Very good hotel at the level housing situation infrastures and lounge bar client for 4 years.

Superb hotel renovated this year. Cozy bar and nice Spa.

Nice hotel, new interior, great location next to the slopes. Bad service, bad food. Not worth the price. I think that sums it up. We will not go back there.

Hotel prices between two nights extendable without adapted benefits. The bar and its buffet are of quality, but the prices charged by the hotel part, make me avoid going back… two nights in a row with a difference of $80?!? Four stars with a two star service. In short go your way…

Been coming here for 10 years and always loved it, new owners have improved it to create a fab ski in/out hotel with brilliant new bar and spa. Staff always so helpful and friendly. Ski hire shop on site. 20 seconds walk from piste.

Great Hotel ideally located at the foot of the slopes. Staff very pleasant and thank you for all the little "side" that you thought especially for children. Small Bemol All the same: The family room lacks storage for 5 people and it would be nice to add 1 table and chairs in the room.

Cocktail Bar open to non-residents. Nice and mixology perfectly mastered frame.

Room clean and nice with space a balcony by cons no chair to relax, without putting the heating we got too hot, nice bathroom, for the restaurant of the evening not convinced too expensive for the choice and quality of the products, for breakfast top good value for money.

Rooms are nice but hotel is over priced and if you havent booked half board then the evening buffet is very disappointing with very little choice and certainly not worth the extortionate cost of €38 per person.

Very nice hotel at the foot of the slopes, helpful and friendly staff, ski hire shop inside the hotel, the packages can also be purchased directly at the reception, restaurant at the top (I recommend you especially the small Lunch), the spa offers excellent services with quality products, comfortable room, nothing to say!

Hotel that deserves its 4 stars.
The staff is particularly nice and always in small care with us and especially with our 20 month old daughter. They did everything to make our stay nice.

Great areas of relaxation and restoration very nice and beautifully decorated.
Cosy and modern atmosphere, with a musical background adapted to the context.
Library, lounges with mountain views, cocktail bar, huge playroom for children and large children, movie theater with Ottomans, popcorn and bulges. Buffet restaurant with varied choice of very good quality, a real treat. The full spa is additionally equipped with a space for the little ones surprising.
We strongly recommend this establishment and especially for young parents.

Spa is to die for, free popcorn and the rooms are nice, incredible access to the pistes.

Just home from another amazing stay at the Araucaria. We love this hotel. Perfect location, very friendly staff, amazing food and a great spa.
Second time we have been, and I am certain it won't be our last.
I have two comments to make, firstly it might make sense to have times for kids in the pool and times for adults. This would keep everyone happy. Secondly, it would be nice to have coffee available after dinner.

We had an excellent stay in every respect. The only downside was that the satellite TV had no English speaking channels and the hotel Wi-Fi was not working/sufficient to support programmes on our computer. We will be returning as everything else was very good.

We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas week, 21st to 28th and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right next to the slopes and not far from Plagne Centre. The hotel is clean with good facilities and the room we had booked (a triple) had loads of space, clean and well functioning bathroom, loads of hot water and a balcony to look out on to the slopes. The hotel now has a swimming pool which at times was quite busy but the pool is great after a days skiing. Also a great jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and both me and my wife spent at least an hour in the spa each day. We only booked bed and breakfast so cant comment on the evening meals. Breakfast was OK with all the expected products being available and the bar area was quite quiet but very pleasant (not that we used it at breakfast). All the members of staff were really pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to help with any issues (not that we really had any), but just helpful with questions about the resort. There wasn't a kettle in the room so my wife asked for one and within no time, one appeared. Would I use the hotel again, most definitely and I thought it was good value for money. Staying in this hotel was only part of our holiday but it certainly added to it being a great one.
