Seen superb as we had requested but precarious apartment comfort. Cracked bathtub and extra bed for 2 out of 4 people.

Old dilapidated cottages, rotten parquet flooring, bathroom room, chlorine-packed pool, there is only the view that is beautiful if you were lucky enough to have a cottage with a view.

Excellent relaxing place. The staff members are welcoming and very helpful.

Nice place, good location. Despite a late arrival a little upset, the site manager has moved to solve our problem quickly and efficiently. So thanks to him, we will come back!

Staff very friendly and smiling. Correct rates. But the hotel would deserve a big shot of nine especially the bathroom which is really disappointing.

The pool is really cool. There are sunbeds. There is also a small pool for the little ones and a large pool for the bigger! There is also a place in the shade and one side in the sun. Very good pool!

Residence on the heights of Evian with a beautiful view on Lake Leman. The swimming pool is accessible even in winter, however C is an outdoor swimming pool covered with the blow to reach one is in the cold. The apartments in the chalets are great but would deserve a little refreshment. The place is conducive to relaxation, you can hear the owls in the evening.

Small family Weekend at Odalys, we had an apartment 6 people at the same price as an apartment for 4, so the top price very decent we had an apartment on the ground floor, well located the living room was very spacious, very nice of the little chalet shot All wood, just a little paint to redo in some places where it is not wooden, especially in the parent room otherwise very well. Bathroom quite large, lacks just 1 shelf in addition to breakfast not too expensive easy to find, free parking my kids already want to go back.

We've been here every year since it opened and most years have come twice during the ski season. It's perfect for all levels of skier with four very different ski areas plus a link to La Plagne. The complex now has apartments and a hotel plus a small grocery shopping and a ski shop with rental equipment and servicing as well as sales. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is a free cable car to Arc 1800 which runs from 8.30 am till 11pm. There is a swimming pool with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and a small gym. I have given it 4 stars not 5 because there are several niggling faults which never get fixed. E. G. Kitchen equipment seems to disappear and never gets replaced year on year. Light bulbs don't all work and never get replaced if you report them not working. The street lights on the last part of the road up to the complex haven't worked for three years at least. English TV was promised but never materialised and the Internet often does not work. Otherwise a great place to stay in Les Arcs.

Dirty housing. We found cotton swabs, paper handkerchiefs and candy papers next to the nightstand or under the bed. The dishes were placed dirty with the plates glued together (traces of cake and cheese), the spoons kept the traces of the meal of the previous tenant as well as the pans with the pasta glued in the bottom and stored in the cupboard. Two glasses were broken with the pieces in the cupboard, the vacuum cleaner did not aspire despite the fact that we were forced to empty the tank.
We had to bring back a stove and a pan at the reception so these utensils were dirty.
We washed all the dishes…
The bulb of the bedside lamp was toasted.
We were in a chalet apartment (number 1a) with a view of the lake for 6 people occupied by us and our daughter.
Obviously no control at the time of the state of the place.
When taking the keys to the reception, we met another family that was in the same case of figure as ourselves…
Despite the beautiful view of this chalet (attention only a few chalets), this situation is unacceptable.
And to close this claim, no way like the mail or the phone to convey our remarks. By contacting customer service by phone, this one asks me to make a mail! Nice responsiveness!

For three years I reserve the chalets of Evian the pool at the top water is a good temperature reception nothing to say they are always listening to you as well as the service of maintenance you are beautiful.

I was there for 6 months for work (chalet) from 4/5 places with kitchen. Excellent treatment is maximum availability.
