I’d like to thank Mana the bar man for the the best cocktails and amazing service it’s people Like him that make your experience so much better especially during these times Also a special shout out to The matuku bulu makau for his great service Vinaka.

Overall, I had a great experience with FGH; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

I have been here in April 4th 2021 it's a great place very clean n modernise. Staffs r very nice n friendly rooms r very clean every thing is just perfect. I'm coming next time after cororna virus goes away from fiji I haven't tasted the food due to late nite travelling so I heard takeaways from chicken Express… thanks to my husband for this great treat.

They have a awesome team, who deliver excellent service. Rooms are spacious and clean. My family and I loved our stay here for 5 nights. Good stuff guys keep up the great work and service.

Amazing restaurant staff. Our first family dinner @ Fiji Gateway Hotel was memorable. Food was great but the lovely ladies were outstanding in demeanor and etiquette, something you rarely find at other hotels because you are marginalized doe being 'locals'. Vinaka.

Service was excellent well done Gateway, a lot of renovations done since our last visit. Enjoyed our one night stay thank you for our late check out very much appreciated.

My family booked the room for me at one rate and on arrival I get told a much increased amount… international rate to be precise. The reason as told by the staff was I did not confirm again by phone that I was a resident. Well showing the passport upfront should be enough right. The staff tell you that nothing is in their hands. Well than whose supposed to be responsible… the cusomers?. I expected better customer service from this hotel.

Great location near the airport. Free transfers and the place has been renovated. Limited food options. Deluxe rooms are nice.

This hotel is directly across the Queen's Highway from the airport — easy walking distance. Due to a scheduling goof, I was given a deluxe room for my first night and then moved to a budget room. The deluxe room was quite nice — the air conditioning worked well, the room was spacious and clean. The budget room is tiny — a desk without a chair (no chairs, in fact). All the electric appliances require the room key to be inserted in a slot by the door, so the air conditioning will not run when you are out of the room. This room was also clean. I had a question about the A/C and the maintenance person was there instantly. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced.

Good location to airport. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. No lifts so may need help with bags to rooms.

Very decent hotel for the price and proximity to the airport. Extremely clean and staff are friendly. Only downside is the limited free Wi-Fi (you can only access it from the lobby area)

Great location across from airport entrance. Always clean and has tropical feel. I always stay here if I need room near airport and also regularly stop in to enjoy the great curry from the restaurant.

I thought this place was fab! Free airport transfer and so close to airport! I was only looking for cheap and close but it exceeded my expectations! Kids were straight in the awesome pool and the room was spacious and beautifully styled! Great customer service! It was the first stop on holiday and we were absolutely thrilled!

Decent hotel for the rate you pay, nice swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was average and not impressive.

Visually beautiful hotel but low on features & very much an "airport hotel". Very noisy at all hours of coming & going and housekeeping start their rounds at 8am on a Saturday. Convenient and pretty but not much else.

We stayed here twice for a night, across the road from the airport so really handy. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the kids loved the hydro slide.

Pretty good hotel with all the facilities you need. They offer a free airport pick up which you do not have to book. Just outside the arrival hall amongst all the minivans. This although it is only a 4 min walk. Positive surprise for us. The room was really nice, quite big with a good bed. Also a good shower etc. The resort is a bit 'big scale' Dinner was quite good with good prices, breakfast was disappointing. Eggs Benedict were really sour. Don't go for that one Big pro is that breakfast is already open at 5a. M.

Paid extra $$$ to upgrade for a King bed room, in the photos it looked great but when we checked in we had to sleep in a smaller room 2 single beds joined into 1. When I asked the reception to change it for what I have paid, they couldn't care less and said it was the biggest room ion the hotel which is clearly not the case. They just sold it to come other customer. Overall ok place to stay in. But they like to rip off customers. To all Tourists and locals be aware of what you have paid for.

It is a convenient place to go with a long layover. The food is mediocre and expensive. The free shuttle didn’t show up after 30 mins. The place is a bit old and the cleanliness level a bit low. However, I was able to take a shower but had to use my own towels in a dirty bathroom.

