Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. We loved our time here.

We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend them! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved the amenities and especially the infused fruit water, would love the recipe, it was delicious.

Beautiful Art Deco style hotel. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. Gorgeous rooms and good room service. Close to the metro. Fantastic Italian minutes away, and also bakery!

Stayed here with my family over a particularly hot week. We really enjoyed the relative seclusion and quiet of the hotel, without being isolated from beautiful Paris. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Oh and the air-conditioning was highly rated during the 36 degree evenings!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is simply off the charts in comfort and is literally walking distance to all of the sights. The Eiffel Tower is just a 5 — 10 minute walk from the hotel! The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées is roughly a 20 — 30 minute walk and the Louvre and Orsay is just about a 40 minute walk. When you walk from this hotel, it is not tiresome because the sights along the way are simply breathtaking and awesome. There are a number of restaurants around the hotel or you can eat in the hotel restaurant!

I booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay and requested parking which we were able to have.
Our stay was wonderful but we were very surprised and disappointed that we did not have the oppportinuity to use the bar as it is closed Friday and Saturday both daytime and evening too
Our rooms were wonderful with a lovely terrace.
The staff are very welcoming and happy.
Please try to reconsider the bar with regards to operating times as I do feel let down we were not able to enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening as we planned to relax and unwind in the bar as I booked the hotel with the view that we were able to use the bar
If we were able to use this facility I would of given a 5* rating.

It is not for both attention and quality price with the excuse that they are close to the Eiffel tower which is also nothing close to make you pay a 4 star that then does not work neither the fridge nor the bathtub of the room you tell them is spoiled and with the excuse of They do not speak Spanish and a terrible English are made the crazy care also tell you that breakfast is included and when you go you get the breakfast that of a very expensive step there was only little more than toast and terrible jams expensive and disastrous a deception to tourists will I put a star why is the least they let us here put.

Highly recommended. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel clean. We had a bit of trouble with the parking lot since there is no own available. Abroad, a day of Spar king cost 30 euros, so the overnight stay is expensive.

I stayed here during the first weeks of July. Everything was nice and clean, friendly staff, and we got a balcony which was beautiful and pretty big — (there was a table and two chairs out. ) It was close to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The metro is also really close about two blocks away and the Eiffel Tower is within 5 min walking.

Great hotel and I had a pleasant stay. I take a star away due to malfunctioning Wi-Fi connection during half of my stay.

+ Beautiful hotel + friendly helpful reception + Nice clean rooms + View-I find the parking garage which is available (which unfortunately was also chargeable) is, in my opinion, unfortunately very bad and worn.
There is only one way to go up or down, and also very narrow. I wouldn't drive again.
Still 4 stars for the hotel deserves for the price I had.

After a stay in this beautiful hotel, I can only recommend it to 100%.
Everything is made to feel good, the room was spacious, the staff very nice.
We had taken the formula breakfast, in the form of buffet, really appreciable.
The hotel is both modern, and retains the charm of the old one with a beautiful stairwell.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Place du Trocadéro. We have even been to the Champs Elysees!
I highly recommend, a big thank you for this fabulous experience.

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Me and my wife stayed in for just four nights but we were amazed how professional and helpful is the staff specially on reception. Although we didn't saw even once any house keeping members, everything was extremely tidy and keept up to standard. In overall we would gladly visit again in the future.

Lovely stay at Maison FL! Great location closeby the eiffel tower in the lovely neighborhood of Passy. Staff is great and very careful to clients' needs. A free phone is available for foreigners so you can have internet outside the hotel. A must do in Paris 100% recommended. Thank you to the staff.

Its best so far for my entire Europe trip. Maison FL has exceed my expectation. Really looking forward for guest arrival and always ensure guest expectation were met. Nice room and ambience and very helpful and informative hotel crews. My choice for next Paris visit.
