Hotel

At the restaurant level we were overall a bit disappointed. In fact, fish and meat were often overcooked when we asked that the tuna not be overcooked and that the meat be bleeding and not to the point. As for the raclette, it was a catastrophe (rat race) : 5 raclette machines for 80-90 people! Unacceptable. The chef was not very creative at the entrance buffet. Too often the same thing (grated carrots, sliced cucumber, pink shrimp, …

Great Hotel, facilities, location, food, staff, rooms. Brilliant skiing holiday.

We had a good time, the setting of this hotel is very nice and warm, the staff to the attention of the guests, young and vibrant.
Spacious room, clean.
The hotel is very well located at the foot of the slopes.
We are always as satisfied as we were during our previous stay at the Vancouver Hotel.

Recently stayed here for a week family ski holiday with 2 teenage children, great hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Good food, clean rooms and nice pool/jacuzzi area. Just one minor issue in that the attic room made me a little claustrophobic only having a roof velux window and when that is covered with snow then it makes the room feel very closed in but that is a personal issue. I will say that I did mention this issue to the staff and I could have changed rooms but for an extra charge, which was fair enough. We would definitely stay here again, great ski in/out option too.

Staff absolutely charming, restaurant good but perhaps a very slight decrease compared to the previous stay (2015) Overall a very pleasant stay.

We were made very welcome by all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb and we felt we were eating in a gourmet restaurant, you accommodated our tastes when there wasn't something suitable on the menu. The room were spacious and comfortable, having access to tea/coffee making in the rooms would be helpful.

Evening meal more than disappointing average entries in quality, no soup as announced accompaniment "crushed potato" = 1 tablespoon cheese: 4 grams DS L plate, 2 leaves of salad glasses of wine = The server puts us 5 cl of wine in the glass at 4, 5 euros The glass of inefficient servers running everywhere, a factory for tourists.
Where's the customer?
+ Room not ready at 5pm, it was necessary to wait 17H45 to dispose of the room.

I had a W onderful stay. The staff and facilities made for a happy experience. Will be back. Great staff.

The hotel is perfectly located (ski-in ski-out), delightful view from the window, friendly staff (speaks English), a hearty breakfast, a decent dinner, the presence of a spa with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and hammam. Ski-room is small, practically without benches and without heaters (shoes can not be dried there). In the spa zone, it would be nice to have a cooler with water, shampoos in showers and towels, or you had to take it from the room. Parking unfortunately paid.
