We gave a friend tickets as a gift. She can't make it to the chosen date… It is impossible to change dates and no alternative solution has been proposed. It's just outrageous. I clearly advise 22nd of the chaillot palace for their customer relationship.

Sehr guter Standort, nicht weit vom Eifelturm, Aussichtsplattform bist paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Metro gleich die Straße runter. Sehr saubere zimmer, werden täglich gereinigt. Für ein oder anderen etwas kleine Zimmer, aber für einen 5 tägigen Städtetrip war es für mich top. Frühstück gibt's ebenso. Service und Empfang sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

Well furnished rooms that may be small by some standards but are perfectly large enough for a hotel room. Concierges were friendly and efficient and the 24-hour coffee service meant I could grab a decent cup before work. Everything I needed!

Slept badly. Dreamt immigrants. Uhhhh, there was a terrible dream. The spirit of Paris seeps into the head. I'm already half Muslim. About nope where Karan came here. A what? Why? Why is there an inflatable boat with African children in my room? Guys save me allahakbaaaaa…

Its not a 4 star hotel but it hosts a nice simple room. For you if you need some where around trocadero and its a walking distance from there to square as well as close by pharmacy and mini market … lovely in a brief.

It is a very well located hotel, close to a metro station accessible by any means and there is even a direct bus service from the airport to that station "Trocadero" and the hotel is 3 minutes away, in a very good area and there are supermarkets nearby or restaurants and the best is That is behind the tower and in 5 minutes if much one can see from a viewpoint the tower Eifel. The room is small in size but very cozy, clean, tidy and well equipped, has no safe, no breakfast included and the staff is very attentive and helpful. For me it was a very good experience and would return again without Hesitation.

For the third time we return to this hotel; welcome, kindness of the whole team, cleanliness, good advice. Well placed, a good address to Keep.

The second time I've stayed here and great every time. The hotel staff are very friendly and spoke both French and English well. Very helpful and the hotel rooms are clean, small but accommodating. Close to the metro as well as the Eiffel tower, and plenty of shops and cafes around.

It was perfect. It was tight but it was a good size for two people. The front desk spoke both English and French. Great location near to the Eiffel Tower. Great parisian hotel.

Rooms clean but very small. Bathroom inside the sleeping room, separated by a glass wall; —) Good breakfast, Wi-Fi ok. Much to expensive for the standard offered.

Great location for the paris marthon, or sight seeing. Room size is good for city centre in paris. Really good and big showers. Breakfast is available, didn't try only because I prefer going out when travelling.

Centrally located, only 3 minutes from the Eiffel Tower with abundant international breakfast.

I had a 2 day business meeting, and then my wife and I stayed for 5 additional vacation days. All of the staff were very friendly and most helpful with any of our questions, or any requests that they were able to do for us. They graciously and pleasantly accommodated our most limited ability to speak French, and spoke English very well. And they happily showed us two different rooms and allowed us to choose from one of them. The complimentary specialty teas and the espresso/cappuccino/coffee/hot cocoa machine in the lobby was a great perk and we used it often. They do offer breakfast for a charge but we chose to sleep in each day. The rooms are smaller but large enough by Parisian standards to qualify for 3 star status. They are exceptionally clean and well kept, and their supervisor inspects each room after their cleaning to insure that they are. In fact, this hotel is one of the cleanest in which we have ever stayed. We were enjoying a coffee downstairs in their breakfast area when we observed a lady cleaning the elevator front and then the floor railing with what appeared to be a toothbrush. The front desk receptionist made sure that the breakfast/lounge area remained clean just as soon as a hotel guest would leave and was finished using either one of their tables or the beverage center. The location is perfect and the price was reasonable.

This was a charming hotel. The rooms were modesty sized but clean and well equipped. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is great, too. Close to the Eiffel Tower, and there are excellent restaurants nearby.

Great hotel, very nice staff. To know Russian language. Very much helped with a choice of seats and tickets. Plus is situated not far from the Eiffel tower.
