Very nice walks. Opportunity to ride an electric bike, mountain bike. CGH pool is very beautiful. Sauna and hot tub very well. Functional apartment. Pets accepted.

For our 4 stay we are very disappointed with the services. Menage not done. Jaccuzzi broke down 8 days on 15 jrs holiday. Lingerie on 2 washing machines 1st breakdown so 1 dryer on 2nd breakdown while we were at the beginning of July opening rentals. We won't be coming back especially when you rent a duplex and you have an ordinary apartment. In a nutshell, we're not coming back.

Offers spacious 100 square-square-foot apartments at the foot of the slopes with access to the heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and SPA. Shopping mall nearby.

The place is very warm, clean and the décor is pretty, the rooms look like real cottages. I put 1 star less because the wait is very long before having his cottage on the day of arrival.

The lady is very nice if you forgot your business she will be very diligent to the pleasure of a new stay.

A really nice place to ski amazing scenery and some good off peast. However there are so many tourists that you forget you are abroud litterely everyone is british familys. The food at the resort is also very mediocre, I didn't have a single meal where I was genuinely impressed. Great place to ski but if you want more of an experience try elsewhere.

Second stay in a CGH and as usual not disappointed Facilities are amazing as alway (great pool, steam and sauna), apartment well appointed, and right on the slopes for immediate ski in/out CGH have become our home away from home for skiing when self catering in a large group.

Contrary to another opinion, I can confirm that this hotel is well on the edge of the track. We go through the ski room, we pick up his snow/ski, we pass a door and we're on the runway. We wear shoes and all that remains is to deash 50 meters to arrive at the chairlift. At all good what.
The apartments are nice and functional. I recommend.

Disappointed with the residence and the services offered.
The advantage of the residence is the spa which is very dirty because not often cleaned by we think a lack of staff (to avoid during busy hours).
The surfaces of the apartments are more than correct but there again the housekeeping leaves to be desired.
On the budget poor value for money prefer a standard apartment without hotel service.

Cold swimming pool, poor Wi-Fi and weird architecture. Need to go through a parking to go to the sauna…

Great for skiing: access to and from the slopes. Nice spacious appartements.

Clean and well furnished apartments. The spa area is OK, only some visitors not so much. It's a pity that ski au pied is not 100% realised here. The slippers with the ski clothes to the lockers in the underground garage costs the last star. All in all, but a recommendation.

Great hotel, ski to door and nice spa. Plenty of nice restaurants close by.

Very helpful staff and great apartment complex. Location is perfect and great for doorstep skiing (We could ski to our balcony). Spa is a very nice addition to the hotel also. Only down side was the Wi-Fi doesn't allow more than one person on at a time and the equipment for cooking was limited.

Swimming pool area and jacuzzi very comfortable with bay windows that allow to enjoy the snowy and sunny landscapes when you relax in this spacious and welcoming structure.

Some progress to be made at the local a ski and elevator often broken down. Otherwise we have a good stay happily out of school period.

We booked our equipment hire at skiset CGH residences because we wanted specified models of ski to try out. Very helpful staff.

The location is good, the Internet is trimmed, during the day there was no hot water and heating, for the second day barely warm, according to the administration is not enough e-se. Power for heating. Unlike other residences there is no soap, shampoo, detergent for kitchen etc, tual paper one roll at all if that is not enough sent to the store.

For the worse, our home was dirty for the second consecutive year! (many complained at the front desk)
So what was to be exceptional in February 2017, was again the case for our second stay during the week of January 1, 2018…
In addition to the festivities of the residents for the new year, the common areas were not cleaned of the week + empty bottle at the foot of an elevator for 3 days…
The elevators broke down several days including the day of departures, so forced to go down 8 floors by the stairs with children and their equipment, as well as my wife who is pregnant!
Paying a 4 star for these inconveniences is unacceptable!
On the other hand the staff at the reception was super friendly and the location of the residence is top compared to the slopes and the ESF.
Another point to know: even if we know that dogs are allowed, when those of neighbors bark at night and urinate in front of the door of the residence, in addition to the annoyances, it does not help to spend a good week…

Disappointing… Chalet not clean! Sold as ski at the feet which is not true. Lack of interviews with snow… Locker has hot ski and by cons pool space too cold! What a disappointment!

Professional team and available, ideal location to be quiet while being close to the different activities. Relaxing and very good quality, the pool is a significant asset.

Love it. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious with easy access to the lists.

This is a very nice hotel, but there are some important considerations. Therefore 3 stars. To get to the Basile lodge from reception there are 3 elevators, 3 sets of stairs and a walk through the pakrimg garage. If you have kids and lots of gear, be ready to Sherpa! Also there is one Wi-Fi login per bedroom, and you can't use multiple devices at once. It also frequently logs you out. Therefore a working holiday isn't convenient and watching Netflix won't work. The website says rooms have sensao coffee machines, but not all rooms do. The baths are not cleaned between patrons. On the other hand… People here are very nice! The restaurants serve excellent food, service is good. There are lots of bars. Below is a picture of the ski slopes.

The apartments are of a high standard, spacious and have all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, nice accommodation. We stayed here a few years ago as well, but when we were here in 2015, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