Great hotel — the room and bathroom were modern and clean, and the staff were really friendly. The food was tasty and the pool and gym were a perfect addition for a short stay while in transit.

Stayed there the night before my flight back to the USA, I stayed up all night killing cockroaches! Had to leave all the lights on, because when I turned off any of the lights they would come out like mad! They were very unconcerned with my plight when I brought it to their attention! More like a oh well sorry. Room 211 has major bug infestation! When I went to put water in the coffee maker there were bugs in there also!

Needed pen to fill in laundry form no pen in the room when I asked staff was told rudely we don't provide pen staff members also arguing in front of customers about who should deliver the drinks to the room locals are treated not as good as tourists this mentality has got to change I been coming to gateway for 11 year's I have seen the decline of this hotel will stay somewhere else next time you just lost a good customer.

Tired looking place that needs a makeover. Rooms small, slow room cleaning service. Expensive.

A good place to stop off overnight or to stay for a few days (before or after) while travelling around Fiji. It is situated directly opposite the airport you can walk there! The Rooms are very basic but food is very good. We tried the fish broth soup & a curry, they were delicious. The pool area is kid friendly too! We always enjoy the Fijian live music played while having dinner. Staff are friendly!

Very inexpensive hotel near the airport that is perfect if you're just needing a day there before or after a flight. It's nothing special, but the rooms are clean, nice, and have comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant isn't very good though.

Great hotel for over nighting, nice friendly staff and rooms are fine yet I wonder if they could replace those old style coffee, tea and creamer sachets for fresh milk in the fridge and a decent brand of coffee! The menu has not changed in years and we found our meal the first night, very bland and dry with not a drop of salad dressing or mayo which we had to ask for but did not taste at all like it! Apart from that service is great.

Best location to Nadi Airport. Anytime free shuttle to airport (within 5 to 10 minutes notice). Room decently big for price paid.

I loved the gardens and the pool was great too. Could be improved with the addition of a shaded kids play area. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient place to spend a night before heading to the our island resort.

Lovely place for an overnight stopover. Two great pools, nice restaurant, lovely staff. Best of all it's only 300m walk from the airport.

We only stayed one night as a stop over, but would happily stay longer! Very friendly staff and a good selection of food from Fijian to continental. Would recommend!

Marvelous hotel, great spacious rooms, great pool and slide, I could actually use my senses. They had great lunch deals except they could have cleaned the spa and also the Quiet pool, but it was still pretty great!

Great hotel! Only stayed a night before our flight out of the airport over the road. Super convenient location if you're flying in or out. No noise issues from the room. Comfy beds, great pool.

Great stopover for flights en route to somewhere else in Paradise! staff are always helpful and friendly too.

Room so amazing and spacious. Staff catered to my needs and were super friendly. Highly recommend staying here if your needing quick refuelling before continuing your trip.

The room is OK, enough space. Close to the airport. The restaurant have one out door section and one AC indoor section. I had Bangers and mash and it was very nice.

Great value for money for a night, delicious food, handy to airport, great pool for the kids.

A little pricey for the 6 hour room but was much needed and helped tremendously! Everyone was very helpful and made me feel right at home. The food and coffee was great too!

Good location, just opposite airport. I would advise against walking to hotel if you have trolley luggage. The hotel does have shuttles readily available upon every flight arrival even if flights are at wee hours. The rooms are tidy and clean although the place is rather dated.

Stayed here twice, once on way back from the Yasawa islands, the other the day before flew back home. The 1st night I paid for a suite because the booking system said they were full up. When we arrived they incorrectly allocated us a standard (deluxe) room. I questioned this next morning and they realised their mistake — I was told blatant BS by a manager that I had requested a room closer to my party. In the end he had the hide to ask me "what do you want me to do"? I was dumbfounded. This guy needs to be sacked. So the 2nd night visit was going to be in the suite I had originally paid for. When I checked in again I was told 'I had been upgraded'. NO — I paid for the room! Restaurant was hit and miss, breakfast 1st stay was excellent. 2nd stay almost inedible. Dinner on the 2nd stay was expensive and rubbish. Then again, food in Fiji is generally horrible — you don't go there for the haute cuisine. The hotel itself is nice, but the idiots running it let it down.
