Love the smiling faces of your staff and the pool is awesome but I would prefer if your bed inside the room to be changed.

Noise from swimming pool on one side and noise from traffic on other side. Need to renovate as old and tiolet though clean is smelly. Bed have smoke smell. Menu a few items. Staffs helpful and friendly. My telephone didn't work in my room had to walk over. Right in front of airport so that's the star selling point.

Staffs are so stuck up and can't smile… when we entered the hotel it'd like we were not liked in the hotel if though money was paid… pathetic service in the rooms … no plates to use only cups… beddings for the two single bed was not good as it was peeling off… very much need alot of improvement…

If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst arriving or departing Nadi, this is the place. Clean, well appointed rooms, lovely staff, and the restaurant/room service is well priced and delicious. Airport shuttle is very reliable and safe.

Friendly staff especially a guy @the restraunt beside the pool, a very soft spoken guy and always give us a bula smile… vinaka tokatoka.

I was looked after well. The breakfast and lunch was awesome in their newly renovated restaurant overlooking the pool… quiet and secure.

The rooms were very clean and the interior was aesthetically pleasing, the bath products had great scents and THE MIRRORS ARE AMAZING.

Would recommend Tokatoka Hotel Fiji, rooms clean, staffs professionalism excellent service.

Friendly staff! Especially the evening staff in the restaurant lastnight. They were so lovely. Really treated my child in a loving way. And bringing our meals and drinks on time too. Loved each and every moment of our stay there.

Worst experience ever, rooms card kept deactivating and had to walk back and forth to the reception even in the middle of the night. Had to change 3 rooms because first rooms fan was so loud and noisy that the neighbours complained, second rooms AC didn’t work and it was very hot in the room, third rooms card didn’t work so the workers had to unscrew our window and jump in from the window to open the door as well as the bathroom smelled like pee. Booked this hotel for 16 nights and honestly it was the worst experience ever! I have always stayed at this hotel but this year the service was unpleasant as staff were not helpful as well as the amount of rooms we changed and the amount of problems we had during our stay at Tokatoka Hotel. And the Wi-Fi didn’t connect anywhere in this hotel it just kept saying connecting! Never coming back here again!

One of our favorite hotel in Nadi. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel as it’s across the street from international airport. They have complementary shuttle to and from the airport. Close to market and town as well as clean pool.

This was our first time to Fiji and we absolutely love Tokatoka, slice of paradise close to the airport. Staff went above and beyond even our 7 year old adopted his fiji mumma Lisa. Room service was outstanding even our 7 year olds friend (soft toy) was looked after. Highly recommend this amazing place. Thank you Tokatoka for looking after us so well and we will definitely be back soon.

I Love this place. Everyone is so friendly with big smiles and Bulas from the day you arrive. They adore kids and treat them so well. The band are awesome. They really made my daughters stay.

We highly recommend Tokatoka! We stayed here for the first two nights of our holiday and loved every minute.
The staff were friendly and treated us like family; especially our 1 year old! The food was amazing (I can vouch for the vegetarian curry, it was delicious) and the pool was fun and spacious to swim in. This resort is very affordable and this is reflected in the rooms. The bed was ok, the room was dark as you need the shutters closed for the air-conditioner to really …work, and the shower pressure isn’t really there.
But overall they have large rooms, great bungalow style, beautiful gardens and clean. The airport is right across the street and they have a free shuttle. They are also currently redoing the dining areas, the bar was being installed whilst we were visiting. It’s going to look amazing once finished! We highly enjoyed our stay with Tokatoka. We will certainly visit again next time we fly to Fiji.

Nice place with serene environment… have been there several times… enjoyed shopping there as well but they shouuld reallly have some more items for sale in Jacks.

Stayed in tokatoka resort for 5 nights. It was a great stay in the resort. Staffs are very friendly and well behaved. Everything was really good. We had breakfast one day in the resort. It was not that good. The food was overpriced and not that tasty. We also ordered brownie with ice cream and that was bad as well. I would suggest not to have any kind of food from the resort.

We booked online, waited at Nadi airport to be picked up for over an hour — we rang twice in the interim, as did others who were also waiting for the hotel transfer — finally got to the hotel and they had overbooked, tried to send us to another hotel they owned for same price but less ammenities (no pool etc) While we were there trying to sort it out, several other people were also overbooked and sent to other hotel (total scam). Not once in the lead up were we emailed / told there was an over booking — it took them an additional hour to arrange for us to use their phone to book another hotel and get transport there.

