A charming hotel with welcoming staff, perfect location for exploring and dining in Poitiers, excellent breakfast. The favourite stay of our recent 6 weeks travelling in Europe.

Lovely hotel in the lovely Poitiers. It is located right in the main area. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely. And the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Pleasant stay with Marie who welcomes you with great generosity. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace; I highly recommend.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: welcome from Marie, house and its charming espalier garden, cleanliness of the place and very good breakfast.

Ideal location and a warm welcome. Room was well serviced and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the town square. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty.

We had a very pleasant one night stay with dinner and breakfast and we were impressed. Great location to visit Futuroscope and we were able to park for free throughout our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights with our grandkids, aged 11 and 6, in room 181 on the first floor.

I stayed here for 3 months in a nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment. It was a reasonable price for what it offers considering that everything is new.

The apart is really close to the station and has direct access to the city center. The room is spacious enough for a couple. Perfect for a week's stay.

Stayed here for one night on our return trip from Lac Annecy. The location was very convenient to continue our journey to Quiberon. The room was absolutely fine. The shower room also.

Really good position within town centre — literally everything within 5/10 minute walk. Rooms are large and have plenty of space for luggage. Extra towels and big roomy bathrooms … very clean.

The hotel looks brand new, the room was spacious, comfortable bed.

A good choice for an overnight stop when travelling between Paris and Bayonne. While it is not posh, it is certainly is comfortable for a night or maybe two.

I have now stayed here 8 times, and can only thank staff for being so helpful, rooms very good size, always been clean and comfortable; breakfast have always been very good valve.

Lovely B&B in the centre of Poitiers and only minutes walk from shops, restaurants and sites of interest.

Simple rooms, hot water, all very clean, friendly welcome, modest but decent breakfast, easy parking and a bonus boulodrome with horse. All at a very fair price. What’s not to like? Merci bcp.

Stayed at the Macbed for one night splitting our journey to our holiday venue. This is a clean and functional hotel with friendly staff and rates are very reasonable.

Having stayed in 2 different Kyriad hotels on this trip, we rather like the brand, although this one was not as good as La Rochelle.

Absolutely brilliant. One of the best hotels we have used. The main building is a converted church, with bedromms in a modern wing. If rich, some bedrooms are in the chapel loft! Totally clean.

Gold status ALL upgrade to an exceptional duplex room under the old roof and arches of the original church. The design is wonderful, the bed upstairs very comfortable.

Nice room, except the bedding a little too firm and the dust was forgotten 🙄 …

Great hotel. Rooms much bigger than the French average, with comfortable beds, good bedding, and a friendly staff. The standard rooms were just fine, and they had a really nice bathtub for soaking.

Situated right in the centre of Poitiers with parking, this hotel has recently been beautifully renovated. Our room on the top floor was quiet, large, tastefully decorated and extremely clean.

Driving south to visit friends, broke the journey with a one night stay in Poitiers. Hugely convenient central hotel, with its own very useful underground car park next door.

Absolute gem on our long journey with our 2 dogs. Lovely welcome from Paul and his team. Super dinner, and sufficient breakfast before setting off again. Quirky and charming. We will be back.

Problem booking in but very helpful man on the phone sorted in no time. Very basic room but clean and tidy. Fresh towels clean sheets and soap in the bathroom.
