Before my massage, I was able to access the magnificent spa, I discovered the original outdoor course "hydrocontact" in water heated to 33 ° C … discovery sublimated by the beauty of the indoor pool. The "personalized" massage with Geraldine was a moment of pure relaxation.
I long to renew the HR experience…

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Royal. Room with lake views. What a heavenly place!? Rarely can experience such an oasis of peace. A historic and modernized building with a beautiful view and a breathtaking location. Attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner leave no wish. The infinity pool is great, loungers are available enough. The spa is also first class. Rightly a Leading Hotel of the World! We would come back at any time.

This hotel is simply beautiful! I also love his "Beautiful Era" style. We were wonderfully welcomed at the front desk, in the restaurants and at the SPA. The park is superb and particularly well maintained. Our suite overlooks the lake in front of the city of Lausanne. The facilities are excellent while respecting the style of the hotel. This stay largely meets our expectations and we are surprised that we did not have the idea of coming earlier when it is very close to home (Geneva).

We had a great time at Les Fresques! excellent food and service, highly recommended!

Super spa hotel. Very good restaurants. Both. Nice stuff and spa. But expensive.

A wise traveller once said: you can judge an establishement by its toilet paper. In this case, this rule does not apply as the hotel experience far surpassed the quality of the TP. Although, the double standard rooms were a bit small, barely fitting a tiny desk. Ironic that in Evian you only get one bottle of water for the whole stay. Good spa, gym and hydromassage amenities.

Excellent food and view. A lot of the fish is from the lake so it is very fresh. In the summer the room is constantly changing colour over the dinner service as the windows and wall paper seems to be designed to take advantage of the angles of light.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. A lot of staff are busy running around in circles. Customers are approached very rarely, due to almost always have to get up and go to the rack.
The risotto was brought — it was rice floating in cream when the waiter complained, the waiter agreed it was "too" went into the kitchen where I suppose the rice was just thrown back on a sito and brought back.
And the last time I ordered the pasta "Penne rigate ", after 40 minutes brought barilla pasta, cold, overcooked, unsalted, in which a handful of olives were thrown.
When they cleaned the table, asked for an opinion, I expressed it as is and after that I did not change the bill (21 euros per serving! ), did not apologize, did not offer coffee.
I'll never go there again, even though I was a regular! The view is lovely, but it's best to grab a coffee at the bar and sit on the terrace and have lunch in town!

Wonderful place. We had a tea on the terrace. Breathtaking view, great personnel, nice public, no arrogance, no show off, just perfect.

I came for the La Grange classical music festival taking place in Evian on Whit Monday weekend (early July also). The concert hall is walking distance from the Royal. The hotel has exceptional location in a gorgeous park with a wide view of the lake Léman. Rooms are well appointed, the staff is friendly and forthcoming. Nice spa offering, but nothing outstanding. Two restaurants, one gourmet and the other more appropriate for family meals. Overall a wonderful experience, both the music and the hotel stay.

Dinner at the fresco restaurant for our wedding anniversary. A beautiful table overlooking the Lake. Attentive staff and good advice (especially the sommelier for the food/wine pairing). Tasting menu and nothing to complain, excellent.

I wanted to book a couple massage at the spa (without room at the hotel as we live next door). And put baby in the daycare to be able to afford a moment of relaxation as a lover. The massage is 175 €/person, which does not shock me for the standing of the establishment (knowingly because we have already housed family visiting). On the other hand at this price the access to the facilities of the SPA is not included! I still find it a bit limited at that price.
Too bad we will go elsewhere…

A perfect place in which nothing is to correct… perfection. A fabulous infinity pool among other things: Decoration bar and restaurant, quality of the table, relaxation area, room, bar, staff, environment close to paradise, where nothing should be changed.

Beautiful classical hotel in extraordinary surroundings. A bit weak on vegan food. Staff helpful but forget a few things (like coffee in the room and removing used cups).

I did not find anything to reproach them. The services are definitely worthy of a palace.

We return from 2nights to the Royal, superb hotel, good restaurant (also in the Hermitage) pleasant Spa; Nevertheless our stay was not at all at the height of our expectations! Indeed, lack of staff (I guess) and staff present without qualification! Not worthy of a palace! In the room and in the restaurant! We did not stop calling to ask (e. G. Cotton, water, household not done at 4pm! ) … and I'm going to… I will make a letter to the management to inform them in case they do not see this opinion. So I conclude with an unjustified value for money.

Very nice view! Good service and facilities, a swimming pools with jets and others. And an excellent restaurant. Also a tennis cortes and a beautiful garden to quote some generalities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I recommend:)
