A stop on our very efficient holiday journey: a moderate price for four in an apartment that helps to reduce costs by preparing dinner and breakfast thanks to the kitchen which does not allow the traditional hotel. A small indoor pool welcome. The city centre is not far away and accessible through a back door in the courtyard/garden.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Very clean bed and bath linen. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very well located, very close to the center and with very good access by car. Parking.

Good service, near the station. The pool was good too.
Everything is fine, but don't take the rooms on the side of the road. Because you can hear the sound of cars all night.

Decent Hotel for the price (two-person room, a bathroom and small kitchen). Three stars because the room does not correspond to the photos vendors of the reservation site (one side room and a small lounge side that turns into a room with mini TV).
Provide for 6. €5 per day to be in the hotel parking lot, we did not see any free parking in the street.
On the other hand the hotel is very quiet, no noise although one is along a boulevard!

Room for 2 people correct for the price. The hotel's parking is chargeable: 6. €50 per day and there is no free parking nearby.
Kitchen with 2 hotplates, cooking utensils sufficient (stove, pots, colander, kettle and coffee maker).

Nice Aparthotel all in all, a lot of new amenities (bathroom taps. ), comfortable bed.
Hotel facilities: Small swimming pool, some children's games in the lobby.
Neighborhood a bit poorly attended a little farther, a few outcasts if you walk out a bit on foot but hotel securing so no worries.

The parking of the hotel is appreciable, the reception is pleasant on arrival, the room clean.
Very noisy guests were on the same floor which kept us awake until 4am (drunk people, smell of abundant cigarettes). We did share it with the breakfast at the reception person. We had the right to a écarquillement of his eyes… Not even the slightest compassion!

Nice by cons parking small and more places available quickly. Possibility to park not far for cheap. Rooms OK for the price without more.

Staff available and friendly. Hotel 5 minutes from the city centre (lively! ). The Little plus? The heated pool is accessible until 8.30 pm… for free!

I stayed a month and a half at the Adagio Appart'Hotel of Poitiers for professional reasons.

The only downside for me, is perhaps the insulation between the apartments, but everything else is fine.

Stay for two past for a weekend.
Very nice hotel, good layout of the space. Very cosy room, small kitchenette with induction plate, micro wave in height, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, small fridge. Then in the bathroom the toilet, washbasin (very design I find), hair dryer, large mirror to the dessu of the washbasin (and only mirror of the room), and a shower.
Let's keep going. Super bedding (for diving in bed and sleeping treees quickly).
Small bedside table or rather shelf on either side of the bed with switch nearby (to avoid getting up it is convenient) + plug to connect what you want.
The space of a desk with a lamp… On the wall a small TV with remote control.
Regarding the cleanliness of the room nickel nothing to say. Very clean room and the rest of the hotel also.
A room provided for the breakfast quite large besides and very nice.
Reception at our arrival a little blazer (end of day complicated and surely long) Parking on reservation but not necessarily with an appointed place.
Payment of the residence tax and parking at the end of the stay.

Simple, well-serviced hotel, has everything you need to rest after a day of study or work, close to the important resources of Poitiers. No luxury. Good bedroom.

Parking was available but make sure to book in advance as few are available. Room was OK, clean but outdated. Lighting was very dark. Staff pleasant, and fun kids games in the lobby. One good point to add is that you can order baguette or croissants the night before for collection in reception the following morning. Order needs to be placed by 5:30pm at weekends and 7:30pm weekdays.

A start to stay that started badly with small molds in the bathroom. However the staff to be able to be responsive and offer you a solution.
Next to that, the bread that was ordered in the hotel was good and the staff stayed very welcoming.

Staff 4/5 Room 1/5 buffet breakfast 5/5 No catering other than the morning 0/5 away from any trade or portable restorations 0/5. To sum up a hotel where you have to come from the start with its errands and a car otherwise you will be good to walk 20min easy for every outing.