We were in a studio room. The amenities were nice and updated. Clean. The staff were friendly. The pool area looked good. We only stayed for the day until our flight was ready to depart.

A nice place to stay before your early morning flight out of Nadi international. There was lots of construction noise outside my room until midnight that made it hard to get rest and in the early hours of the morning. Rooms are clean and neat yet simple. There is a free shuttle to the airport as well.

I stayed at Tokatoka for my last day in Fiji after 5 weeks of travelling around. Even though it was one of the priciest places I stayed at, I had a poor experience. — The staff is not genuinely happy and do not really care about you. One of the staff members tried to enter my room when I was in there with their keycard, even though I just responded with “just a minute”. — I didn’t get any airport shuttle. Even though I requested it twice, at the moment of booking and separately in an email later on. No response on either. — I had to wait for quite some time when checking in because they couldn’t find my booking. During this time they wanted my phone with the booking confirmation, leaving me without anything to do since I’m travelling alone. — The staff at the bar and restaurant didn’t greet me when arriving, leaving me to take initiative to get serviced. Ending up that I didn’t even want to go there for dinner. + The only reason for the 2 stars is that the rooms are spacious, clean and come with all amenities that you need for a one night stay.

The staff are always friendly. The restaurant is overly priced for below average food. The rooms are always kept neat and tidy. The pool area is a great spot to relax and let the children play. Its a great spot to spend the night and travel during the day.

Wonderful tours attendant; goes out of her way to make your trips special. Close to the airport. Now… where do I start? After misplacing my reservation (that I made in November for my late May stay), we got off to a rocky start. When my room waa finally ready, I had no towels. After flying for 12 hours this was a concern, but I was willing to work with the staff. I went to the beach. Upon returning several hours later, I still had no towels. After notifying the desk… twice… I literally wandered around until I found housekeeping and carried towels back to my room myself. It didn't get better. Rooms are dated and dark. The water pressure is poor at best. The gym is also dark, small and very hot since the ac wasn't working. The food was bland. Stay at the Port. You'll pay more but break even on what you'd spend in taxi fare to get there!

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are quite spacious and fit for purpose. Food menu could use a revamp. A bit off the fun parts of Nadi but great for airport transfers as its just 5 minutes away. Fair pricing too.

The best personalized service from arrival, check in till you leave. Even the gardener was awesome. He saw us trying to cross the road with our bags and left his chores to cross over and assist 4 of us with bags. Check in was a breeze, they allowed us to check in early and provided airport transfer on checkout.

Very basic resort food is horrible! We had to send a burger back for what smelt like off meat, room service chips for our kids were green/grey in colour.
The pool was merky and brownish so we did not go in. This is not the real Fiji and by no means were we expecting a 5 Star resort, but we do like things to be what they say they are and this hotels website and Facebook page images and descriptions are deceiving! Room was clean and modern, had nice tvs and some satellite channels but that is where it ends. Lucky this was only a one night stop for us we will not be back! Considering this is Warwick managed hotel I expected way better.

The swimming pool has a slippery waterway quite good, the airport is very near, the transportation is convenient, the staff's attitude is also very good.

If you are a white tourist, then Tokatoka is a place that you'd love. It's conviniently close to the Nadi International Airport and the perfect place to stay overnight before your flight out or just when you've arrived. However, if you're a local from Fiji, then don't expect exceptional service and care. I felt like the tourists from abroad were given better treatment and better rooms. To be fair, I was paying a local rate, so what could I expect? I guess for Tokatoka local rate means less-than-fabulous service.

I spent my Christmas holiday with my family in this resort n I must say it was fantastic. We had this amazing villa which was jst near to the pool. The staff were so friendly n even though it took us about 1 hr to check in as they were cleaning the room. I must say they did a great job :) the pool is awesome esp the water slide n the restaurant hv delicious menus to choose from. I recommend you all to give it try!

Nice upscale resort right by the airport. They have a pool with a water slide, a large section of the pool is covered. They layout a simple breakfast but it is NOT free. Nice covered walkways to the rooms which some are individual small buildings and some more traditional hotel in a single large building.

Great transit-style hotel literally across the road from the airport. Very comfortable and large rooms. Excellent pool area and staff.

The people are nice but the service is very very poor. We found a big cockroach in our room on the first day and the electricity was out for around 3 hours. They were very slow at serving lunch and giving us change that we couldn't even get change because our pick up transport almost left without us. Lastly, I lost my sunglasses in the process of leaving my luggage in the reception and having them move it to my pick up transport. I will have to recommend other resorts in this price range for their slow and poor service.

