Spacious rooms and bathroom, well soundproofed, clean and no complaints, very comfortable bedding. Breakfast varied and very welcoming staff. Value for money more than exellent!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room overlooking a 4 way, so not possible to sleep the window open. Minimum required for a three star.

Very convenient Hotel to spend a night on a trip to Paris. Spacious and clean Rooms. Without boasting, but sufficiently equipped. Very competitive Price, around €55 the room.

Frankly on top. The guy at the front desk is very charming, helpful and cheerful. Room and bathroom XXL which is cool. In addition the room is soundproof and there are plenty of channels Canal + on TV. It's nice to get to a place like this. I really recommend it.

I had the opportunity to frequent several times the Ace Hotel Issoire, I can say that the quality of these establishments is excellent. Comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, good soundproofing, air conditioning, nice bathroom. Very good value for money.

Access from the national just perfect! Deserted Parking when arriving in the afternoon (because yes, it is very nice to be able to arrive at any time of the day! ). Young man at the reception very friendly and helpful, it is nice to be welcomed professionally but also warmly!
Room worn by time and numerous passages (spot on the carpet, old trace of water leakage under the sink, furniture having had "blows"…) but very clean, comfortable and well soundproof. Note the decoration more "jovial" than this is often the case in other hotels (we appreciate the paintings and the points of color! ).

Reservation made on the website, call to the reception to check, so I report again the number of people, I am told it's good, everything is done automatically on the site. On arrival we are asked for a more than €30! I sent an email to the manager, with a screen copy of my reservation, proving the ages of my children, the latter never replied to me.

We trust the ACE group because good value for money. However our room was shabby it would have needed a little bit of renovation in the showers especially. And the person who took care of the breakfasts did not do his job properly.

Perfect hotel for the price. The bathroom is large, the bedding very good and it is close enough to the Futuroscope (about 15 min). Perfect for low budget families. Very good breakfast.

Was great for the overnight stay and had nice Christmas decorations in the enterance. However, the Wi-Fi details were not provided in my room for an unknown reason.

Everything you need for a great stop after a long drive. Room was clean and cosy, a good resturant next door for evening meal and a bakers near for fresh coissants. And secure parking.

Good hotel, great breakfast and staff is always very nice. The rooms are clean and well-priced. The location is a bit of a shame as it is located away from a lot of facilities. On the other hand, a supermarket, a restaurant, a gym and a bakery is available at walking distance.

RAS on the room and the bathroom is big enough and clean, breakfast not great, a little expensive for what is offered. This hotel is new, but some finishes are the doubt for later.
