Great customers service with affortable price. Love the standard of each rooms.

Probably the first time that im writing a bad review for any place. I read a lot about the resort before making a reservation and really tried to keep an open mind due to the mixed reviews of the resort. I saw a post on their page which stated $160 for a 2 bedroom villa per night (very cheap) I rang their reception and mentioned about "their" post on "their" page the receptionist said the post was maybe a mistake by their manager. Receptionist then made a clarification that their 2 bedroom villa was $180 per night. I told her ill get back to her as the price differed. I rang them the following day as my family decided to make a booking with them. The receptionist again mentioned a different price $250 per night upon request she made the price down to $195 I asked her for my reservation number she said they dont give reservation numbers. I then made a 10 days advance booking as our travel date was 12 of December 2020 I was reassured everything was ok by the lady. Then today when we went there to make our payment for our reservation we were told that the price for a 2 bedroom villa is $300 per night.

Awesome staff. Great chef and food was spot on. Definitely 10 a. On a scale beautiful location and views.

I was greeted in Bayview cove with the smile. The villas I would say was modern and luxurious. The swimming pool was beautiful catering for both children and adults overlooking the sea. There is horse riding available also. The atmosphere is very homely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who likes not to be disturbed couples and families.

I have never been to any kind of hotel, hostel or resort, where the staff was as kind as at Bayview Cove Ressort. They do everything to ensure you enjoy your time in Nadi!

Awesome service.

This was also one of the best resort. We stayed there for 1 night and it was great. The villas are at a standard size (no complaints) the staffs are very friendly the pool is simple but nice. The breakfast wasn't so satisfying. Horse ridding is ok so as kayaking.

Honestly speaking not a place where I would recommend someone else to spend there time. Swimming pool is filthy as nobody bothers to clean it until the very next day Food is way too expensive Breakfast buffet is biggest joke as it's just bread, butter, jam, Egg, and than they give you the left overs the next day pathetic management.

I spent 5 days at the hotel and it was an awesome stay! Great food, accommodation (comfy bed! ) and very helpful staff in whatever you need. I'll be coming back and bringing my family to stay there again. Thank you Bayview Cove for such lovely stay.

Cheap and very nice place to stay friendly staff and management.

Two nights spent with friends at Bayview Cove Resort. A memorable experience from check in to check out. The Front Office Team, along with the Owners and the housemaid Lina was all too accommodating and helpful and made our stay a more special one. Thank you for your hospitality! Bula Vinaka! Alwin.

Amazing place with friendly staff. Beautiful pool and luxurious rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful and I will defiantly be returning! I would recommend Bay View to anyone!

We spent 10 amazing days here and definitely will return, very relaxing and peaceful, a great place to experience the real Fiji! Very welcoming and attentive staff, beautiful grounds and super comfortable accommodations. We truly enjoyed our time here and recommend to any wanting something quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Amazing villa's, pool and friendly staff!

Perfect place for rest and relaxation. The staff is super nice and all are there for one, no matter what you need.

Pros:
Landscaping is immaculate, my kids enjoyed the horseback rides included in our (435FJ/Night x 6 Nights) package, Staff (yes all 3) are very nice and friendly, in fact, if you're looking for friends they make better friends than hotel staff… I was invited to both mix with them and go fishing (I enjoy kava but opted out for family time and as far as the fishing goes they were only catching river snakes so I opted out again). Cons:
Un-maintained road driving in. No room service unless requested. Had to change rooms because AC was out. No assistance moving luggage. Neither of our rooms were cleaned (dried urine and feces on toilets, last guest's soap still in stall, floor dirty, towels stunk, no liners in trash bin, etc). Only soap provided no shampoo etc. Bedding was missing from both rooms, had to request more each time. Bedding lacked fitted sheet and comforter was stained (including blood stains). I woke up on the mattress b/c sheets moved. Full size fridge missing from room, even manager didn't know where it was. Continental breakfast served on dirty dishes, cereal served in rewashed torn zip-locks, they served the same food every day (Eggs, toast, cornflakes, pancakes, no syrup). Dining tables covered in bird poop. When asked to clean they wiped the feces into the table. Only about 3 people on staff to run the "resort". No night entertainment.

Poor service, dirty swimming pool — water was not circulating, did not have any night functions as the owners said it was cancelled, not a lively place — boring, no to less entertainment, does not sell alcoholic beverages, door lock does not work most of the times, breakfast was said to be continental but did not have much to offer (bread, tea, coffee, cake).

Yes this place is a little distance away from the main resorts, but that suited us. The area felt secluded and peaceful, and it was a short taxi to food shops and the Fiji Surf jetty which is what we were there for. Staff were very accomodating, helping us with any enquiries and arranging a great taxi driver. Very clean, well maintained grounds, a lovely pool and beautiful sunsets.

Had a great experience here. While I was there the staff were helpful and kind and the facilities were adequate. The spot was beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined a bit, costing a star, when the staff promised to help with the admin finding a diamond ring a I lost. However, my husband posted a review they didnt like and it seems they are now uninterested in following through on that promise. Seems petty. Such a shame.

I came more than once in this hotel on the request of the owners. They wanted to have my advise to improve the numbers of their customers. I visited it in the beginning of October 2017. No music, no bar, restaurant rarely opened, rooms not clean, no alcolhol, no shop, difficult to pay something to eat as the resort is renting villas and as the restaurant is often closed. I hope they 'll follow my advices and change.

Amazing resort with very friendly staff and owners. They recommended great activities for us and cooked delicious food. There is a big swimming pool, hammocks, horses,  fishing boat so plenty to do, but most importantly you feel very welcome and well looked after. Just what we were looking for during our little trip. We'll be back soon!

Very isolated, need taxi to get anywhere else. Free internet only at reception. Small rooms. Eerily empty, few other guests. Hassle getting South Sea island tours to pick up because resort was too far from Port Denarau. Tour driver said he hadn't picked anyone up from Bayview in the two years it had been open. No map or orientation describing layout. Found out later the dirty-looking river was the bay! Greatest disappointment was being told breakfast served 8am-9am. No restaurant staff, reception not open & no known way to contact reception. Then staff appeared at 8.40, and served a single fried egg, and bread to toast — no menu and no choice offered, other than tea/coffee. Oh, but the bed was big and comfy!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Bayview Cove. The staff is incredible, and the resort is beautiful! They have a restaurant onsite that has a great menu to choose from and everything we had tasted delicious! We can't wait to go back and swim in the enormous pool! I highly recommend this resort if you're headed to Fiji!

Very disappointed, they do not advertise that they discourage alcohol, even in their so called restaurant so there went relaxing by the pool with a cocktail. The pace is in the middle of nowhere and you felt like a prisoner also the food was disgusting.
