We recommend with our eyes closed, on the one hand on our arrival, the staff is very attentive, respectful and pleasant. Discovery of the room with a gigantic bed just extra for the big ones! Very nice room space, spacious bathroom. Relaxation area at the Top! well-heated stainless steel swimming pool, led light, well-dosed hammam, and the perfect terrace jacuzzi must with integrated light, and beautiful contrast for our visit in December. Location with the center 2 steps away. Go there with your eyes closed!

I love this place. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Clemence I found particularly helpful and smiley and after we checked in showed us to our room and went through how to work everything. There's a good selection of drinks on offer and a reasonable room service menu, although I'm here for the stunning views to the sea and not the food.
I'm already planning my next visit to St Malo and will definitely be stopping here as it's only two minutes walk into the old town and again, it has great sea views!

Fabulous staff, very friendly and nothing feels like too much trouble. 114 & 115 could do with net curtains over the large window as it is on a low floor and can be looked into from the people who park across the street, The reason I gave a 1 on restaurant was because we had bar food at about 10pm : but it was unfortunately almost inedible!

The hotel is very well located and of good comfort, the rooms are very nice and the staff attentive.
Parking is very complicated for slightly large cars.
Breakfast is plentiful and good quality
We had asked for a firmer pillow or latex but at first there should not be any.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are big and cozy. The shower is perfect. But the beds are very hard.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Sometimes the car park is difficult because the spots are narrow and not everyone is parking his car in such a way that others all can use the remaining spots. Next time we will take a room with sea view to enjoy that experience too.

Well located hotel a few steps away from the "intra muros". Good and rich breakfast. The parking possibilities around are complicated and the number of parklots at the hotel are limited. Parking reservations are not possible!

Two nights weekend very nice. Welcoming team, room "escape suite" sublimates above all the view of the beach and the national fort. A hearty and varied breakfast. A great experience that we will repeat.

Very well located, the parking lot had no room for us. There would be a valet parking advantage because there were people who took two places. There are not enough places for the number of rooms! Nearby, most parking lots are a 20-minute walk away. Imagine that there were no hand towels available the day we arrived! The lobby, restaurant and bar are superb. I would add a coffee table in front of the couch and arrange divan so that the customer can look at the beautiful view. I'd get the bed box to make it more inviting in the room and hygienic.

A perfect welcome! Friendly and friendly staff, the sea views suites are magnificent, the view is exeptional the tides and the horizon are visible from the bed or from the sunbeds of the balcony. I'll be back for sure! I highly recommend this property both for its location (seaside and has two steps of ramparts) as for the services and the standing of the rooms, not to mention a quality staff! In short, thank you for this stay!

A huge thank you to the team from the first moments we felt perfectly welcomed. The sea view room is splendid with an impression of being "in" the ocean. Sebastian at the bar was very kind.
The breakfast also has a lot of charm and is rich in sweet and savoury delicacies. In short, you have largely participated in the success of our first Family stay with baby!

Very pleasant stay with a welcome and a professional and welcoming staff. The room is comfortable and clean.
The only small downside is that it is a pity to have a coffee machine in the room without any groceries and cups being offered.

Very good value for the Hotel. The attention of Clemence at reception was extraordinary, not only try to please our requests, besides we provided all kinds of information about the city and the area, deserves a special mention because each time the personal attention in the hotels takes care less, Contrary to the professionalism that she shows. The hotel rooms could be improved with a minibar.

This place is perfect! Our room had a lovely view of the ocean, and the space itself was large, modern, and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night! Highly recommend! Staff is very friendly.

Good stay, However I find that the 4 stars are a little overrated, one is rather on a good 3 star. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, the hot drinks in the room, but I regret that there was no bathtub in the bathroom, no pool in the hotel and especially no lactose-free alternatives to breakfast, which we find yet in hotels Much lower end (soy milk, soy yogurt, margarine, etc. ) So I could only eat a few things at breakfast, a pity for 17 euros!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, while staying sober the squeaked bed: after tightening myself 3 of the 4 feet, no more Problem. It would have been better if it was done before arriving (to believe that the previous breakfast perfectible: scrambled eggs were not very successful (2 days in a row), and moderately fresh Saturday bread (at 9.45) aeration (air Extraction) of Room B NSAIDs was extremely annoying Friday night (great wind), as it Whistled. For some reason I do not know, this noise completely stopped after midnight I believe and no longer reproduced the We.
At the global, I am nevertheless quite satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel (beautiful View)

€135 "ladies and gentlemen you have an upgraded room! " We delighted… Only the room given on a superb screw! And the Must c the price of breakfast €17! At no time have we been warned of this exorbitant price! Thank you for this memorable stay where we will surely return but certainly not home!

Our 2nd stay at this hotel. Room with a wonderful view, balcony, comfortable and clean. Hotel convenient for Intra Muros with restaurants and shops, also for buses and ferries.

We had wonderful stay in St. Malo. The room is clean and in good size. The staffs are polite. When I called back for my left behind iPad, Sabrina offered to post it when she finished her shift. Great location, of course. We will be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you and I simply love St Malo. I loved the location of this hotel just outside the old walled city and handy to the beach. Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and clean. I will highly recommend your hotel to other travellers.

Overall very nice. Need firmer pillows. The colour palette of walls and halls is very dated and needs renovating as does the roof and internal courtyard. A good hotel and service was lovely but it could be great following some renovating.

Original booking had requested parking but was not mentioned on my booking confirmation. However, this was resolved and we did get parking. Would not have stayed here without the parking as St Malo is always very busy. The hotel and the staff were great.

Super and fast in the old Town.

Ok here we go, what a location, right next to the old city. Lovely views over the sea and watching the sun set. Quiet, well appointed rooms. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
The jacuzzi is a, let's just shove that there afterthought, but hey I didn't go there for that.
The parking is woefully inadequate, drive a Fiesta sized vehicle as anything larger its a 20 point turn. Overall loved it, loved the area and the people. Going back again? You bet, just taking the mini not the rolls.

We recently stayed here on a trip over from jersey for the weekend
the hotel premises are in a good location along the promenade and not far from city walls
the young lady (Kim) on reception was most welcoming and helpful to us throughout our stay. And she spoke English very well I can parlez vous but only so much as my dad was French
only complaint is we was supposed to receive breakfast in our room and although we placed request cards upon our door for sat am no breakfast was to be found along with our complimentary glass of champagne which I had to ask twice for however after going to reception to seek our breakfast we received it in dining area and the champagne arrived on the sat night
the rooms are nice and clean but a kettle and tea & coffee would have been nice to wake up too as we had to pay for a coffee
could not get a beer as bar area was under refurbishment.

I am a regular at this hotel, and as usual everything is perfect, starting with the reception. The rooms are always very clean, the breakfast (especially the small pancakes with Nutella…).

Our stay at Oceania Saint-Malo was absolutely fantastic! The room was superb, impeccably clean and well provided for. The amenity was very good and the service is one of the very BEST I have experienced — warm, hospitable, professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Oceania, and cannot wait to come back myself.
