5/5 As I thought it would be one of best and finest hotel in Suva city worth every dollar stayed here 11/08/22 very friendly management and staff breakfast was a delightful thanks to a brilliant staff SULUIA during breakfast friendly and very lovely with smile on her face all the time cooked is some fine eggs god bless Vinaka Richard Lal Auckland New Zealand.

We just came for drinks but they were reasonably priced, very tasty with excellent service. The building itself is incredible too.

Ambience and pastries to die for. Staff at reception are lovely and queenie at reservations is so efficient. Breakfast is an array of food. Love it.

Great experience at the water. Although there was a mix up between some drinks and the waiters didn't handle it very well. Apart from that, it was a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic customer service,. Other hotel and bar staff. Only complaint is the need to improve sound proofing between the hallway in the room. Lots of hallway noise due to hollow doors or something. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay.

Thank you for the hospitality we were shown during our visit to the Grand Pacific Hotel while staying in the Queen Elizabeth suite. The staff were fantastic and the meals were first class. I especially enjoyed the beautiful Victoria Room for my breakfast and drinks and nibbles on the balcony while watching the fire starters each evening. Would thoroughly recommend your hotel and your staff are a credit to you! I especially enjoyed the service and company from Moji and Reshika. — Please pass on my regards.

Beautiful hotel and worth a visit for a drink or coffee. Quite expensive though and the food is not really worth the price. Drinks are overpriced compared to what you can get in the city. However, the bars in the city are not that nice and will blast your eardrums with music, so if you want a nice relaxing dinner/drinks, then this is a good place. A less expensive option for a peaceful meal + drinks near the water is the Bowling Club, which is a stone's throw away from GBH.

We went for a drink only but this place is just lovely! Dirnks where good and so is the view. If you happen to be in suva go for a drink :) will definitely stay a night or two next time.

A great place to unwind and relax without the hustle and bustle of other hotels. Rooms are well appointed and the food is good. Central for people on business and a good place to have meetings and conferences.

I have stayed in this Hotel every year for the past three years, unfortunately the service has slipped badly over this time while it still charges a premium, my room was not ready by 5PM, once I got my room it really stunk of cigarette smoke and had no pillow cases… over an hour to get pillow cases, they didn't give me another room, just sprayed with some smelly stuff to try mask the smell. Breakie was not of a high standard, didn't want to risk a dinner meal… On the positive, it is such an amazing building, clean and well kept, however will stay somewhere else next time.

Nice view, beautiful hotel, nice drinks and food, but they may trick you when you exchange money. Waitress may charge you a little bit more, than they supposed to, so you need to pay attention when you pay your bills.

This is a great place to grab coffee and have meetings away from the office. I enjoy taking my friends here for dessert nights, they have that after 8pm half price on all pastries. I also enjoy band nights and ordering off the bar bites menu.

It is a good place but they need to have some medical equipments such as oxygen tank and blood pressure machine. It might save some life.

Without a doubt this is one of the two best hotels in Suva. The Holiday Inn next door is also quite nice, but this is more authentic, has quite a cool history and generally speaking is a bit more "regal". The food is great and service is always friendly and quicker than the Fiji average. Rooms are excellent and spacious and gym is functional.

Pathetic service. Ordered fruit smoothie ended up getting fruit juice which is readily available from common shops at 2 twice the price. Bill came with added on cost for drinks that we never ordered.

By far the best in Suva. Very friendly staff. Location is ideal in that it's close to the city centre but walk out by the pool and it still feels a bit like a resort :). Room service was good although complimentary water wasn't restocked which was a bit unfortunate (it's really hot! ).

Beautiful, historic hotel set on the ocean and on the edge of downtown Suva. Facilities are beautiful. Restaurants on-site are excellent, and there is a lot to do that is close by.

Stayed here while on my Fiji trip. Loved everything about this place. Food, drinks, potter service to pools. My 2 year old loves the breakfast bar and pool. Met chef who went to school with me.

Well folks, it's grand and it's in the Pacific. You'd stay here because you want to your accommodation in Suva to be classy, have your friends go 'wow' and feel a sense of history and time. The main building is the wow; I kept trying to picture Queen E loitering (! ) about the place in her youth. Must've been out of this world for her! The rooms are on the small side but food is delish. Pool looks superb, just wish it wasn't so shallow. Staff very pleasant. Just watch the taxis parked out front — they don't always have meters.

Awesome location, historic significance and great service!

Very historic, early colonial style building coupled with modern luxuries. Service occasionally slipped up but nothing monumental. Skip the dinner menu and go straight to the bar for a better feed and a wider selection of drinks.

The service was terrible and they have bed bugs. The staff was friendly but they have bed bugs!

Traveler be Aware stay away from Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva Fiji Islands this is a High Crime Area all the staff pretty much waits on tips and if you are of indian decent you will get a trashy treatment I have heard about this from other guests but got to experience it first hand on the day of Tropical Cyclone Winston a void GPH at all cost * For this being a 5 star resort I was very dissapointed from the the time I walked in I did not get a welcome feel the receptionist seen me and my family waiting there she made us wait 10min then said can I help you I said yeah I called about 20mins ago wanted to see you're premiere room I asked her if I can tour the room she said due to full house the room cannot be viewed which I thought was very weird I asked her if the room is available unless someone is occupying it why cant I have a look at it partly I think its because of my indian decent these people still using those stupid racists views of 10yrs ago and she was of the fijian decent this was truly a racist offence I was ready to pay the $477 fjd as it was only $200 u. S.

Amazing hotel with amazing performance.

I had a grand time at GPH. Especially the people are the most friendliest, the food was awesome and not to mention the views. It's very quaint and relaxing. Really enjoyed the happy hour and the Swiss bakery was heavenly good. I would most definitely stay here when visiting Fiji. I give 5 stars as everything was to my expectation.

Excellent hotel, ask for the Queens Suite. Both Queen Elizabeth and JFK have stayed and it hasn't aged a bit. Prices are a bit high but worth every dollar. I strongly recommend you look out for this hotel.
