Nice hotel in central Paris. Great breakfast and helpfull staff. Recommended!

Damn you cant leave a review with no stars so they'll get one. BEWARE OF THEIVES, IS THE SIGN THEY SHOULD BROADCAST! I came across this hotel after thorough research for my next trip to Paris, through my sister who had recently visited. Let's just say unless your rich and don't mind being ROBBED for $1400 then by all means stay here. My sister recently stayed here and had $1400 stolen from her suitcase, in the room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on it. How this happened is beyond me, maybe DO NOT DISTURB signs don't have the same meaning here as they do everywhere else in the world. Maybe it was in a different language and they couldn't understand. The world will never know. Maybe they are somehow affiliated with those who robbed Kim Kardashian, who knows. However, there have been absolutely no efforts from the hotel staff to resolve this situation as their staff was responsible and the should be accountable for it. You have a better chance of not being robbed walking down 42 Street in Times Square, New York with your money hanging out of your pocket than you do here, or better yet even walking through the Bronx. If you had to choose between staying here or sleeping on the street, grab your stuff and just find yourself a nice cozy corner on the street. Will definitely NOT be staying here ever and will be informing everyone I know :)

The staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The hotel is conveniently located near Vaugirard Station. Unfortunately, very disappointed with the room, the small bathroom is expected, the smells of sewers in the morning a little less. The bedroom window did not close, not ideal between heat and noise. Too bad, really a pity.

Hotel is well situated. Small rooms. If you have to catch a flight in the morning you better go early. We ordered a taxi night before to leave 9am. It never showed. We had to call uber price was twice. But was 3min away. Great experience. Tour eiffel just 10min avay.

We were a group of 20 people, and our group leader's 1600 Euros were stolen straight from within the locked room in a time span of 15 minutes. When asked for help, the hotel staff were very uncooperative and didn't even help us report to the police. It was clearly the hotel staff who stole the money with a master card key. We reported to the police, but the process was long. The hotel sabotaged us.

Poor security system… theft from room itself when we were around… hotel staff not coperative… rooms too conjusted… had bad experience…

Most discusting hotel I ever went. There was hair all over the bed. The carpet was discusting, the shower was full of mold. You can hear the neighborgs talk all night and there was even sperm on my pillow. That was the moment we left the hotel to search another hotel. When we told the owner we were going to search for another hotel because it was nasty, he got really mad. Never again!

1. You can't sit on the toilet the wall is too close. 2. Shower has little power 3. No air conditioning. 4. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Small room but nice and clean.

Very average hotel! Little housekeeping and bread with the appearance of a stale bread.

Very dated rooms at top floor, old bathroom, pipes everywhere, decor poor. Beds made every second day. Cleaner does not clean bathroom well as bath had soap marks around, dust visible on sink etc. Family room has no space as they fitted 4 beds into double room, connected 2 single beds together despite sharp metal bits sticking out and my child cutting his leg on it. Family Room fitted 1 adult with 3 kids under 14 but would not accomodate 4 adults due to lack of space. Good location, quiet street. Shops, cafes and all other stores within walking distance which is a bonus. Friendly and polite staffs looking well after guests and attending to all requests, making guests feel welcomed. Communal facilities are fine except for stairs with very old carpet from 80's. Lift fits 3 people max and would not be any use for a pushchair. Nice breakfast and good fresh coffee. As regular traveler can recommend this hotel as budget stay. On other hand Paris has so many attractions that hotel time was reduced to sleep time only. Stayed in for 3 nights.

Small hotel in a nice residential district of Paris. Transport close by, Metro 12 and a stop where 4 buses pass. Several supermarkets nearby.

Surprisingly lovely! Very simple, perfect for a business trip, or frankly a weekend away. Great coffee at breakfast. Small rooms, which is fine for a person from the UK (used to it). Very pleasant reception staff. Will stay again!

Ohh boy where to start from? One of the worst hotels i'v been to, my room was supposed to be Single Superior, I had a toilette and shower in the room! (the toilette was in the room next to a shower cabinet and sink! ). I could hear when people flush the toilette on the upper level. The Pictures are very miss-leading, the staff was very meh, the reception smelled bad very bad. One of those days I left the AC running because it was very hot and when I come back it smelled bad in the room. I spent most of my time outside and was coming back late to sleep but if I was planning on having a relaxed time in Paris, I would not stay here at All.

