Efficient front office staffs and switchboard operators were so great in greetings and connecting calls. Mealtimes were fabulous. Awesome view from the room, colourful neon lights in the city at night time.

Beautiful hotel and the renovations is very well done. Minimalist is the theme and the colors remind me of ibis hotel. Modern and hip but the icing on the cake has to be the friendliness, politiness and professionalism of the staff… not forced but genuine and a testament to the fiji warm hospitality. Definitely a recommendation to others and will return for sure …

The location is so convenient, beautiful set up and everything is just up to what I expected!

I have stayed there twice. I enjoyed my stay recently. The staff were very friendly and always checked to ensure I was well taken care of. I would recommend anyone to stay there if you are transiting or staying in Suva for a short while. A decent and comfortable place.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were neat and tidy. The aircon was very noisy despite the fact it was serviced. The overwhelming noise from the renovations were very unpleasant and the cleaners were too loud! From fairly early in the morning they were shouting across the passage in conversation. If you yoy think you were going to take a relaxing nap during the day, forget about it. Won't book again.

Friendly obliging staff. Family friendly. Appreciated they allowed a little boy visiting his grandma to stay with her at no extra cost. Had a refreshing swim… could do with a few plants. The hotel is within easy walking to the shops. A comfortable stay… thanks.

Booked in for a night. Just as we were about to sleep, We heard someone opening our door. As soon as we went to the door, The person from outside had removed the chain and was shocked himself to see us. It was all because the staff at the reception didn’t check the room this person was booked and didn’t even check their system to see whether she was giving the right key. The staff could only apologise but it didn’t give us any security or safely. I have travelled the world and this was my most scariest experience. So TANOA GROUP OF HOTELS please teach your staff the protocols in regard to handing out keys to rooms. I hope this doesn’t happen to the management.

Great staff, room clean and great views.

I think for a hotel where tourists are staying, this one has very low standards. Many of us had issues with bed bugs. The rooms are depressing as the lights are too low. But the main issue remains to be bed bugs because you do not expect such a hotel to have them. I am definitely never going to stay in this one again.

Tanora Plaza is a good place to stay in Suva, with an easy walk to the Suva Markets, shopping at the various complexes. You are also able to walk to. The Presidential House, the Museum, parliament and the library to soak up the culture. The Plaza itself is equipped with a great restaurant offering a good menu and a well stocked bar area. There is also a pool and adequate parking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay while in Suva being in the hart of city. Easy access to most of the shopping destinations.

Perfect in everything. Best place to have functions.

Stayed about a week for business trip on 2014, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, food was good and the place was walking distance to the shopping plaza, this hotel is located beside Indonesia embassy.

Hotel is nice. Staffs are friendly. Very close to downtown. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is very small though.

Excellent for the price. Large room, clean, quiet, nice bathroom, Wi-Fi was above average, service was excellent, breakfast very very good. The only downside was the mattress, which is very soft, but some may like it.

Good place to stay. Close to all important places around Suva city.

It was a very nice place.

Great location, a short walk from the centre of town. Friendly, super-helpful staff. Nice rooms with a lovely sunset view especially from the upper floors. Breakfast was fabulous — fresh fruits, omelettes, sausages, bacon, cereals, croissants and more. Good coffee too! Comfortable, clean, nice shower. Nothing to criticise — Suva isn't cheap, but it seems good value compared to others.

The breakfast service was awful. Only one staff serving about 20 people. They took orders but didnt write it down, once breakfast was served we discovered half of the ordet was missing. Wouldnt recomend this place to anyone.

To finally fly back home to Suva and have my first stay at the Tanoa was amazing the first night there the staff was very friendly they helped us with our bags patient with me but also they always ask how was my sleep. The breakfast is very good hot meals served hot fruits fresh staff very attentive when I needed anything. Tanoa and the staff brings this family home vibe to you and nothing can beat that. The love and care they put into every customer service shows passion in …what they do. This is only my 2nd night as I write this and I already love this place even more.

I recently dined (breakfast and dinner) at your Zest Restaurant and Bar. A most unpleasant experience! Breakfast not ok. Coffee yuk. You need fresh beans and to clean the machine! Eggs Benedict — not really. My guests Omelette same. But Dinner was just plain awful. Not sure who was cooking, but it wasn't a qualified Chef for sure. The spicy seafood salad is a joke and the Kokoda was stale, tough and tasteless. My friends steak was tough, cooked very unevenly and lacked any signs that it was coming from a kitchen that either knew what they were doing or cared. The service was more like a comedy of pretence. We were sat a tables set for breakfast and the breakfast cups were not even taken away. No place settings and knives/forks were bought out with the "meal" as you would expect in a street cafe. Salt and pepper are sachets — very sophisticated for a so called 4 star Hotel. The staff were pleasant but clearly most untrained. Hopelessly inept. The beer (draught) was flat. Clean the pipes! The music was more like a drone from uninspired, bored musicians who didn't want to be there. And the prices. Very international and even 5 star! This so called Zest Bar and Restaurant is a complete waste of space and money. Hotel Management needs a right kick into gear to return this Restaurant to its once good reputation. One and only one aspect that is commendable — gorgeous furniture, particularly the sumptuous lounge chairs. Do something about this place — quickly.
