Nice clean place with great location. Rooms are smaller then they look on the photos. Uhm, 2 person elevator but it's fun.

Beautiful hotel, small but well done. Close to the Eiffel Tower and all the Parisian tourist attractions.

Location location location Few minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and Trocadero metro. There are many restaurants in the area including pharmacy, supermarket, etc The hotel was pretty amazing for a 3 star. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy.

About the rooms very cleans, the rooms staff and reception staff where very attentive.

Location is very central. It was super convenient to get to all the main tourist attractions. The room was a little small for four people, but it was clean and looked very nice. We didn't know how to turn the shower on at first, but the concierge at the front desk verbally taught us how to turn it on. The outlets aren't as good anymore. They've lost its efficacy to hold a plug properly and tightly. The service of the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. You could have the option of eating breakfast with your stay or not. We opted not to. Although, if you so choose to take the breakfast, it will cost you 12Euro per day, unless you buy it as a package. The Arc de Triomphe is 15mins away by walking. The Eiffel Tower is about 5-10mins away. 5 mins away from getting a good view and another five to getting underneath it. There are also many restaurants near the hotel.

The location was really nice (so close to the Eiffel tower! ). The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the price for it considering the location and size was very good. The employees were all very kind and gave plenty of information about the city and interesting things there were to see.

Good location.

Extremely rude service at the front desk with the receptionist yelling at me for not having a credit card for a prepaid room. While it may be a policy to require a credit card, yelling at a customer perhaps should’t be?

Very close to the Eiffel Tower of the human rights square? Like everything in historical Paris very expensive, the rooms too small and regular staff attention.

Great hôtel! Love the location!

Me and 3 friends stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The rooms are small but are impeccably clean and very well decorated with everything in it you would want. A number 30 bus goes from Gare du Nord almost to the hotel. The nearest metro is Trocadéro which is a 3 or 4 minute walk. When leaving the station take the exit with "Raymond" in the title. When you get up the stairs walk straight, cross the first road and take the next one on your right. The hotel is in the road 1st on your left. The breakfast is not bad for 9 Euros. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which is a very pleasant walk over the Bridge. The hotel was the nicest hotel I've stayed in for the money and I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the Conciege who was lovely and spoke amazing English. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

This is my first time in this hotel is nice room and nice location near every things. Most of things important things is security of this hotel is makes me and my family safety. Breakfast is good. I will come back to This hotel again.

Rooms are small but cozy, the staff does work very well. The breakfast is a bit of a disappointment as you only get some bread and a yoghurt. There's a big issue with sound, you can hear everything that's going on in the other room and when they open the door it's like they are opening yours, I can even tell what they talk about…

Very good hotel. Nice rooms, but breakfast is just sweet. We wanted more ham, cheese, egg, bacon, sausages and they didn't have. Really nice location. I highly recommend it.

Nice place to stay once in Paris. I have visited this hotel twice, it is clean and stuff polite. The only dropside is breakfast, and the elevator! With respect to breakfast, just skip it. They offer almost nothing and they charge so much… you should walk to Kleber or Poincare str and have a breakfast in a bistro or something. With respect to elevators just be patient! Hotel is really old, and rooms are really small, but come on, you are in Paris… who cares about the size of the room, who stays inside? Really convininet spot, pretty close to Trocadero and Eifferl Tour!

Stayed here, October 2015 on my 2nd trip to Paris. I love almost everything about this hotel. Location is very strategic, friendly staff, clean room and environment… Not to forget, any where I travel, I don't use hotels shampoo, use certain hotels shower gel only, but this hotel's shampoo and shower gel smells nice and refreshing especially after walk for tours in Paris most of the time. Dear Malaysian travellers, I would suggest you guys to stay here. You'll feel welcoming.

Excellent hotel in view of the price. Excellent location 5 minutes from the champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower. Nothing to fault. Very satisfied. Thank you.

More than 5 stars customer service! Specially the morning receptionist (the one with less hair). He was very concerned with the guests. The hotel also had very polite room girls. Will definitely stay in this hotel again the 2nd time we visit Paris.

Super! We celebrated our wedding in Paris. Within 3 days staying in this hotel. In August the rooms cost reasonably comfortable. 2 minutes from Tower. Very pool staff. Ordinary rooms are very small but clean and have everything you need. 2. We ran out for fees before the wedding fotosesiej! Vyberali for a long time and it was not a mistake! In a quiet street, all services are visible from the balcony, restaurants, počna. Obmenik. Taxi rank. Metro. Trocadero. Would certainly recommend.

We by chance found this hotel based on location and stayed 4 days with two small children, thus required a quad. This hotel has an excellent location to the Eiffel tower and transport, restaurants, museums, monuments, etc. And is located on a quiet street considering it's proximity to everything. The hotel is small, you get the bare necessities and less which I'll get to. The included breakfast is acceptable and is complemented by nice service. The big issue with this hotel are the rooms and the condition of the rooms. I may be naive, but anyone would expect even for a 3 star hotel that this would be in better shape. Basically the room was completely unacceptable for a quad and paying for a quad rate you would expect more. The room was literally around 18 feet long by 7 feet wide. You had to open the bathroom door, walk in to be able to close the door in order to use the bathroom. The carpets were stained and I'm certain that it was the cause of the sneezing attacks my son experienced. The bed covers were stained and worn. The bed was worn and sagging in the middle. The sheets you could tell were old and the pillows also. The pillows couldn't even hold there shape. There was insufficient lighting and two bulbs were out and should have been replaced. The cooling system controls did not work and I had to call the front desk to turn on and off the system. We froze the first night.

We spent three nights the week before Christmas and due to an early transatlantic flight, we arrived early and were able to check in to the room quite early in the day. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area, but within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, metro stations and wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend this quaint hotel to any traveler.
