I've come several times so if you're lucky room of good size and large bathroom but if you're unlucky you'll have a roof room with little small bathroom space and you'll have to choose between air conditioning or TV.
The 2 rooms at the same price
poor value for money.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. However there is no air conditioning and it is noticeed a lot in these summer months and the room was in the breakfast area. It does not have elevator access, so you should refrain from staying here people with reduced mobility.

Good location, friendly staff, tiny and somewhat badly insulated rooms with very dated bathrooms. Breakfast could be improved by some local produce.

Not easy to find the entrance at night; But charming hotel with old wooden staircase, nice ☺

Small room, shower room a little dated. Not very expensive and well placed. Inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.

Overall everything was fine but we put 4 for 2 little things: The toilet bowl was broken and at the end of the 3 days of the stay it was drunk … and otherwise there was no elevator, but it was not specified that the staircase was as steep and it would be nice to Do. But to finish on a positive note, the reception is charming, the room very clean, the very beautiful frame with exposed beams and wooden staircase full of charm. Finally the hotel is quiet, very well located we do everything on foot, and not least the water pressure is strong even on the top floor and there is a hairdryer for you ladies. We will go back without a problem.

This was an OK hotel for our two night stay in Tours, close to everything in town and it was very clean and cosy. However, the hotel was quite old so there was no air-con, it's was 34 outside (we were given a fan on the second night which helped) and the bathroom was fairly dated. Finally our room was through the breakfast area so could hear the tables and chairs being moved and also had to open our door next to a table lucky no one was eating as we came in and out.

2 star establishment, clean and very friendly staff. Attention to the old markets are steep.

The points to be improved:
Unable to take a shower standing in the bathtub, you would have to add a support and a shower curtain
Limited toilet Article or samples
Not enough bath towels example two bath sheets and a single small towel for two people.
Breakfast a little light in choice

Noisy for rooms overlooking the street especially at the exit of the theatre.

Thus right in the town centre, opposite the theatre! We expected a bigger place with a new garage for our car, and was surprised to find just a doorway on the street! Upstairs was locked when we arrived, so we rang, as we were an hour earlier than expected, and were told to come back later. We were worried about leaving our car as it was loaded up (boot and rear seats), but it was OK and we had it parked in their solo garage on check-in. The hotel itself is compact, and charming as it is so old, and our room was good enough with Wi-Fi, and a decent bathroom, with a window over the street. The breakfast room was without a window but was lovely, and the receptionist was very cheerful and helpful with planning our day trip to Amboise to see the winery and Chateau du Close Luce. It suited us well, on our way back north after a long weekend in Charante. We enjoyed meals out and walking about the city.

A wonderful Italian theatre and a place of essential culture.

Excellent hotel, great location, extremely friendly and very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel when you are visiting this amazing city of Tours.
