Highly recommended! I’m so appreciate the staff welcome us that night. We booked a room in another hotel in advance but got cancel without any reason. But Maxime who worked in the night shift welcomed us and saved a room for us. We feel so warm and lucky to come into this hotel. The room is very clean and the view of street is nice. It’s better than other 4 stars hotel in Paris. I tried other 4 stars hotel before, but the room is much clearer here in Chouette Hotel. We will definitely come back next time and recommend it to all my friends.

Tem tudo o que você precisa na redondeza. O café da manhã era uma delícia. Você encontra metrô e linhas de ônibus próximo ao hotel. O staff também super gentil. Super indico o hotel.

Very clean and adorable hotel! It’s in a quiet area and it’s not very far from the big attractions and some good restaurants and cafes! The rooms were a very clean and modern. The shower was awesome! Also the room has it’s on air conditioning which was nice because it got a bit toasty on a few days. So pros: 1. Air conditioning 2. It’s 20-30 minute walk from the catacombs and Eiffel Tower. 3. Down the street from Le Petite Gorilla bar 4. Quiet at night 5. Shower is awesome! 6. Super helpful staff that spoke great English 7. Staff available at all hours 8. Cute and large market in the mornings right outside the hotel doors 9. Somedays you wake up to the wonderful smell of bread baking 10.6-8 minute walk from the subway Cons: 1. No fridge 2. Walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the other room and people walking up and down the stairs (may depend on the room) 3. Breakfast is 15 euros per person 4. Elevator is cute but small and there’s only one 5. No Handy phone (I’m nit-picking. A few hotels have these, they’re very helpful and cool) 6. No extra lock on the bedroom doors and no safe 7. No bedroom coffee maker I would definitely stay there again though!

Well located and decent price for a double room and for the area.
The rooms are clean and new. Air conditioning. Some outdoor carpentry should be replaced.

Just what you need in Paris. Small and convenient in a quiet part of the city. Simple but very ok breakfast. Nice service. Good price.

Hotel ideally located with a very nice staff. The room was very clean with very tasteful décor. The whole is well insulated from the outside which allows for restful nights. Small downside on the size of the shower screen a little too small for my taste, it's complicated not to put everywhere.

Well decorated, from the 5th floor nice view, very comfortable bed and bathroom. Near all transit and easy to get around, would consider almost central. To the Eifell tower 20 minutes with bus. Staff great and breakfast good.

Home and equipment, Deco… All right, the real downside of this hotel is the soundproofing you hear snoring in the next room, and the noise in the stairs.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location but bedrooms are tiny (and not as the website described — sold a double but for the price of a triple…)

A nice surprise that this pretty discreet establishment of the 15th arrondissement. The staff are nice and accommodating (we had the wrong date for the reservation…), the spacious, well-appointed rooms and the sober and happy decoration, just like the hotel. Only the breakfast buffet is a little short of expectations, but the overall experience remains very very positive. I would recommend it warmly!

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. We received a warm welcome. The rooms are small but well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was basic but very good, something for everyone and the Kusmi tea is a nice plus. The breakfast room is pleasant and the sitting room made a nice place for our group to gather.

Super good Hotel, nice, clean, 15 min walk from the Eiffel tower and close to a pub and restaurants, also near the Metro.

Located in a nice little area overrun by a Sunday morning market, the Owl Hotel is small but cute, modern and clean. We were lucky enough to enjoy a corner room () whose two corner windows give an impression of grandeur, a luxury for Paris. The highlight is clearly the very friendly staff, the weak point is probably the slightly poor breakfast for English Breakfast lovers.

Location was really well located. The location is very close to the metro station. Room was of the size completely okay for Paris. Unfortunately, the water ran out of the shower to the room. Moreover, the TV has only one German channel. Breakfast was OK. It was like being in the youth hostel. You have to take your own plates and cutlery from the shelf yourself. Eggs smelled bad unfortunately. Staff was friendly. We were only served in English. When you went in and out of the hotel there was no hello or similar. Hotel has a lift which is very convenient. Wi-Fi is included. Very nicely decorated with many owls.

This is the real Paris! This hotel is kind of magic, you will feel yourself into the a movie about Paris. Clean, Safe of course, very good staff always here to help. To recommend to stay to live! Five stars of course.

+ location is fine (not the best) for public transportation, gentle personnels — can hear every noise from other rooms, no frige nor coffee port.

Graceful, cozy, and as much as possible in spacious paris, that is in the room there is space around the bed on each side and also a small desk.

Very nice rooms But some really negative points: soundproofing 0. We hear the neighbor blowing his nose, and his phone on Vibrate.
Night watchers (except the young man with the Ponytail) do not say goodnight or anything. Too bad, we wait for more than a small hotel like This.
On the other hand, the shower is spacious, and the small breakfast very well with fresh fruit juice.

Very good value for money Comfortable rooms, simple but personalized style. Nice street with all the facilities and kitchen to the subway.

Stayed one night. We asked for a room that gives onto the quiet street (Abbé Groult), as we kniw the area a bit. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower. It was very easy to check in/out. Small elevator but we took the stairs as only on the 1St floor.

Located in area 15, security is relatively safe, even if the evening 11 o'clock from the Convention station exit 1th, there are still several roadside restaurant business, through the hotel on the road there is a business to the evening 12:00 convenience stores can replenishment, and the counters are always on duty, on duty staff scrupulous, also relatively decent.

A perfect area to sleep in Paris. Staff very attentive and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel and room is modern and clean with fun and unique decorations. The location is a little far away from the main attractions of Paris but if you don't walking a lot of paying for a Uber. My biggest complaint was that my room was not ready at 2 pm which was the check in time. I had flown all night and actually arrived early and just wanted to rest but had to wait till almost 3 for the room to get ready. I was just so tired and needed the room and the fact that I had to wait so long made it so much worse.

The hotel is about 500m away from the nearest metro. It is a really easy 5min walk. The staff were really great. Rooms are clean and have a nice decor. There are a few places around to eat and have a drink. The morning breakfast is really great.

Fantastic experience. We where there for a prolonged weekend. Great service with very friendly staff. Value for money! Close to public transport and easy to get around in Paris.

Cute, small room but nice view for double facing right on the square and rue convention breakfast at certain times very crowded. Especially the Sunday market.

Lovely hotel on a nice location. The very friendly staff, is genuinely friendly and does the upmost to provide a pleasant stay. The family room was well equiped for two adults and two kids who had their own space by a smartly placed wall. In the area you can find many nice restaurants. The staff will be happy to help you find the one you like. Without the often met commercial referrals to a business partner of the hotel. Just ask.

A good hotel to recommend. Very nice, good information, proximity to the door of Versailles and the Montparnasse train station make it an excellent base.

What an awesome hotel to stay! You step right out of the Hotel door onto the road where you can catch a regular bus into Paris. Our room was lovely and clean, shower was good, and beds were comfy. They even do a service, which I didn't really think I needed. They guys on the front desk were helpful even though I couldnt' speak a word of French. The bakery across the road does great coffee (cheap too) and the delights were delicious. Definetly worth the money which wasn't that expensive anyway. :) I'd go back at the drop of a hat.
