A calm and soothing place, refined and very well decorated. Hot chocolate is delicious, as are the mignardises that accompany it. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We'll be happy to go back.

It's a beautiful hotel. Great rooms. The staff is above all praise, thank you very much. It's a great location. Breakfasts are delicious. Through the concierge booked restaurant Jules Verne day to day, which indicates the high level of the hotel. If you want to stay in this area, this hotel is ideal.

Lovely boutique hotel with beautiful decor representative of its history. Very personable staff and great service. The hotel is at the gateway of the Place de Vendôme. Many historic buildings and monuments are within walking distance.

Year-end party dinner offered by the company. Of the sublime!

Lovely place to stay and we’d happily go back! Staff was friendly and helpful, our bedroom large and comfortable (bonus for the bed! ) and we were welcomed with delicious ‘friands’. I especially loved the breakfast area, which is warm and cosy. Breakfast itself is very good, though does not worth €39… I would have given it if it weren’t for the room decoration, which I find dated.

Super nice restaurant! The food was amazing and the portions totally decent. The service was also impeccable! The place itself is super cosy and elegant. I'll definitely come back! Oh and the prices are high but totally justified for such a place (I would even say reasonable! )

It is good but small room, the reception is small and have 1 elevator. Location is amazing near many facilities.

The restaurant offers well-thought-out, greedy and environmentally responsible dishes (feasting on reasoned products, what more could you ask for? ). The atmosphere is perfect and the staff particularly friendly. Get there with your eyes closed.

The bar is a very high quality in comparison to other hotels. Staff are friendly and speak good English.

Beautiful place near Place Vendôme, in a very cozy setting or you let yourself be carried in this very Parisian atmosphere!

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were very nice.

The fake blond woman working at the front desk in the evening is the rudest and most arrogant hotel staff I ever met in my life. So disgusting. Her colleagues were not much better. Small rooms, high rates, old place, rude staff.

So what else to say but that all SLH Hotels are all great ;-) in service and facilities/ endowment/ decor/ equipment
Beside all the "usual" or so called what to be aspected we can especially recommend the high service level of all of the personnel/ staff. Because my wife has not been to Paris before I had some special plans regarding sightseeing of the city and The Louvre in mind. I contacted the hotel in advanced via mail. After a quick and competent communication EVERYTHING… went out more then well and as normally to be expected. Thanks for all — we'll be back :-)

A very classy and quiet boutique hotel.

Delicious moments! We have lunch in the hotel's restaurant, and I must say it is a real pleasure! Staff very friendly, happy and considerate, which made us feel special, and very popular. Food excellent! France modern cuisine dishes to desserts are simple perfect! I recommend monkfish and sweet green tea cake comes with some "citrus fruits". The perfect place! The perfect moment! I would definitely go there again.

A fantastic experience in this gorgeous luxury hotel!

I have to cancel my reservation 24 hours prior to the date following a death. However the rule request a delay of 48 hours but the hotel wouldn't know because the rule is the rule, even in the event of death. When you lose someone, can we predict in advance? the person has the reception would not hear and was quite rude. The damage is double for me. I put a copy of my message, the person in the position to the City Hall of Strasbourg, who had advised me as well as the tourist office. I understand that there are rules but extreme situations such as the death deserve maybe a little understanding.

The smallest 5-star in Paris — but that doesn't equate to being short on appointments. The restaurant is small — food looked basic but good, maybe a touch on the high end of pricing — but the rooms are generously proportioned and the location is but a few minutes walk to all the major first-time sights to see. Literally all Persian addresses start from this spot — and for us I think our stay couldn't have started anywhere else either.

Beautiful hotel, great location and excellent service.
Not to mention the "1 Place Vendôme" gourmet restaurant serving refined and tasty cuisine.
