the bathtub drain was very slow; so when showering it did fill up a few inches. That wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though. Really appreciate the excellent hospitality.

We felt pampered and very well Treated. I travel often and in 5 star hotels, but it was a while that I was not so good at a hotel! Many compliments to all the staff. A note of reading also for the restaurant, the breakfast, the Waiters. Really excellent.

For my Parisian needs the hotel has a great location.
Italian dining with starry dishes was a pleasant feeling.

Loved everything about our recent stay at the Castille Paris. The hotel was impeccable. Our room was beautifully appointed and very clean. The most comfortable hotel bed ever! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated all the great info we received from Stephane, the best concierge we have ever met. He went out of his way to offer recommendations for dining, shopping and tourist attractions. He always greeted us with a warm hello when we returned back to the hotel and was genuinely interested in how we spent our day. We also enjoyed cocktails at the hotel bar and Juan took very good care of us. He makes the best gin and tonic! Would highly recommend the Castille to anyone visiting Paris. Thanks for a great trip!

From the moment we got an upgrade to a duplex room, we were in love with your hotel. It was in a prefect location for visiting all the main museums and points of interest. The concierges were always helpful — going above and beyond in offering their help and advice. The waitress waiting for us every morning for breakfast was so sweet and wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience — the best in a lifetime! Thank you!

Loved our stay at the Castille! The concierge was beyond helpful in booking things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed the gym facilities. We loved their little take-about cell phone that helped us get around without using our own cell phone data — such a cool feature! The room was cozy, but things did get a little noisy at night. This hotel is charming, comfortable, superbly convenient and unbelievably friendly. The staff is the most accommodating, solicitous hotel staff I have ever found in 30 years of traveling. They go out of their way to make your Paris experience the best possible at every turn. The room was spacious and comfortable with coffee and tea in the room. If you need anything they have it for you in less than 10 minutes. The concierge staff knows everything about getting into and going anywhere and is particularly helpful for non French speaking travelers.

Chosen as the venue for a small meeting, the Hotel has confirmed its expectations.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the desk staff, to the lovely bartender, to the absolutely spectacular concierge, Stephane, each one amazed and impressed us. I cannot imagine a better hotel experience. Truly, truly spectacular.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. The breakfast was overpriced, but that's what you get at a five star hotel! We just chose to go elsewhere since there are so many options within walking distance! Our experience was a little tarnished by the temporary construction right next door, which caused jackhammers in the morning starting right at 8am, but I won't deduct from the score because that is temporary and out of their control! The only downside was the water pressure, which was slightly below average of what is expected at a five star hotel!

Terrific location, beautiful facility, but most importantly the staff was as warm, accommodating and welcoming as any hotel you might visit. (I have traveled over 400, 000 air miles and spent 200 days per year around the globe for a decade). Perhaps there are hotels that are more 'over the top', but for a graceful experience and strong 'value — for — money' this is a great choice.

We were delighted by this centrally-located hotel. The staff — especially the young manager who greeted us on arrival — were extremely welcoming. The accommodation was not large, but superior in quality to that of other 5-star hotels in which we have stayed. My husband was very pleased by the response to his email sent about a week before our arrival regarding dietary restrictions for his inner-ear/vestibular condition — and indeed the breakfasts were superb with adequate choice to address his concern. The inner patio area, with its beautiful polychrome wall-tiling, was stunning — but the weather unfortunately was too inclement for us to have breakfast out there. There is a hotel cat, a Russian Blue. We are both cat-lovers, so this was an added bonus! We loved this hotel, and would like to return there.

Stay unforgettable! A few steps from the beautiful shops and the place Vendôme the junior room is just magical and beautiful. There is almost no crossing at the road level. Chic and Class! I would recommend this hotel.

I have been going to Paris for three years and every year I go back to this Hotel. Beyond the great location from where you walk to, enjoying so truly Paris, most of the tourist sites. It is 10 minutes from the Louvre. It is 5 minutes from the main squares from the opera… Very close to Metro stations for those who do not want to walk. What about the hotel… Fantastic. Elegant, neat, clean, great taste in the furnishings. Spacious rooms rare thing
For Paris. The staff are very kind and ready to solve everything and advise you on all. Good breakfast With many varieties of products for all tastes from sweet to salty to fruit etc. Definitely recommended. I will come back as always! Thanks for everything

Here we made a presentation of the Marche region. Staff friendlier and very helpful, the kitchen really great!

The location of this hotel is really good, the beds are awesome, but the quality of the service is way above the price of the room. They only have one elevator with room for 3 people and it takes for ever to go in anyway and the shower has no pressure so the showers are not relaxing at all.

Our stay in this hotel was simply perfect. The accommodations were beautiful and the staff was very accommodating to my family. The Concierge handled all of my needs quickly and professionally. I was concerned about being in France and not speaking their language, but everyone at Starhotels Castille was accommodating and made me quite comfortable. The room was very nice and had a historic, elegant quality. The location is perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go, even Moulan Rouge! I will certainly stay in this hotel when I visit Paris again.

Excellent location. Small functional rooms.

It is a terrible hotel. The room is extremely small (We stay in the superior room). Probably less than 10 sqm. The door is not noise proof. In the evening, there was drunk people speaking loudly on hallway. It is very noisy at 3 or 4 AM in the night! The hotel staff was greedy. There was a duplicate booking by a guest. They even charged the person twice the amount for one room. It took a lot of efforts for the guest to get refund. We only stay for one night and immediately check out. Wasted about US$350 for that horrible night.

The hotel was very nice, but the staff and location is why I gave it a 4 star rating. Very Very attentive. The room was clean but only average. The Air conditioning is only in your room, not in the lobby, halls or the restaurant. The heat and humidity in the restaurant made it intorralable and was took the food to our room. The Location of this Hotel is PERFECT, steps from the Louvre, numerous restaurants, great local shopping (Not the National chains), tours and several other sites. No views from the rooms however. I will never go to Paris again, but if I did I would stay here.
