Great hotel, comfortable and the staff and management are very good
The hotel is clean and close to the Eiffel Tower monuments, the Arc de Triomphe and many shopping centers, restaurants and cafes.

Good, quite, with high quality standard, Good place to live for approximately 4 — 7 weeks with a family the room including bed for sleeping and bathroom, and we must not to forget the kitchen corner, so Any one can get home made food in the kitchen. The daily cleaning was not available for unfortunately, other wise Wi-Fi is available, air condition, and hot ♨ water also available at bathroom.

My favourite hotel in Kleber. Great staff. Very close to the Eiffel Tower.

Good services. The staff are nice and discreet. The studios and apartments have been tastefully renovated.

Hotel was close to restaurants and the sights of Paris — would have been nice to have the option to make a coffee in our room instead of having to go down stairs — big cheers to Michael at the front desk very helpful.

Unfortunately our apartment was not shown as on most published pictures. The curtain was torn and had stains, the armchair was full of stains, bathroom with mold and traces of the previous tenants. Furniture partly broken.
Breakfast was OK, no matter if croissant, bread or cereal, in my opinion everyone will find something to eat!
The staff were all very friendly and very helpful!

Very good location to stay, close to main attractions and public transport. The area also offers a range of restaurants, shop and supermarkets. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and could not do enough to help including recommendation an local tour bookings. Free coffee facilities down in foyer. Very clean and spacious rooms. Stay here twice and would go back again.

Standard studio apartment. Good location. Walkable distance to the Eiffel tower and lots of good restaurant around. Don't like the fact that your room will be cleaned once a week.

The location is apt as 'Eiffel tower' and 'arc de triomphe' are at stone's throw distance. A vantage point for tourists. The room I stayed was on 5th floor from where I can get a good glimpse of the top of 'Eiffel tower'. Room was cozy and comfortable that had all the amenities to make the stay hassle free and pleasant. The amenities included kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron box with stand among others. Breakfast had vareity of dishes to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and professional.

I stayed in this Apartment Hotel on Business trip, it has everything you need in compact size. The best part is its Location 16 Arr Paris, it is superb — close to Business centre, tourist places, finest restaurant…

Good accommodations for a group of 6 traveling to Paris for a 8 days. Free coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby available 24/7. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good location for visiting the Eiffel Tower, and an easy 7 minute walk to either Trocadero or Victor Hugo Metro stations. Also, having a room with a kitchen in it was helpful for us… thanks for the nice and safe place to lay our tired heads!

Amazing location very friendly staff and room was great huge double Windows and nothing was a problem when asking for assistance — amazing restaurants downstairs and an easy 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower — fully recommended.

Had lived in this hotel for three months during my business trip. In general, the stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Location was the best. Would definitely recommend to others.

Staff is okay. They are nice enough. Rooms have cracked paint, chipped tiles, and are way overpriced for what you get. No breakfast included. No cleaning included. Just not worth it.

Very cute and very good attention.

Albeit dated, my accommodations at Citadines Trocadero has been comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and smile as you walk by, and the coffee machine in the lobby is open 24/7! The neighborhood is picturesque and has conveniences of a residential area — supermarkets and wine stores galore. And oh yes, it's super close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Tour Eiffel.

I stayed for 8 nights with my girlfriend. Excellent location, large apartments with all of the facilities you could want to enjoy the experience of "living" in Paris. Kitchen facilities are more than adequate if you want to do your own cooking. Also a massive thank you to Tristan, Aline and the reception staff for all of their assistance helping us to contact Air Berlin in three countries to track down our lost luggage (we got it back after 3 days). You won't regret staying here!

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly trained staff that provides a good service.

We had 3 nights here and thought the Hotel was fine. The staff very helpful. It is also close to the Eiffel tower and to where we got on the hop on hop off bus. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Paris has so much to see. I recommend the hotel and will stay there again if we return to Paris.

Dated rooms, apartment for 4 but two beds only (! ) to avoid.

Very good report quality / price, decent location, close to 3 supermarkets and not very far from Eiffel Tower on foot. Close to the Trocadero place and 2 metro stations, the welcome is warm, we're a family of 4 adults we spent 10 days during September 2011 and we were relatively satisfied. A recommend.
