Very nice place to stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. I also liked these good spirited texts in the mirror "You are beautiful. Yes you! ". I got a very good feeling about this place.

It truly feels like a home away from home. Everyone is so welcoming and all efforts are made to make it a wonderful stay!

Small and friendly hostel which is kind of estrange since most of helsinkiens are very cold p people. Great location. Very bad free breakfast, go outside and spend a lot of money in a decent breakfast. Rooms don’t have toilets, meaning you have to go out of the room for… you know. Very noisy even with the window closed. I forgot the mention the beds are really uncomfortable, look like if they are going to break at any moment. It’s a cheesy hostel where you pay too much for ver ver less in exchange. About your answer, please don’t lie about breakfast, please fresh FRUITS? You put in an very small basket pieces of oranges (maybe 2 oranges in total for all the guests! ) Orange juice? You mean water orange flavored!

Pretty nice and stylish hostel right at the center of Helsinki. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they offer you an option to store you heavy luggage while being on a 2-3 days trip to the countryside. For breakfast you can treat yourself with one of the best coffees in Helsinki. Unfortunately one of the rooms I was staying in was situated to a bar with aweful music : — (could not sleep that night. Would be great to have a warning about the noise.

Great staff and common area. Low rating is due to a crazy noisy room with a club next door, got almost zero sleep.

That place was really good. Nice lounge, good beds with your own space to put your luggage. Even has netflix and a playstation if you are that bored. The breakfast was included and gives you a nice start into the day.

The living room and kitchen are the best feature of this hostel. I love the fact that you are without shoes inside, it's so cozy! 00 Just the price is a bit high. I would also recommend them to have a "free food" shelf to avoid food waste and to recycle the garbage. Uot out kat.

Definitely one of the best hostels that I've stayed at! Beds are super comfy. Lounge area is cool and perfect way to meet other travellers. Breakfast was good with the usual cereal, spreads and drinks. Bunks are a little too wobbly and feels like its all gonna tumble down. Code entry for building and also hostel door. Card entry system to rooms. I always rocked up late for breaky, so not sure how it was like during peak time but table seating is limited. Would come back in a heart beat, if I can.

Clean room and bathrooms. Great accommodations at the common area. I had small problem with a roomate, but overall I had good time.

The standard lives up to the high expectations due to the high prices. Nice Hostel to stay at but nothing for people travelling on a budget. I would recommend it for a few days in Helsinki. The nice living room sets up nice connections to other travellers.

Very good location, but beds are inconfortables. Breakfast is just OK. A little expensive.

I checked in today, this place is quite comfortable for me. It is almost winter time and the place is not that crowded. I made my meals in the kitchen and almost everything I need is ready to use. Also the staffs are quite kind and helpful. The location is very central and a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets are near by walk. The price is quite reasonable with this location and facility. The only thing I need more is installing a curtain for bunker bed side. I would stay again here if I have a chance.

Only a few minutes from Helsinki mainline station. Right in the center. Everything within walking distance.
Would be great if the sign outside the building was a bit bigger!

Great hostel! Beds were really comfortable, perfect location, Wi-Fi is fast, most modern hostel I've had. Breakfast was a little on the small side and bathrooms are a bit small but staff is all awesome! Would recommend!

Great and easy to find location, in city centre and near central station. Very nice and helpful staff. Quite clean but could be better. Small breakfast available.

Quite o. K. Nice design. Unfortunately the softest beds I've ever experienced, they give no support, couldn't sleep well, besides that the bedding was too thick and warm as well. Pretty poor breakfast. Not that clean sanitary.

Well organized. Right in the center. Nice living room and clean bathroom. Not the cheapest but is Finland.

Great atmosphere and perfect location!

Very cosy new hostel decorated with class and style. The living room is a perfect comfortable chilling area and the kitchen is well equipped. A few minor facility problems: No dressing area added to showers, the twin rooms need a better air con and possibility to change room temperature. It was really hot in the windowless twin room and no air conditioning made it feel worse. I'd also love a little balcony added for exaple to the fire stairs back at the corridor. I'm sure these things will be taken care of in time. The hostel is still a bit under construction. Great and needed addition to Helsinkis accommodation services. I hope it'll be a success.

The Yard offers the best location in Helsinki — stroll to the market at the harbor, enjoy an espresso on the Esplanadi, visit museums, attend business meetings, dive into nearby nightlife. You couldn't find a hipper, better managed accommodation in the heart of Helsinki.