Magnificent rooms-huts of huge size with excellent service, clean. The staff is friendly, very nice. Walking distance to Nadi Airport but a free shuttle runs. Quite expensive. For the rest is not suitable, good as an intermediate stop point before departure or immediately after arrival to recover.
Be careful with the bank cards-after returning from Fiji attempted to withdraw money from them!

Surely not a good place if you just wanna go somewhere for a good night's sleep or on vacation. The major fault was the creaky beds. It is extremely difficult to sleep while the beds make loud creaky sounds and the fairly good continental breakfast did not compensate for the fact that I couldn't sleep the entire night.

An OK place to stay for short periods. I have stayed here numerous times over the past year and the relative low cost, close to the Airport and exceptionally friendly staff kept me coming back. Unfortunately each stay highlighted some small issue, be it noise around the unit from staff or customers (no windows just slats) who don't seem to care others may be sleeping, to no hot water, broken or missing items etc etc. Good pool and reasonable meals, modern gym but overall just needs a refurbishment.

Stayed here on an overnight layover and it was amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the room was great — it had A/C. There was a sweet pool and slide, a gym, restaurant and spa. 20 min from town, just get a taxi or hop on the bus (only 1 Fiji dollar).

Literally walking distance to Nadi International Airport yet despite its proximity to it the noise isn't really an issue. Staff Absolutely make this place! Large, comfortable and immaculately clean rooms with an on-site restaurant and swimming pool with waterslide. A day spa and souvenir shop/tour desk is also on site. The big beautiful and warm smiles that greeted me all day everyday really made my stay.

When possible I stay here during my travels through Fiji. You get your own bungalow and pretty sitting area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with both a fan and A/C. The restaurant is serviceable — somewhat limited menu and the pool is awesome. To top it off: highly affordable!

Typically friendly Fijian staff. Clean tidy facility. Nice refreshing pool. Very good response when our son stepped on some broken glass another guest had left in the shared eating area. First aid was applied quickly, HR manager logged an incident report, and two staff members followed up the next day, by which time our son was racing around on his foot again, without need of any dressings or plasters.

Insects crawling on floor in bedroom area, on beds, on tables and in bathroom. Don't book online. Call front desk phone number and book a deluxe villa, hopefully you'll be happier than I was. Booking online we paid so much more and got a really low grade room. The 1 star is really for Expedia's horrible booking. The hotel is perhaps 2-3 stars.

It is good, but is starting to look a little bit old, however there is a pool with a waterslide, and a restaurant.

Amazing experience staying here for 2 nights. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar is by the pool which has its own water slide. You'll also see a live band play on the weekend.

Soon I was but good service, kindness unconditional by types there. That's great.

Wonderful island. Amazing resort run by a superb bunch of people. We wiuld definately return for a second visit. Peaceful and beautiful… make sure you fly in from the mainland.

We received a very bad first impression at the hotel. The front desk seemed very unprofessional and lacked knowledge. Their check-in time clearly said 2 PM, however when we arrived at 6 PM, we were told that the rooms were still not ready. I guess the rules only apply to strict check-out time of 10 AM. We paid for 2 separate rooms and they gave us one room which was still dirty. After a lengthy wait they decided to give us another room. Then they separated us from other couple to two extreme ends of the complex, so it would be difficult to visit each other's rooms. These again took a long while for them to sort out and give us rooms close to each other. We have stayed at many different hotels and if someone wanted something close to the airport, I would certainly recommend The Raffles but NOT Tokatoka Resort.

Beautiful relaxing hotel very nice.

Very close to the airport, give them a call (ask someone at the airport, they are very helpful) and they'll send a van to pick you up. The resort is very clean, has a nice pool with a slide. The food was pretty good too (not always a given on fiji).

My son and I stayed here for 4 days. We had was a fantastic time. The 2 bedroom villa was beyond my expectations. It was luxurious, spacious, comfortable and clean. The house cleaning was superb as well. It was close to all amenities. Just loved it. Highly recommended!. Nelly and Brandon.

Nice location, really close to Nadi airport. Pretty good rooms, funny shaped pool. Basic services available, very poor food choices on the menu, no seafood at all. Can you imagine? Staff (Locals) are friendly.

Drags down the whole Mecure chain, sheets washed in house I hope they had been washed. Footmark on the ceiling.
