Aloha Hostel Eiffel Tower by Hiphophostels Hotel

The place was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was mostly croissants, bread, coffee or juice and cornflakes. Only that the Wi-Fi network was super slow and we hardly browsed. And please don't trust the airport dropoff service they offer at reception. Had seen people fighting over drop-off Service.

The rooms are too small and there is no Air conditioning. The beds are too close. It’s also very NOISY because of dump trucks dumping loads of glass right next to your room. Noise and room size are main concerns. More importantly though the staff doesn’t provide customer service. I wanted to change rooms due to noise and was willing to pay more money for it. But I only got a “No”. Not even a “let me see what I can do” or “I’m sorry this is all we have”. None of that. Cheap is not and excuse for bad customer service. It’s called work ethic. I’m going to see if I can get a refund for tomorrow night and stay at Generator hostel instead.

This was the worst experience of my life. We were 8 people and had reserved beds a week and a half in advance and when we turned up they asked us to wait for an hour and kept delaying check in. At 2030 they tell us that they have no beds for us leaving us homeless in a foreign city late in the evening. We had made the reservation through hostel World, which was also of absolutely no help.

Very saturated in high season, but economic and with the basics if you just get to sleep, central and close to the metro station, you must arrive early to breakfast if you do not miss it.

Good price for the location. Not a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel, more like 30. Also 30 minutes from the catacombs and 40 from the arc de triomphe so very good location if you don’t mind walking. Metro stop 5 minutes away. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The hostel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The mixed dorms have their own shower and sink, with 2shared toilets per floor. Pretty quiet so if you’re looking for something more social or traveling solo and needs friends maybe look elsewhere.

My stay in the hotel was quite good but I thing they need more plugs in the rooms near bedrooms, some rooms don't have any mirrors to arrange yourself. Otherwise the staff is nice.

I was directed there by quickhotel (found on tripadvisor) unfortunately, the pictures were not what shown tripadvisor and quickhotel. I made a complain but no answer. Too bad.

I spent 3 days very well the 3 men at the reception was very correct but the last day I went to see my colleague the big Romanian Intendance who had a lot of problems with other customers is allowed me to call the police thinking that I squat the room if I can give advice go to saint Christopher in the 19th the price are much cheaper and everything is more friendly there.

Hostel that can troubleshoot for one night. Plan a hot business in the winter as it is really cold in the room. Breakfast Friendly staff The cleanliness is poor. Close to shops, bars, metro, Eiffel Tower… Good location wholesale.

The place has good location but it is so dirty, and we go three days here and do not clean the bathrooms, on each floor there are only two bathrooms for a lot of people. Very unpleasant, could be better.

Reception staff not smiling, just filthy dorm, Sal… The heating does not work! The access cards to the room that does not work, security?!
I do not advise you!

No lift, no cleaning and no paper walls. Two stars only for the price and location in town.

Ok the hostel was nice and all I was able to leave my stuff with them through the day so I didn't have to carry it around, and they had a lounge I could hang in. But it was quite dirty. The room I stayed in had a dirty florr, and the bathroom in the room was just a nasty shower and sink. And it didnt lock. The door did not lock and I didnt like that because there were other people in the room. Also it smelled like urine which was gross, it probably has never been cleaned before. Also the breakfast is free which is nice, but I missed it by 10 minutes. I thought they told be breakfast ended 9:30 but apparently it ended at 9. So I sadly missed that. So yeah I probably wouldnt stay there again but idk. It wasnt super expensive and it was near a metro so that was nice. But they really need to CLEAN!

Nice welcome. The site should contain the information at the end of which it is appropriate to deposit €1 of deposit for the key of the Chambchambre.

Horrible! looks like homeless shelter. Too crowded and too cold. Doesnt care about guests!

Inexpensive for Paris. The Breakfast was amazing. A clean bed. Good location and seems safe neighborhood. If you have little money, then this is a good option.

So many flaws in this so-called hotel!
Dilapidated rooms, very small shower and sol Degeulasse, stinks guaranteed…
Chews glued underneath the mattresses, very dusty! You can hear everything through the walls!
The FASFC will surely close this "hotel" if they would make a small visit…
In short, hotel not to be visited!

A place with good location but the restrooms were extremely dirty and they don't have elevator wow.

Despite a great welcome here is some negative point:-The Wi-Fi is very bad.
-Hostel does not accept credit card-in my room the bunk beds are of very poor quality and I did not have access to a socket next to my beds to be able to charge my phone-the bedding leaves wanted-lots of bad odors brief I pay €33 for 1 nights and I think the price is too high for the benefit. Provided.