Hotel is clean and some of the staff are welcoming. THE rooms are very small. The Tunisian lady went into a fight with me because I came 2 minutes after 10:00am for breakfast. She was very disrespectful and told me breakfast is finished and she has other things to do and I can't have breakfast. I will Never go there again, despite it's beauty.

Ingeniously located for all sights in the center, nice staff, nice rooms.

Great Hotel! It has amazing staff, lovely rooms (only complaint is bathroom is a bit small but that was expected for what we paid), lovely breakfast options (good variety). Well worth the stay and very very good value for money. I will mention again that the staff are really lovely.

A lovely hotel! Lovely staff, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are just right, very cleaned and well organised. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast! Overall we fully enjoyed our stay there! We would definitely go back to this hotel 100%.

Great hotel for this price. Very friendly personnel. Rooms are quite small but pleasant. The hotel creates a homie feeling, which was not the case with other comparable hotels I've stayed at in Paris.

Was a good experience. Nice and quite however fold out beds where bad in family rooms.

The rooms are very clean and quiet but 30 minutes waiting to be able to sit down for breakfast and be forced to clear dishes from previous people. I think it's average. The dishes are done in the drop count so nothing available. The tables are not cleaned between each occupant.

I just call the hotel asking if they have a double room for 7th of December, the woman that talked with me was rude and just said a no, really unpolitte. However, if I go to their website and to booking it shows that they have available roonns for the date I asked, which means that she was no being honest with me…

A very quaint, comfortable and good value for the price hotel in a lovely area in the 15eme of Paris. The staff from front desk to the woman who took care of rooms was extremely friendly and accommodating and made my stay very pleasant. I had only one not so pleasant experience with a staff member at checkout. VERY cold and nasty. Made me feel quite unwelcome. Outside of that… when I feel the need to get away to write or work… I will absolutely visit again. Merci Moussa and night staff.

Well located. Clean room. Friendly staff. However the TV works very badly no access to channels 1, 2 and 3.5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 work but with an image disintegrated fairly regularly. Wi — Fi free and accessible but low at times.

The hotel has quite aged. Many damaged, defective and sometimes dirty. The rooms are extremely small. There are little things missing, you can hang anything anywhere. It lacks the usual hook/Dresser, you can not hang his jacket. The Cabinet is extremely small. The breakfast is nothing special, what you need is there. Rooms are very quiet.
We can not recommend the hotel.

Hotel OK. Small room and bathroom. The room was pretty clean, but could be scouring a bit more. Good breakfast with a good choice of beverage and correct choice of pastries. Good home. Price of the House… 159 euros + 10 euro breakfast per night… (with groupon 158 euros for 2 night with breakfast and 1 hour cruise…)

Good Hotel with French Breakfast.

Well communicated, freindly staff~ I arrived with my son almost 4 hours earlier before check in time. We were so tired of long move from Spain that I couldn't trip out. We just tried to put our luggage and then, to hang around like zombies. However, front staff gave me a key for my room even 10: 40 am! Thanks for Considerate service, my child could sleep well, we could enjoy in Paris. Hotel room is little bit old, but no problems~ cozy, well communicated, clean room, freindly workers which neans you feel like home. Close to fruit stores and restaurants. Absolutely I would recommend to my freinds and members of smart consumers.

The internet do not work from the second floor to six. Do not have air conditioning in the rooms even in summer. Its not a clean place and its to far from the centre.

We as a family enjoyed our stay2 adult and 2 teenagers. Price was spot on a bit of noise but its a capital city and it was only background noise. Ideal for getting around the main attractions we hired the borris style bikes and found it a great way of getting about. Bars and restaurants close by. If driving book parking space well worth the money.

Its very nice Tower you can walk, friendly staff but rooms are very small.

You get what you pay for: it was a good 3 star hotel. Close to metro, restaurants and food stores. Not very sound proof, but cozy. Worthless Internet connection though, so if that's important to you I don't recommend you staying here.
