My partner and I stayed at holiday inn apon our arrival to Fiji for a night before heading to our island resort. It was perfect! Such friendly service from the staff attending to our every need! beautiful big soft bed for us to relax after a big day of travelling room service was delicious the pan seared salmon was divine the buffet breakfast was delicious the dried mango especially! the cocktails where delicious with fresh juice and fruit! the pool was so relaxing to sit by as we waited for out shuttle service cannot reccomend enough!

Eventhough the hotel is located on the city Suva, some way, tourist and business personality can easily excess the location rather ride a bit long, food in the hotel is far way better, staff is friendly, most importantly smiling faces says it all. For business trip and some function occassion I recommend Holiday Inn Suva for you. Vinaka.

Improve food please & improve the pathetic customer service! Lamb curry had liver, giblet & other organs mixed within it & meat was tough. Sweet & sour fish didn't have any sauce to go with it. And this evening's shift staff should be sent on some customer service training.

Looks like its had a face lift since I last visited. Inside lounge area looks great however they need to make the outdoor area a little more flash. Service was poor. Waited for too long before our drink orders were taken.

Love the food here and the pastries as well. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Great place to host your trainings or workshops if your budget allows.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn last year and the service was fantastic. Today we went there for brunch The wait staff are disinterested. Wandering around, not attentive and you need call for service.
I had to ask house keeping for service, she called the Wait staff for us.
We placed our orders we only got coffee but were told that the Kokoda fish still thawing this is after an hour waiting. Poor service lack communication. I won’t be recommending Holiday Inn to anyone. Paid our coffee than walked right out. Not very happy.

For those looking at venues for birthdays or functions I highly recommend this place. Holiday inn staff are great in service, the facilities are top notch esp with the new renovation in place. And most importantly food is yummy here. You get your worth for every cent spent. Im truly thankful for arieta and her team for making my day memorable.

Great location for wandering about Suva. Staff is great! Nice rooms. Breakfast is good, and lunch is okay. Dinner is better found elsewhere.

Great atmosphere and good food. Went there twice whilst in Suva and sat poolside for half of the day in a meeting. Staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. Thursday night we went back and it was was a hive of activity with many locals hanging out. There was a live band but they had to stop playing due to heavy rain and being outside. There are always taxis waiting outside if needing to get to other places.

Great rooms, friendly staff and convenient location. Excellent outdoor area for relaxing after work and enjoying a beer. Wood fired pizzas taste great too. Highly recommended hotel!

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff and good food! I visited the hotel after and exhausting period at home relating to to the illness of my husband. They promised me that I would recover and I did! Thankful for all the friendship, love and attention they gave me. One negative point was the noise as the result of the renovation of the hotel. I think they better could have closed the hotel for one or two weeks. But that probably could have cost too much money and I could not have been there in that case. And that would have been a real disaster!

I always enjoyed staying here whenever I pop into the city of Suva. As expected, friendly staff, always willing to assist and most of all the food here is awesome. I still remember the old restaurant but after the renovation… woooow! Sirocco Restaurant is probably the best place to stop by anytime of the day for a meal. I always try to have breakfast whenever I'm in and I always say "if they are this good at breakfast then they must be great at lunch and dinner".

Parking is complimentary. Dining options include a Mediterranean restaurant and a waterfront pizzeria with outdoor seating; kids 11 and under eat free. Its is a great place to enjoy and near Thurston garden and it has great bar near the pool to just relax. The service is good.

Can't say more about management, top quality, although the outside restaurant has very poor service, we watched long term guests being served for half an hour until someone asked us what we wanted. Avoid seafood pizza, what they call crab is the fake Alaska crab that has never seen crab.

Great place to stay. My room was excellent and overlooked the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was very good.

Showing its age. Stay away from the outside tables. Service horrible. Order a shirah they brought some crazy wine mix. Order seafood pizza with crab and calamari. The crab is the fake one from Alaska. I'm a spire elite ihg mlember. This is at the motel 6 level. Stay away.

Holiday Inn is the best place to stay. We have stayed here a few times and loved our stay. All staff are so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is the best to start the morning. We will always come back. It's our second home. It's a beautiful place to stay and relax.

This is the 3rd time I have been here, great food, big conference rooms. Great place for big weddings and workshops.

The food remains the best of all the hotels in Suva. However, after they did recent renovations the welcoming ambience and relaxed seating arrangement of the guest lounge/bar became cramped and filled with harsh lighting. It isn't the place to unwind after a long and hard anymore.

Holiday inn is just simply the best for any time of hangout. You’ve got indoor and outdoor. You have pizza to finger foods and also 3 course meals at their amazing restaurant. It’s clean and the customer service is amazing. It’s easy to find cabs and parking is awesome. Great sunsets if that’s the kinda thing you like to watch and band nights are a plus!

My favorite hotel in Suva. The staff are incredible. Really appreciate the flexibility when my plans change last minute. Will remain loyal to my friends here.

If you really want to feel home then Holiday Inn Suva is the best place. I would highly recommend you to choose Holiday Inn with an excellent customer service and friendly environment. I travelled so many places and I have had never came across a place where everyone wears smile.
From the moment you enter you will meet this guy who will make sure he ask each person name and remembers in you next visit, on the counter you will meet this beautiful lady by the name of Veijinia and her team, on the breakfast table you will me Lani Who will make sure your choice of meal is on your table and a GM (M. Feroz) who individual greats customers and make sure they are satisfied with the service provided.

Seems alot like the sph although they extra charm. Solid 4 stars great poolside happy hours. Rooms are big and well appointed.

Always a great place to visit, for a nice cold beer or a meal. Staff are brilliant, go there and find out for yourself.

Fantastic music, especially on Thursdays! Would recommend the pizzas (especially The Cowboy) and the club sandwich!

Great for sunset happy hours. You get good drink perks by joining their club, but the annual fee only makes sense to pay early in the year. They don’t prorate it.

Great atmosphere, live bands, exceptional service by staff and the beers are good as well.

Checked in Saturday … the Front Desk staff was very informative prompt and very well trained in his field … the requests were attended to although room service could have been more promptly attended to … the room service staff was friendly also … Switchboard was prompt informative and helpful and the Checkout staff made me feel welcome to return soon … huge thumbs up to all your staff Holiday Inn … ooooh Buffet breakfast was nice :)

I loved everything. Great friendly staffs indeed. & especially to the lady staff who served us on our 2day Ministry Of Health Workshop on the 22nd & 23rd. Her smile. Her service was just amazing. Big Vinaka Vakalevu! We really did appreciate it.

Great pool, great location, superb food. Staff were extremely helpful as well!

The room and service were quite good. Love the way they provide Fiji water daily and can ask for additional bottles. Too bad the gym is very small and the pool is right next to the restaurant, no privacy at all.

Good food both a la carte and at the buffet. A nice hang out spot on the weekend with a great view of the harbor. Very nice thin crust pizzas made in their outdoor pizza station.