It's a great place to stay very good worth of money, stayed there with my wife it is an excellent place. Eiffel tower is only 10 minutes walk from here and metro is also nearby.

Most of the staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Downstairs smells horrible, but upstairs is not bad. There is a fridge downstairs stocked with Coke and beer and it is so nice to know that after a day out, there is acold beverage waiting for you.

Location is good. But the cleanliness can be improved. Ugh… Btw, I like their pantry so much.

No AC and I got heat rash. If booking last minute, this is one of the better options. Safe area but no action nearby. Bunk beds shake. Small bathroom. I'd stay again if there was nothing else ha!

The room was as expected for a hostel. But with only the window in the middle of summer to cool the room it was quite warm and uncomfortable. Had a shower in the room but no ventilation so it made the room very humid. I got very lucky with my roommates and met some cool ooeple, so in the end I really enjoyed the stay.

Not super close to a metro station which is a pain for getting around with luggage but close enough to be able to get to the major monuments. Breakfast was alright — a lot of bread. Rooms were spacious and clean. The showers are incredibly slippery and cramped and dark be careful! Staff were friendly.

It was overall satisfying. The room was clean and the toilets as well. A metro station at walking distance.

Lousy Internet Service! The breakfast was very small. But it could be repeated. Very good attention. But little informed.

Sleep: If you want to sleep, well I confirm that it is impossible to sleep at the Aloha Hostel! First, the staff does absolutely nothing to keep the place peaceful at night. Guests are shouting and putting on music all night and you will hear it no matter where you are in the hotel, as the walls are cardboard. Bunk beds have no space between them, you bump your head if you sleep below!
Breakfast included: served between 7.30 am and 9.00 am, who gets up at this time on weekends? Person! Bravo for flexibility!
Shower: You will not like their system, the water closes after 10 seconds and you have to press the button for the water to flow!
In short, I did several youth hostels in my life and it was my first bad experience. I'm disgusted … pay more and go somewhere else please!

For customers who wish to save money and are not accustomed, or have never experienced the hostel experience, they must know that this is not the solution. From the economic point of view, I admit that it costs little, but I recommend looking better because there is better at the same price. Also, in the price you will see, you have to count the FOREIGN TAX per person. The rooms are bunk beds with a sink in the corner (why? ). The rooms vary, however, in my case, I found myself a tiny big shower one square meter. The bathroom and shower is common, like all other hostels. A wooden snail Scalettina that squeaks. Green colors on and purple (why? pt2). So good luck…

It's 25 minutes walking away from the tower. Clean and comfortable. I don't like the shower. We need to keep the button on the water. Breakfast is free. Close to Metro and three shops.

Cheap but not recommended. The rooms are not very clean. I had to order sheets because in fact my bed didn't have them. There is no elevator, which is not at all pleasant if you go with suitcase. Breakfast is not varied or good quality. Not to mention the fact that instead of having crockery, coffee is served in disposable glasses. The bathrooms are small and shared between several rooms, which is actually not bad, only there is 1 and not clean! There are no lockers in the rooms but at the front desk where of course there is not enough room if you don't want to upload your suitcase to the room.
The reception staff is very courteous and you have to emphasize that they are trilingual (UK, FR, es). The common areas are fine. The Wi-Fi is regular in the rooms, very good in the common areas and non existent in the breakfast room.

Reasonable location, cleanliness, comfort, location. Great location. Decent Internet all around. Many power plugs in rooms. For the price, they offer a great service. Breakfast could be improved. I shared a room with 5 other girls and we all had a good time and became friends and are still in contact.

* Highlight that they have a trilingual staff, which makes guests feel a bit at home.
* A large and clean kitchen to be able to share with other foreigners.
* The hostel is half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower and two blocks away is the metro station (from which you can go to a number of places in Paris).
* Also enliven the reception area with good music (varied styles).
* I recommend the second floor, 4-bed room.
* Enjoy a morning, being carried by the commercial premises in Rue Lecourbe, rue Sèvre, Boulevard Garibaldi and Boulevard Grenelle (bakeries, cosmetics, jewellery, clothing, footwear, ATMs, phew! ), which are also close to the Hostel.
* Watch out! There are no elevators, so be patient and be strong if you have chosen from the 3rd floor up.

I like that it is cozy and it is well priced. I liked the breakfast. The Wi-Fi is going well.
