Very good, very friendly staff, clean, good all-you-can-eat breakfast. The only downside is the parking lot not big enough.

What a beautiful hotel! Situated right in the heart of Evian on the main square with free parking around the back. Yes the reception is on the third floor but considering that's where you enter from the carpark it makes sense. Is it the Ritz? No. But it's not charging Ritz prices either. If you want a spacious room, that's comfortable and clean without paying a fortune in Evian then this is the place. Staff very helpful, rooms cleaned daily. I'll be staying at this hotel for many more years to come!

Great hotel on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurant and shopping and right around the corner from the Evian source.

Very nice staff and beautiful place, located in the center of the village and at the same time immersed in greenery. Nice rooms and especially breakfast really good! I couldn't find any flaws!

Very well run hotel. Completely spotless clean… Fantastic hosts Patricia and Phillipe. Speak english… Anything they can do to make your stay comfortable. Hotel is in very heart of Evian town and close to lake, restaurants and fresh food shops. The hotel has a lift and balconies off each room at the back. Thank you guys for a lovely stay.!

Better than five years ago when we were staying at this hotel. A structural partial overhaul of the hotel is done. The location of the hotel is not to be overstated, it is located in the centre of the village and less than a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva.

Very good value for money. The welcome is very friendly, the rooms are spacey and very comfortable. The only downside is the parking which is often full according to the so-called staff. The hotel's small specificity, the reception is on the third floor.

Very pleasant staff! But very hard to find the parking and access is difficult by car… The double room is very spacious, but the insulation is average. In spite of everything a very good stay with a beautiful view and a quality / price ratio is pretty good given the location of the hotel! I strongly advise!

Nice Room. Lucky. Due to lack of space, we were able to move into a Junior Suite. Beautiful views of the lake.

Friendly central location however don't leave items unattended in you room as the cleaners have a good look around your bags Breakfast room was a bit small for amount of tables Choose the rear facing rooms as they have balconys and baths and also large beds.

The Hotel is centrally located in Evian, in a central position, near the casino. We were on the 5th floor and the view over the lake is beautiful. Convenient private parking free of charge. The rooms are rather old and a bit small, there is space for two people with two big suitcases. When you open the window stop the heating process (which you can adjust), so you have to choose whether to take the risk of having too hot or too cold. Shower uncomfortable, with a little water. Wi-Fi slow.

It was a very good location. Price and product ratio absolutely excellent.

Very commercial place, we feel that it is an establishment that wants to make the most profitable. Staff not very nice. Personally I advise against.

Value for money quite correct. Rooms quite small but clean. Comfortable bedding. Good breakfast.

Good hotel in a great location. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Parking was available at the back. Don't expect a chain hotel type of services, however it's a great option a reasonable accommodation. Bring your own supplier. They had a hair/body hybrid soap in the shower, it wasn't that good. The water pressure in the shower was really weak.

Central, in pedestrian area convenient to everything, room with balcony, cleanliness OK, pètite dèjeuner good and varied,. To find the street of the private parking better ask first in the hotel. Otherwise it is not found!

We spend 4 nights in this Hotel, we recommend you, close to the casino, Lake Geneva, in feet. Nice breakfast in a room overlooking the garden. We enjoyed the nearby car park. Reception friendly and helpful throughout the stay, managed by very nice people. Thank you.

Very well located in the central street full of charm, with nice rooms with views and renovated, and a nice little breakfast sunny. Recommend.

Pretty small room with all comfort, small view on Lake Geneva (3rd floor), welcome. Practice really near the centre, the Lake port.
