We slept very badly. No soundproofing, uncomfortable bed. And high price for the service. However decent breakfast in a nice room.

You see it has its years but it's still cozy deal very good and friendly staff.

My partner stayed here and got bitten by bed bugs all over her body and the manager or supervisor is not available at any times to sort this issue out. The soundproof for the rooms it's terrible you can hear people in annexe rooms and down the corridor. You can't close any the curtains or the window shutters so in the mornings there is too much light coming in if you want a little bit of a lie in. So overall I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at all.

Very good location, beautiful front and interior vintage but nice. The room was very good. Some equipments a little way: hair dryer exceeded, slightly bizarre lighting (grilled suspension, bedside lamp extinguished) and entrance door that closes very badly (forced to slam it very strongly without great success so very noisy). Parking lot says "free and nearby" is actually a 10 min walk to the quays where the squares are scarce and limited to 12h. Places next to the hotel paying (€25 the 3h). Disinterested and a little contemptuous (for the door in particular). Paid €42 at night is not worth more to me.

The outside doesn't pay for mine. Actually we feel that the hotel is being renovated. At the top of the third floor I find my room. Very pleasant surprise. It's clean, well decorated. There is even a shared balcony with a chair. The bathroom is new and clean. Yes there is a Sani Shredder… like elsewhere! Wifi that works, good bedding. Let's add the welcome, the service to the top (proposal to use the microwave or boil water). For the price of my room I am very satisfied. If you want more you pay more;) For my next professional stint I'll be back. Thank you.

Poor soundproofing and sanitary very limited, by cons very nice staff and copious breakfast.

I arrived in Tours after a long trip (12 hours on a plane). I came to the hotel, performed the check-in and just when I entered the room I discovered that there was no hot water for taking a shower whatsmore in a day in which the temperature was around 4°C. I went down and the manager could not precise when it would be resolved. I guess that it would be very gentle to have warned me of that before checking-in. The following day, no hot water either. I grouped my stuff and went down to check out before the time. The manager/owner charged me the full amount of a one-day's period. I was expecting any discount, but that didn't happen. I also awaited till now for a promotion or sth like that and as this retreat hans't happened, I decided to let this evaluation after three months. Definitely never again!

The only positive aspect is the halfway between the old town and the train station/exhibition centre.
Uncomfortable in everything about hospitality, from the staircase, narrow and sloping, which is the only way to access the rooms, which have cramped spaces and bathrooms with "solutions" convoluted techniques; They complete the level of dissatisfaction other shortcomings, not last the unavailability for about ten minutes of some basic breakfast foods.

The owners could not be any nicer. They were so kind and friendly. I had a wonderful stay.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, in the center of Tours, and the people who take it are very friendly and helpful. It is a modest hotel, the room is simple but clean. As a point against, that Wi-Fi does not work very well (it works best as you approach reception).

Hotel centrally located and value for money excellent.

The service was excellent, I mean the people son kind and helpful but the cleaning conditions were horrible. The carpet smells, the bathroom. I won't come back.

Hotel catastrophic unsanitary room shower black mushrooms window broken without heating and the remains of the previous passenger. (socks dirty necessary bathing shoes) in conclusion I think that we got the room good pff what shame.

Lovely old building, very well placed close to many restaurants, bars and shops.
Easy access, the home is the appointment with lovely characters.
The breakfast and service are impeccable.
Quality-price ratio is worth it is the ideal place for excursions with friends.
A great time resembling a stay in bed and breakfast.
And especially thanks to Alexander and his wife from their home.