A very smiling welcome with the right explanations. SMS to give the input code. The reception is full of tricks to meet in the heart of the city center in less than 7 minutes… Clean room, possibility to make a meal, eat or drink hot. Bathroom with handicapped standards very wide and spacious. Minimalist deco But just enough when you want to relax and sleep. Television present, perhaps a little small but well oriented towards the bed. Set well arranged and especially very quiet. Great breakfast with good on the small poitevine patty. Go ahead, you won't regret it.

It was a very nice place to stay in the hotel. Accommodating! And making sure of his clientele, with or without children! I would highly recommend.

Two excellent night spent in this apartment hotel. Spacious room, large bathroom, crockery as new, affordable price.
Only negative: No hood above the plates (so not dared to cook my steaks for fear of smoking the room) and TV obsolete (too small and random numbering).

Very close to their train station. Short uphill walk to the town centre. Clean, secure, no frills experience. Comfortable bed.

Clean, well located and with the kitchen utensils are fair and reasonable (without big expenditure: only one pan, no toaster…). The tele is 17 inches or even less. But the Wifi goes fast.

Pleasant and quiet place. It is a bit far from the Futuroscope. As the negative, the bad smell in the bathroom…

Nice and helpful but very noisy area: Night bar and concert bar under the Windows Street side, lots of traffic. Small heated pool. Breakfast very limited in quantity and diversity.

Very good reception, very quiet (no car noise or other sound nuisance), very clean. You have to think about booking the parking lot before arriving (but I was immediately told another parking nearby).

Very good hotel chain and very good hotel room in itself. Small negative, we did not find a chewing gum that was not ours if our bed, it means that the housekeeping was not made be bed. If not insulation and impeccable soundproofing!

This is the second time we go there and no complaints. Good reception, very decent price (especially when booking in advance, personally on reservation). There is a kitchenette in the rooms with everything you need to cook a minimum. It's not specified when you reserve but there is a swimming pool inside where we can go for free. Access to the city centre is located behind the hotel. Very convenient.
Possibility to park your car in a parking for a small surcharge, otherwise presence of a parking right in front of the hotel free after 5 pm.

It is a great aparthotel for couples or families. Everything is very new, both the kitchen and the bathroom and the furniture. And the price very cheap for what it offers. Without a doubt, a good choice to visit Poitiers as Futuroscope.

Tiny room for two people,
No room for suitcases or food (table glued to bed), the bathroom lacks lighting, the flooring is not suitable if you do not pay the cleaning during the week knowing that this service leaves to be desired when you see the state of the premises on arrival, tiny television, lack of storage in the kitchen, the bedding is not famous and the requests for bed are not respected … despite all the staff is nice and polite.
Aparthotel nice if we stay 1 to 2 nights max, but if it was to be done again I will avoid because the price is high compared to the benefits.

Decent quality for the price, good location on a main road with transport links and parking. Rooms fairly well equipped, staff helpful.

Own and especially near the center of poitiers to walk because the Center is car-free!

Hotel well placed in Poitiers. Small kitchen, clean and functional. The room was quiet as she faced the parking lot from behind. The bathroom is lousy but clean.
Good cheap address.

We stayed in an apartment for 4. The rooms are fine, the buffet breakfast is excellent even if the choice is somewhat limited and the staff is very nice.
The hotel is located on a ring road where traffic, around 4 p. M. Is terribly dense (took us 25 minutes while we were at 400 m of our hotel)
In front of the hotel, on the curb on the other side, there is a bar declared 'solidarity' and 'cultural'. 2 nights there have been for us a nightmare: from 11 pm until 3 in the morning, revelers not to bother not to make music and speak very loudly, it is quite impossible to sleep even with the windows closed and earplugs.
The management has told us that she had alerted the police but without success. So be very careful if you book over there, it is a Council of traveller!
Good stay in Poitiers, anyway.
