From the reception the team was at the small care and in an extreme benevolence, then direction a massage in duo simply "magical" with masseuses listening and discreet … Finally brunch with a varied choice, quality products and staff available, efficient and pleasant! Complex absolutely superb, service and impeccable welcome, cleanliness as much common areas as rooms, maintains incredible green spaces (it looks like walking on golf greens, impecable)

Hello, here is my personal opinion in 4 separate but succinct points resulting on a conclusion.
Access: This one is very easily by car or a parking is available. On the other hand I do not know what it is for access with public transport.
General environment: warm and welcoming.
Entertainment: The facilities provided in this establishment are diverse and varied. You are sure to find your happiness there.
The staff: friendly and professional.
Conclusion: Highly recommendable.
To note still an incident that occurred in the evening when we wanted to eat with the children.
This starts with the demand to be able to be placed and of course eat afterwards. The employee's response as direct as bizarre was "No. "
So we stay on the sidelines. My wife inquires with another more professional employee to give us an answer that in fact involves a concert to be held in the evening. In a sense I do not care I want to eat with my family.
To finish we ask the front desk and this employee even inquires with the person who had refused us. This one still refuses.
At this moment the children begin to cry because we explain to them that we will not be able to eat in any case in a row.
To finish the hotel employee will find a solution, that of opening the restaurant which was still closed.
Whether the hotel will follow up on this incident.

This property is at the height of its 4 stars! Here all the staff is in small care to make us the stay of the most enjoyable! The rooms are neat, the bedding a happiness! The golf is beautiful by the lake! There would be so much to say to compliment the pools at the spa restaurants! Come you will not regret!

This hotel had fantastic views and very clean rooms. The food service was great too. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a top rate hotel to stay here.

Did not sleep there but awesome location and nice environment. Staff is kind and available. Food not suitable for vegetarians.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants and the spa are a must. This place is simply sublime in every respect.

Rest and detente in a nice setting with a nice spa and a very nice children's club. Not tested the restaurants but the breakfast is top.

It was a great place to stay. Is well worth 5 stars. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained, varied vegetation. Splendid view of the lake and Switzerland.

Very nice hotel, the person is at the small care, superb park and junction with the park of the hotel royal located below.
The hotel is equipped with a spa with jacuzzi and hammam, swimming pool, gym, and of course relaxation room and massage.
Brunch every Sunday noon.

The Brunch not to the height of a 4 ☆ more requires attention for my son's birthday "Yes we will put a candle on the cake" look at the Picture it's worth it "

Dear people of Ermitage, I very much am enjoying my stay, however there are some issues that need to be addressed. 1) the view is breathtaking, however ruined by the pig-stie worth of flies that buzzed the last nerve out of me. 2) The people who worked at the hotel were extremely kind and welcoming, except the times they forgot our table. 3) The pool… 4) This is no stab, rather a point of improvement. Through extensive observation, I noticed the people who come here are corpulent on the chubby side. But for those who do care about their health, a slightly bigger and varied gym would be nice. I very much enjoyed my stay and would consider coming again. Sincerely Sam.

This hotel is a pretty sad case of potential vs performance. The location, the panoramic view, the rooms, the park and the pool — it's all there. It's all really nice. But the experience is spoiled with bad service and execution. Here's some examples: The restaurant: a veil rack should be tender and soft. This one was way beyond "well done". White wine in July, should be cold and fresh. What they poured us was as hot as the July summer heat. The bar: we were a group of 20 people. A dream for every bar chef with a service mentality. But as I said this is exactly what's missing here. We literally had to fight to even get served. This ocurred not once, not twice but every single time our group sat down in the bar area. I will definitely not come back to this place.

Very difficult to get a squeezed fruit juice on demand, hint of concentrated lemon juice sold for a hurry!

A haven for sight.

Absolute heaven. Took our two-year old and the staff were wonderful with her. She spent a couple of hours a day at the lovely kids club while I had massages and used the spa pool.
Great food and cosy accommodation. The Royal is much more grand but the Ermitage is ideal for families.

Very nice. Small downside to breakfast — waiting 15 minutes because no table — empty dishes — finally at 10:30 we explain that you will have to leave because prepares brunch … It was January 1st that's certainly the explanation.
But we'll come back and we recommend it on — couple or family is great — games for children —

Luxury, calm and personal in the best schools. The food is excellent, I recommend the brunch Sunday.

Hospitality, the setting, the staff and services are of excellent quality. We have been seduced during our stay.
Big disappointment at the level of the cooking of food (much overcooked fish) in the restaurant "table".
Care are of excellent quality and made with a lot of attention. The sauna and the hammam a bit small (not more than 5-6 people).
Despite a few caveats we highly recommend the hotel and it will be with pleasure that we will return to school.
